I've now been three times and feel I can give a proper, unbiased review. My first visit was with Lindsey. Vibes were immaculate. It was like a Tuesday afternoon so no one was there. Loved my nails. Got the 15% off for being a first time customer. The owner (Anthony, I think) even took a moment show her something she was having a bit of a challenge with. I came back later for a pedi and they were so rough... the older lady. I ended up not liking the base color for my nails, and went back the next day. Lindsey was super sweet about it and took excellent care of me. The next set was done by Monica. It wasn't my favorite for several reasons so I didn't take any pics. But I did drop the inspo pic. Monica forgot the blue French detail and used pink powder instead of a pink/nude based polish. Admittedly, I wasn't paying much attention and spoke up too late. She did apologize and brought it to Anthony's (I think) attention. I didn't press it, so he didn't either. Cool cool. Also got another pedi this visit. Idk. You can just tell when people don't enjoy their jobs. My last visit... Went in for the cherry nails. They sat me with someone new. I don't recall getting her name. I could tell she was new to doing nails and wondered if she would be able to execute. Getting off the previous set took a long time because of how thick it was laid- something Anthony pointed out. I simply agreed that it was a little thick. When he asked who had done my nails last time, I wasn't sure. He looked it up- it was Monica. Everything about the prep made me cringe- from the way she cut my finger while drilling to how she cut and filed. She forgot the dehydrator before laying the acrylic on the first nail and it was laid so sloppily. When I asked about it, Anthony (I think) had Monica finish my set. Monica is petty and does not communicate. She kept talking to the guy next to her. Of course I couldn't understand what they were saying. But she said "thick" like seven dang times to him. She kept asking me "not too thick? Right?" Like... relax. Then she waited until the last second to tell me they actually don't have the pinky/nude base I wanted. So this current set honestly looks unfinished. They said they took off $10 for the inconvenience. Will be going somewhere else for a color change later in the week. Prices here are very competitive with the other places around town and they're currently doing a promotion under new management! Also ask for Tiffany or Mark! They also do waxing! I enjoy this nail salon. I love that it's never overcrowded, too busy and the wait is never long - if there is one at all! The team is exceptionally nice and they do great work. The mail tech did well and she was very patient and the nails looked very good and I enjoyed the service.

While getting a full set, he filed so much and hard that he broke through my skin and caused it to bleed. Then he left to take his son somewhere in the middle of my nails but sent me to have the pedicure done. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for him to come back and then they charged me $88, saying the gel polish and full set was $60. Unless you want to bleed and be overcharged I'd stay far away. read more
