The lady was very nice and worked very hard to make sure the nails were done correctly. She also went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the end results. Furthermore, I appreciate that she wasn't rushing through my set; she took her time. I would return if I lived in the area. read more

They overcharged me and I had to question where the extra money I was being charged was coming from and since they couldn't give me an answer, they gave me cash back for the difference. Mother daughter pedicure and we decided to try this location. It has been a while and with the spring weather we decided it's time to show our beautiful toes. There was about a 30 minute wait but that's to be excepted on a Friday. The spa was clean and organized, the technicians were professional and courteous. Sharra did a fantastic job and did not cause any pain or nick. My daughter had Chlorinda and she was quite satisfied with her services. I would definitely return. read more

I went here for SNS on my nails and a pedicure with gel polish. Sarah started was doing my nails. I told her before she started that I like my nails thin. I keep them short and I hate when nail techs pile on material to make them too thick. She still made them super thick and then they were lumpy. When I told her they were thick and lumpy she insisted that if she made them any thinner the polish chip easily. My issue with this is I'm paying you and you're not paying me. So whatever I want you need to do. She got frustrated and walked off. Kevin came over to apologize and correct them. He made them a little thinner and I appreciated him for doing so. So I didn't want to leave a review until I went a second time. I've been on the search for a good nail place and I found it! The first time I had my nails done with Paul and he did such a great job with my gel mani that it lasted weeks without any lifting!! I went again and had my nails done by a younger girl (didn't catch her name). She got me a couple of time cutting my cuticles but nothing major. The service is amazing here and it's clean! This place could not even make me a customer. I came in for a simple acrylic nail removal plus a regular mani to make my nails feel better. When I walked in and told the man what I wanted, he was instantly irritated with me and seemed as though he did not want to do the service. He then angrily tells me to just pick my color and then walks away. A woman guided me into the pedi section and I was confused (the man didn't even say what I wanted). I finally get seated at the proper seat and wait there for 30 minutes with no one giving me attention and 2-3 employees just walking around doing nothing. I had to finally just leave because I had things to do and they hadn't even started my soak off. Went to another nail salon and they happily assisted me the next day. Won't be coming here. read more

I love gel polish and sns dipping powder which means just by getting a full set in the shape I want I'm spending at least $60... and that's without the pedicure... so I want it to be worth it! I went to V Nails and Spa because I couldn't go to my regular nail place for a brow wax. The lady who did my brows (didn't catch her name) was amazing. She was quick and my brows were FLAWLESS. After that I decided to give them a chance and go back to get my nails done. I went to Paul and he was a perfectionist! Every nail was perfect and the massage at the end with lotions and oils was a nice finishing touch! They also have complimentary beverages and snacks! Went there about 3 weeks ago to get a full set of acrylics. Guy started doing my nails, seemed irritated and felt like he didn't really want to do what I came in there for. I simply wanted slightly coffin nails but still as short as possible. After convincing him to do what I wanted, he started doing my nails and cut me multiple times, after I said something, he responds back to me saying that it only happened because I was moving, which I wasn't. I wanted to wait with my review and maybe give them another chance, but after having them on for about 2 weeks, I've noticed the acrylic lifting and I've never ever had problems with acrylics lifting. I've gotten pedicures there before and they seemed fine but I absolutely can't recommend getting acrylics done there. read more

I went early on a weekday looking for a brow wax. It was very busy and they had a 30-minute wait for pedicures which seemed to be their main offering. It's a small space and they maximize it as much as possible. It's very pretty and bright on the inside despite only having front windows. I had a short (5 minute) wait and then was led back to their waxing room. The woman doing the waxing seemed a little nervous and the wax apparently was extra hot since she had to blow on it a lot to cool it before applying. She accidentally got some wax on my eyebrow that she didn't mean to and so she spent some time trying to remove it from the hair without removing the hair. It was a bit uncomfortable. The price was fair, $10 for an eyebrow wax, and the results looked good but it's definitely not my favorite place and with other solid options nearby I can't say that I'll be a regular. However it's a decent location and if you're waiting for someone at the dentist next door it might be a good way to kill time. read more

I don't know what happened to this place?! I have been several times in the past and have not had any difficulty really. I will say that the last time I was here the gentleman that was doing my pedicure hurt me when running that tool up under the nail. This time I had just a simple $30. 30 minute pedicure. When I was trying to talk to the technician it became clear to me that she does not speak any English. The gentleman that was about three chairs down said if I had any questions to please talk to him because she did not speak any English. When she was doing my pedicure she didn't seem to know how to cut toenails. She was struggling bad. By the time she started putting the lotion on my legs and rubbing in the collagen she barely rubbed with any pressure at all. I asked the gentleman if she could please rub harder. He supposedly told her but there was no change. She did Not really do anything except for soak my feet and put the collagen booties on put a wet towel around my leg which was warm and then immediately take it off in the booty my foot wasn't even in it for more than 10 minutes. I asked if she was new and they said yes. When I checked out I went to the front and handed her a $30 gift certificate That my mother had given me for Christmas. I asked her if All pedicures came with a little leg massage when rubbing in the lotion or collagen. She talked herself in a circle and then told me that my gift certificate had expired but she would take it anyway as if she was doing me some sort of favor! I told her it can't be expired because my mother had just given it to me two months ago! I mainly went because I needed my feet scrubbed with a pumice stone which she did extremely lightly as well as a massage from my knee down which she did not do. Even after I asked the other people there that spoke English to please tell her, all I get is this lady telling me that that she'll except my expired gift certificate that I just received two months ago!!! Never again! A complete waste of a very nice Christmas gift. If I could've left negative star reviews I would have. I am so disappointed I was really enjoying this place when it first opened. I don't know what happened but it certainly went from top Notch to the bottom of the barrel. read more

I went to this salon with my good friend this past Saturday. I requested a full set acrylic with white nail polish. The guy that did my nails was very friendly and all, however, within 2 hrs of getting them done, the white turned brown. It looked like something was wrong with the top coat. They are closed on Sundays so I waited for Monday. I went in Monday evening and showed Anthony. He was very helpful and noticed that my nails did not look good. I picked a different color since i was afraid using the same one was going to do the same thing again. Anthony did a great job doing my nails. While I was getting them fixed, this older lady basically was telling me that its because I washed my hair or some crap and it tinted it. No lady.... Within 2 hours.. i went grocery shopping and did not touch my hair plus ive never had this issue before with my nails. She basically was blaming the customer (me) more than just owning it. Nails are fixed... and l go to leave and she says $10.....wtf?? To fix crappy nails that I just paid for? She said "okkkk..$5 but usually its $10 because you changed the color. If you asked for same white color.. it would be no charge." No ONE told me that AT ALL. Plus....really..$10 cuz you swiped my nail with a different color. They lost a customer. If you do decide to go.. ask for anthony. Hes quiet but is excellent. I will be going up to street instead. read more
