My wife have been letting Tee do her nails and pedicures for years. She didn't complain about the 4 to 5 hours sometimes she had to sit. She didn't complain when he messed up her nails. But today he charged her for putting a stroke of polish on two fingers! And sge said something about it he got mad. She told him that he should have told her that it was a charge. He said she don't have to come back!! You're right because i remember him telling her that that is ok if people don't come back because he's going to always have customers!! She has sent him customers now she or her friends and family will NOT be returning!! They don't care about their customers!!! read more

What you are witnessing is the SECOND attempt to correct a absolutely horrible pedi!!!! Yes folks were starting all over again!!! Time check I've been here FOR TWO HOURS and counting. I apologize I didn't mean to shout. Okay pick your treatment ($40.00) a little expensive, but I'm worth it. But what drives me insane, the "team member " I use the word team veery loosely. I quote "I don't know what she did I don't care what she did, I have to start over". The first one walks over to me and these are the words that came out of her my mouth "I don't know how to do gels ( which was additional $20.00). Keep up people were now at $60.00, "I don't know how to do this, the most I do the more experience, I can get". I get OJT (on the job training). This is what I thought then and stated, shouldn't you have shared that information to me prior to our journey? How my name is P, I'm currently in the process off my apprentice. Would you mind if I practice on you???? ALL these people, all these hands and feet AND STILL CAN 'T meet your clinical goal????Did I state that I've already stated that I'm not paying. How can you say "She not a member of my team or family". Those are usually buzz words that we use to help direct someone who's clearly no longer in the position of supporting anyone he works with. Her job as you can see the work is Clumsily applied at best. This little Shin dig is taking WAY to long for a PEDICURE!!!!!! I expressed my displeasure, I expressed my feelings of pain from the to sharp tools that admittedly so....your staff is not authorized/trained to work. Only 3 desperate hours later, I go to complete my transaction If you disagreed with me stating for the last hour I NOT PAYING!!!!!!! Maybe hour saaaaay two We could have started trying to figure this mess out. This young man in the picture who say it with me "I 'm not Paying ". How to do the math??? Horrible JOB by a newbie that I should have been informed of and given the option to continue. To make an already excruciating painful 3 HOUR nightmare end. I settled, I know I caved. I was ready to run, crawl, or catch a bus to leave this establishment. $25.00 and my internal struggle with myself I'm done never ever to return Sadly this establishment is clearly off my list. I've been going to Nail Pizazz for almost five years now, although I've jumped to other nail salons here and there I would definitely rate this one the best . I normally go to T & he is AMAZING ! He takes his time; listens to his customer , and is very patient with me as well which is appreciated. Because even the best customer can sometimes be difficult and I know that I can be . First visit. Followed my nail tech Lindsey here. Shop was nice and cool (tempwise) and clean. Everyone friendly. Lindsey did a phenomenal job as always! I have SNS manicure and pedicures done regularly by her. She is meticulous, takes her time. The SNS lasts a good 3 weeks. She is super sweet and kind. Highly recommend! read more

I came here when I first moved to Augusta and was treated rudely when I asked for clean implements when the man doing my pedicure brought out a used and abused buffer. I've not left yet and I'm already writing the review. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this place. I came here because the reviews were good. I'm sorry to say that I cannot give a favorable review. Where do I begin? First, there is "stuff" everywhere; boxes, supples, products, etc. It is not neat and orderly at all. There is dirt and debris on the floor. The male tech that did my nails said almost NOTHING to me. The extent of his conversation was, "what color?", "go wash your hands", " You want pedicure?" the lady that is doing my pedicure does not communicate with words, she taps my foot to take in and out of the water like I'm cattle or dog. Then to top it off the lead nail tech turns on the tv while I'm here and puts on college football of all things! A room full of women and he puts on football!! Last but not least the nail tech at the next pedicure station, her boyfriend comes in and she's asking him about tampons!! Take that conversation to the back!! I used to love this place because of the massive color selection. However, they played the lanquage barrier card today. And when I said basic pedicure they heard upgrade pedicure another $15. The guy kept showing me a menu of upgrades and I kept saying basic pedicure which isn't on the menu. I questioned it and they communicated something in another language but didn't offer any changes. Had the most dreadful experience. I visited the other day for a full set of acrylic, and a young guy did the manicure. The ENTIRE time I was in and out of pain. Not to mention, it's been two days since I went, and two fingers on my right hand are sore and red with irritation. When he was done with me, I didn't even know we were finished because he got up and left. After 10 min I HAD to ask someone to let me pay for my manicure. It was the first time I refused to tip for a manicure--and I've even had nail glue accidentally flicked in my eye! LOL Honestly, the entire thing took about a half hour longer than it ever should, and it was more expensive! read more

If I could give a zero I would. The last time I went in the lady did my nails completely crooked. I waited until my next appointment to get them fixed. Out of nowhere two of my nails completely popped off today for no reason and I had fungus under my nail. When I went in today to get them fixed I said I wanted all my nails removed to treat for fungus and she said she would have to charge me. She didn't even treat my fungus and then also charged me to fix the two nails that popped off because she said it wasn't her fault. She also charged me to cut my nails shorter. Like are you serious?!?! They are an absolute rip off! I used to love coming here, but after getting fungus from their salon and also not fixing the problem they created, I will never return to their salon. read more

After months of looking for a GOOD nail salon in Augusta, I think I finally found one!! I got shellac and my eyebrows done. The guy who did my nails was very fast, yet thorough. My nails came out great, he made sure to take care of small details that I usually have to ask them about. The girl that did my brows was equally as good. The wax was a little hotter than I am used to, but she did a good job. Also paid attention to detail. I will definitely be back. :) read more
