It is the worst place to get your nails done the nails come off after a week then they lie about who did what. Horrible!!!!!

I originally was supposed to go to another nail salon that ended up being closed for a holiday. I drove by and this was the first salon I saw that was open. I walked in and stated I needed a full acrylic set. (I had a nail break and this was an emergency). I was immediately sat down and taken care of. I showed a picture I found on Pinterest and my nail tech Allie was like, say less. She absolutely understood the assignment and everyone was so nice. The salon itself is cute and clean. worst service ever!!! I got here at 3:40 and my nail technician was done in 30 minutes. The lady who did my feet took 3 hours and it was because she stopped ever 15 minutes to do something else. There were only two clients in the spa!!! Three people working. After the girl who did my nails left, the service was horrible!!! If you have something to do or somewhere to go, please find a different spot! I should have gone to my original location! I visited the second day they opened after the forced economic shutdown. This salon is in a stripmall next to a Dollar General and a Japanese Restaurant. The business was busy but they seemed to be able to manage the volume of people that were coming in. I drove 2hrs and 20min. to get my nails done, a pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed for my wedding in 3 weeks since my State (North Carolina) AND the State next to mine (South Carolina) continue to have salons closed. Everyone working at the salon was wearing a mask, if that is important to you. My nail technician Linda took very good care of me. I got SNS with gel nail polish, manicure, pedicure with gel nail polish, and my eyebrows waxed. Total cost of services was $106. There were a few places on my nails that needed to be touched up and she patiently did so. I had a different technician for my pedicure and he did a very nice job. Linda waxed my eyebrows and did ok. The place is very clean and the massage chairs are nice. Would definately visit again if I return to the area. read more

I was a customer for over 10 YEARS. In past when I brought my own polish whether regular or gel they used to not charge me for it. Then I brought mine in after the remodel and they charged me for it. When I questioned them about it. They threatened to call THE POLICE ON ME!!!!. They said they would call them stating I REFUSED TO PAY. I told them I'd pay just so I could leave and NEVER come back. And I haven't. I live less than a mile from them. I now drive 10 minutes to a much better place that actually does designs. And they don't charge me when I bring my own polish. Great service and loved the chairs! My pedicure looks great except the woman that did mine dug out an in grown toe nail I didn't realize I had and made it pretty painful, I had to get her to stop. Now my toe is infected. Make sure you tell them not to do it beforehand because they don't ask first. read more

I went here for the first time. Wanted to try to find a nail establishment closer to home since I am new to the area. I read reviews and decided to go here for a pedi/mani (first one after pandemic!!). I called the day before and asked to book with Mary. I am glad I did. When she arrived she introduced herself and went right to work on my pedi. She's really good! Attentive to detail and did a great job overall. I love my pedicare! The also did my mani. My nails/hands needed some attention! COVID put my nice-to-do's on hold! lol ;-0 Mary did a great job on my mani as well. She did nic my skin, but apologized right away (several times actually) and put some anti-fungal on it. That did not take away from my experience and service here, as I've been nicked before several times with the person acting as if they did not know! I was visiting from NC and my friend took me here to get the SNS dip powder nails. It was my first experience with the dip powder in lieu of the gel polish and I was literally amazed with the results. Not only was the manicurist extremely detailed but she was quick as well. It's hard to find both these days. My nails looked perfect! I kept looking at them in disbelief, they were so uniform and perfect they looked artificial. I basically got the benefits of acrylic but in a healthy version and without the harmful uv lights needed for gel polish. She was even able to add a tip on one of my shorter nails with the dip powder. The bad thing for me is I haven't found anyone in my city that did such a great job. In my hesitation to try someone new I ended up going 6 weeks without getting my nails re-done. They never chipped or broke during that entire time which is a constant issue I had even with the gel. First time here -very friendly staff however, I had a 10:00 appointment and wasn't seen till 11:15. Also, 4 of my nails are lifting after only 5 days. I typically can go about 14-20 days before I need a fill and no nails are lifting. My sister also has 2 chipped nails after 5 days. Both my sister and I got the dip, paid $50each with tip. Probably going to find a better place. I think they must use cheap product. read more

This is a great place to get a mani, a pedi, as well as eyebrow and lip waxing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They have done a great job every time I've been there. Their prices are comparable or even a little less to the other local nail salons. read more

Loved this place! I'm from FL, but I was visiting my sister in GA and we wanted to get a pedicure. Three things stood out. 1. They were super friendly in person and communicated well over the phone. 2. The price was amazing. 3. They genuinely care about their customers. I got the #2 pedicure and it was the best experience. If you're trying to get in and out this isn't the place for you because they take their time and make the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I had Paul and he was honestly great.
