This is a bright, clean, tastefully decorated space. It's conveniently located right on Washington Road, making it easy to get to from anywhere. Leslie is a gracious, chatty person who puts you immediately at ease. No small feat when the subject is ripping your hair out by the roots. She is careful and keeps me talking, laughing and sufficiently distracted so our time together goes quickly and smoothly. The hairdressers at the salon do a brisk business, but I've not had the opportunity to patronize them. It is hypnotic watching them at their craft though. It's easy to recommend Leslie's salon, but I encourage you to go see for yourself the next time you need some 'maintenance' done.

At that time, I rated the experience a three. Since then, I have been going to Shry, and she has completely changed my experience with European Wax. Shry takes care of my chin regularly, and most recently, in preparation for my vow renewal and wedding anniversary on September 28, she performed chin, upper lip, and chest waxing. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and true gift in her craft were evident, and I felt completely confident and cared for on such an important day. Because of Shry's exceptional skill and dedication, I am upgrading my rating to five stars. She is an outstanding waxer and a true asset to this location. For anyone booking, I highly recommend requesting Shry by name--you will not be disappointed.

No ma'am. I asked her to remove it, as I've had many facials in the past, and goggles must be used as it is extremely dangerous for your eyes if they aren't. The receptionist answered my questions, although she never looked up from texting on her phone to do so. When I asked about the teacher discount, she said it was 10%. I said, really? Cuz the sign on your door says 20%. She then rang me up, and didn't give me the discount until I asked about it again. Never. Again.

*Mullins Crossing Location**…read more First appearance it looked nice and clean from the front and I had really high expectations! I scheduled (in person) an 11am appointment and wasn't seen until 11:35am because they over booked themselves... The front desk or whatever service does their booking is seriously lacking. Additionally, the website promotes free numbing mask for first time customers--I was not granted this. Regarding the wax itself: the chair was covered in a very light cover that was porous and did not properly cover the table. I HOPE they clean the actual table but I tried not to think about it during the wax.. I walked out with hair still on me and had to clean it up myself when I got home. Because of my awful experience I was given a discount but I walked out with a bad first experience and they definitely will not get my business again.
