We thought that you were a small facility that didn't have this amenity. It was only after we were leaving we realized that there were other clients with robes on sitting in the waiting room that there was a women change room. There is definitely a need for customer sensitivity training.

I went this past weekend for a massage and facial and left a bit dissapointed. My massage was great, even though I think it's absurd to pay extra for aromatherapy when that literally sets the tone and vibe for a massage. The masseuse did a wonderful job addressing my problem areas. On to my facial- the esthetician, Raleigh, was friendly. I scheduled the dermaplane facial. She didn't assess my skin before the facial, didn't ask about problem areas, didn't even tell me what she planned to do for my face. I let her know that I was interested the Oxygen facial and wanted her input for what I was trying to achieve for my skin- brightening and even texture, but said I'll let her tell me what my skin needs. Her only response was "this is a dermaplane facial". And that was it. After it started I asked if there was a heated blanket on the bed as it was cold. She checked and said there wasn't. That's it. She continually used a lukewarm, thin rag on my face through out the session. Afterwards, as I was getting up to my robe back on, I noticed Ordinary skin products on the counter. Not sure if this was used on my face but this is a dissapointment that they utilize these cheap products on anyone given how expensive their services are. When I walked out of the room, she showed me to my locker, said thank you and that was all. Nothing telling me about my skin or services as others had done in this very place. Overall this service alone has deterred me from coming back as I can get better services, better product elsewhere. It felt rushed and almost like she was there to do her job only, not to offer the customer experience one expects when coming to the Retreat.

I don't pay to be mistreated when I can get that for free: Sad too because I've been going to them since they opened. Call before you go to check the temperature and the mood before you spend your hard earned dollars. The wife needs to take a course on being nice to the people who he'll pay their bills.

Despite this, she pressed very hard on my ankle bone multiple times, exactly where my surgery was done. When I expressed discomfort, she casually said "no pain, no gain," which was very insensitive and unprofessional. She also asked me to lay down in a sitting chair position, which was very uncomfortable. When I told her it was not comfortable, she said she couldn't change the chair position. She even tried using the remote but didn't know how to adjust it properly, and I had to adjust the chair myself. Overall, the behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my injury were unacceptable.

My experience with Rosewater has been nothing short of a disappointment. Despite receiving a gift card, the front desk person botched my appointment date, and the lack of confirmation or reminder messages left me unaware. When Rosewater called to notify me of the missed appointment, their refusal to acknowledge their error was infuriating. To add insult to injury, using my gift card required paying a hefty $105 no-show fee. When I called to speak with a manager on this matter, the manager insisted on at least paying a 50% fee for the no-show appointment before I could rebook. Since when is it acceptable for a business to pass the cost of their mistake onto the customer? While on the phone, the manager also told me that she would be able to waive the no-show fee 100% if there was proof that their employee booked the wrong date on the initial appointment. However, no proof exists because any text or email communication from the spa is "courtesy" and they're not required to send out. Their refusal to accept responsibility and insistence on making me pay the no-show fee is a blatant display of poor customer service. The manager's demand for payment, rather than addressing the spa's shortcomings, showcases a complete lack of accountability. Save your time, money, and sanity by steering clear of this spa with its infuriating approach to customer relations. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this spa at all costs. read more

Annette Gray always takes such good care of me when doing my facials. I tried the Hydrofacial for the first time during my last minute. She was very knowledgeable of the whole process and explained each step as she worked on my face. We started with a great cleanse and exfoliation. She did a quick extraction and went on to use the machine which sucked all the gunk out of my face and then applied a serum blended with antioxidants and collagen is applied and the device infuses them into the skin. The whole process was relaxing, and my face felt soft and luxerious after. The redness went down quickly and I noticed my skin felt and looked younger, smoother and it also helped with pore size.
