I did not get…read morea pedicure, she washed my feet( cold water), clipped my toenails ( not really needed), rubbed a little scrub on my lower legs and feet, dried my feet and polished my toes. Manicure-nope, eyebrows- nope. She said thank you, so I assumed it was free. ANOTHER LADY WAS SLEEP WAS SLEEP THE ENTIRE TIME I WERE THERE! . I even stayed in the chair an extra 30 minutes for massage. As I get up to leave- no one notice, so I stand at register to pay, again no movement. Another customer walks in asking for Aimee, I'm like I don't know what's going on, I've been sitting for 30 mins or so waiting for my toes to dry and for the older lady to return. So I walk to the back to FIND the older lady... as all of this is happening the younger lady is STILL SLEEP (WTH). The older lady comes out smiling saying "thank you""bye-bye". Again I assume my (lack of ) service was free. But, Ms. Sleepy FINALLY WAKES UP and ask me to pay $38! For what? I could have left 30 minutes ago and no one would have even noticed- she was sleep sleep! I went and got the older lady from the back... I feel like I was begging them to take the money for a service I did not receive. This was a mess and a waste of my hour! There was NO-ONE there- I now know why. My first and last time- I will never go back!

I felt a little intimidated by the atmosphere because it was so pleasant and welcoming. Upon entering I am greeted at the door by Beth, who has an awesome disposition. There was another person doing nails and she was just as vibrant. Beth gave an amazing massage, she spoke to me throughout the massage but was not overly chatty. Just enough to make me feel comfortable. Like I had been there 10 times before but knowing it was my first time I will definitely be back. I was not in a good way with my back issues. Beth focused on the problem areas and made it so that I could function in a normal capacity at least till I could get in to my pain doctor to further address the issue. I was immediately tended to and I was pleased with the attention to detail on my manicure and application of polish. The hand massage at the end was great! I'm looking forward to my next appointment, which will definitely include one of their pedicures. I was so pleased to also find out that they have threading, since it's so rare to find a threader in the CSRA. However, during the cluster appointment, I personally experienced significant discomfort and felt like adhesive may have gotten into my eye. I informed the lash technician, and a fan was provided while the service continued. After the appointment, I experienced blurry vision and irritation in one eye for the remainder of the day. Because of the discomfort, I chose to have the lashes removed the same day and used an eye wash solution afterward, which helped improve the issue. I was initially told I could have the lashes redone at no charge due to the inconvenience, but later that offer changed to a 10% discount instead. While the staff initially seemed concerned about my discomfort, I left feeling disappointed with how the resolution was ultimately handled. This was simply my personal experience, and others may have a different one.

I enjoyed the ambience as well and the conversation with staff and a local repeat customer. They have lots of choices for pedicures and are reasonably priced in my opinion (coming from California). We will definitely be going back!! Loved the way our feet felt and the service given.

Update to review: very quickly after I made my review I was followed up with by management. The…read moremessage was kind, helpful, and offered solutions to my concerns. Due to this level of care for my experience I wanted to update my review. I feel more confident now in trying again in future with different tech since management cares about resolving issues when they arise. I walked in and wanted a short set of white nails with 2 fingers with glitter. The nails took over 1.5 half and when done the loose glitter was super rough. I asked about top coat because I have had loose glitter done in the past and they stated "that this kind of glitter only lasts a week and they don't put top coat on it." I explained I wanted top coat because in my other experiences where my glitter lasted 2-3 weeks they added top coat and it smoothed it out some. I looked it up on and it also agreed that is the best practice and that the salon was either cutting corners or inexperienced. In addition to this whole getting my nails done the manager, a nail tech, and a customer where in a yelling match for about 10 minutes. It was uncomfortable, took to much time and I don't like leaving knowing my nails "should only last 1 week" when they are expensive.
