This does work when partnered with actual massage techniques but just a light lotion rub and then that didn't release my muscles at all. I he barely got 1/2 of me and I didn't feel worked on at all, back felt worse when I left. My arms, feet, scalp, and legs were barely touched if at all!!! I got 2 hours so my whole body could be relaxed and worked on. Then the front desk lady just kept asking me about packages and overall it was one of the worst massages I've had and I won't be back.
