I can't remember the lady's name but she was black and the only one doing pedicures while I was there. But the nail technician was horrible! Didn't have time to ask her name. But if I remember correctly she is on the far right 3 rows back. She has no consultation skills, or knowledge of basic nail tech terms. I asked for opaque acrylic powder but she kept putting clear powder on my nails even though they had a whole wall of different color acrylic powders in the back. She then refused my service instead of trying to find a different color powder. It was not busy, nor was it a difficult request. I get the same short French tips every where I go, so I was so confused when she acted as if I was asking for something impossible. In my opinion she wanted a reason not to do MY nails. I came to this conclusion after also witnessing her trying to skip over me to service another women that came in after me. Had a very unwanted feeling while there.
