I haven't been to KD Nails since 2016/2017 and decided to call and make an appointment for a gel manicure. Once arriving, I noticed immediately that the salon has had a big makeover since my last visit. I was immediately tended to and I was pleased with the attention to detail on my manicure and application of polish. The hand massage at the end was great! I'm looking forward to my next appointment, which will definitely include one of their pedicures. I was so pleased to also find out that they have threading, since it's so rare to find a threader in the CSRA. For those of you looking for services beyond just nails - they have waxing, threading, eyelash extensions, massage, and permanent makeup. Happy to have such a nice nail salon nearby! read more

I haven't been here for years and it was remodeled awhile back apparently. It is a clean, quiet and relaxing space. I can't praise my nailed technician enough-Kevin. He gave me the best pedicure experience I have ever had. I told him he should become a massage therapist. I generally am annoyed after pedicures, but this is the most relaxing pedicure I have had. Went to get a pedicure and my brows waxed twice now and they have amazed me both times. I'm in and out and you can tell how attentive they are to each client. The ambience is also very beautiful. This will be my go-to pedicure spot as long as I live in Grovetown. read more

For years I have gone to this nail salon and had my pedicures done. I go back again and again because they do such a good job and I've never caught anything from their foot tubs or pedicure tools. Even though I've always liked the service I got, I've never wanted to ask for the same person for my next visit. This time was an exception to the rule. Andy did my pedicure today and he was very personable, interested in if I was pleased and in also making small talk with me. They must be doing something right. Super busy. Started off with a pedi, LOVED IT. She did a great job at massaging and cleaning up the nails, she asked if water was to hot, or if she was hurting me during any point of cleaning up around my nails. That I greatly appreciated. It showed care. If you where flip flops, they place your shoes on, then the toe separators before they start painting them. Which is something I would prefer. The massage chair was nice, haven't been in a salon with such nice massage chair. I also got Gel Nails!! I highly recommend those. They did an amazing job on mine. It's day 3 and I did heavy yard work yesterday, no chips no scratches. What's even better about gel nails is you leave with dry nails, and it's nothing that will damage your actual nail. All in all I enjoyed my experience at K D's and I will be going back to them!! read more

This is my new favorite nail place! At first I was a little confused with the accents but as soon as my pedi started all was forgotten! My first thing was the Spa Pedicure and it was worth every penny. They did the scrub, the mud thing with the hot towels, and a nice massage. The massage chairs have a nice pull out tray that you can put your purse on which is a huge plus since I don't like putting my belongings on the floor. Next was my Gel Manicure. My nails grow super fast due to my Hair Skin Nails pills I take so he suggested I go with the French Manicure which I did. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I definitely recommend it. I would say that when you plan on going make sure you allot about 1 hour per service. It's a little hard to understand them but it is so worth it. It's a little on the pricier side but with good reason. read more

I will never go there again we told them what we wanted they done more than I told them to do and after this was all done charged an extra 20 to paint my toes when I got home I had to clip one of toes because she put a gash in it and she cut my toes with the stone never again will I go there. read more

I went here on yesterday and received a $30 pedicure from Kim and she overcharged my card for $60. When I called to talk to her she stated I could come up and she could give me the money back. When I arrived she then tried to short me again on giving me my money back and caught a attitude because I corrected her. She tried to charge me for two different pedicures. Her work is good I would just advise you use cash and make it clear what you want with her before you begin. read more

I really enjoy going to this nail salon (but it has to be at the right time of day). They do such a great job but always seem to be understaffed. Every time I come to town, I go here to get my eyebrows waxed and they do such a fantastic job! I recommend going here but just be cautious about when you go! read more

This is a clean nail salon who was able to listen to my needs. They are a little slow so give yourself plenty of time. A mani/pedi took me 2 hours...and their massage during the pedicure is kinda lack-luster. Also I imagine this place is more $$ then is standard for the area because its similar to what I paid in San Francisco (where everything is expensive) but that is anecdotal. read more

The women did a good job on my eyebrows but horrible job on my nails. I have no idea why because I was there for a very long time. All of my nails were uneven and had dents in them. My gel set was $43 and still all these mistakes! I will not be back. read more

Needed a place on a Sunday and it was an emergency. They were friendly, quick, and did an amazing job.

Yes the Salon was clean and yes they were nice. However, the young lady that did my nails didnt seem experienced. She dug so deep into the side of my nails that two nails bled! I did say ouch but she didnt apologize until she saw the blood. For the next 4 days 3 of my fingers were sore and swollen. Also, i asked the young lady to TRIM my nails and that I like my nails square....she cut them all the way down and rounded them off. I WILL NOT spend another dime in that Salon. If you decide to go, please use the male or older nail tech. read more

I gave them a 4 out of 5 because the price for a pedicure is kind of expensive . Other than that they were very kind and careful with what they were doing. Im very pleased with the work they did considering the last shop i went to butchered my cuticles and cut me about 3 times . However i had none of those issues with this place. read more

Im not complaining about the quality of work. They do a great job, but to charge a person $45.00 for a gel fill is just over priced. Especially when that's not what the price chart says. You can get a full new set any where for that price. read more
