Will update in a few weeks with how long they last - which I think is the ultimate test -but overall a decent experience. Kathy did my SNS manicure and was super friendly and thorough. Jasmine did my regular pedicure which was okay but ended up being kind of thick and took a while to dry. This is the best nail salon I've been to in Augusta! Hannah has done my nails 3 times now, and she always does a great job. She wants you to be happy with what you're paying for, and doesn't take short cuts. If you trust her (highly recommend you do), her freestyle nail designs are beautiful! On top of that, she is just the sweetest person ever The rest of the staff I have talked to have also been really friendly, which is always a plus. The price is fair, especially for the quality! I needed a pedicure a couple of months ago and went on yelp to look to see who was good in the area. Luxury nails came up as having some of the best reviews. I went in and had a pedicure it was great! Last week I had to come down to my fathers again and decided I wanted my dip nails redone. I called and made the appointment with Hannah. I almost left in tears. I have been going to Luxury Nails for year now. I only let Kathy do my nails. But had to have several nails fixed prior to date night. So they put me with the girl that sits next to Kathy. What a mistake I made. She filed my nails so bad instead of soaking the dip nail first. She cut into my cuticles 3 times, I pulled my hand away each time and let her know she was hurting me. And she said she doesn't understand. You would OUCH is universal word. Then she decided to soak them which was painful since 3 fingers now had cuts on them. The dip process was just as bad. While trying to shape them she would look away and the file would slip. My thump nail was filed at a slant, when I asked her to fix it. She made it worse. Finally Prince stepped in and he saved the day. He reshaped them and evened out the dip. And I asked to do my polish change on my toes and cut them down as I didn't want her touching me again. I now learned to only go when Kathy or Prince can fit me in. So upset that my own nails were damaged. This is the first time I have ever wanted to NOT leave a tip. I tipped Prince and thanked him for fixing my nails. Sadly they are so short now. If you go and you want 5 stars treatment and nails. Only ask for Kathy or Prince. Don't make the mistake I did. read more

I'm new here and I love getting my toes done. But I'm super picky about my pedicures. They didn't let me down. There was a little wait to get mine but they told me next time just call and they'll make sure I can walk right on in. When I say little wait, you probably sit in the McDonald's line longer than I waited. I met a nice lady who also came from Florida, enjoyed convo with her. The water was nice and hot, they even accommodated my asking for it to be hotter. It wasn't ridiculously priced, only 65 dollars. I did add on a design and requested acrylic on my big toes but he told me he didn't think I needed it, which saved me money. I got the gel polish, I feel like it's a must. If you haven't tried it, it's a game changer. I'm so happy I've found my go to place for my feet here. I saw they had a lot of customers coming in for their hands as well so that'll probably be my next service as well. read more

Today my granddaughter an I went to get ours nails an toes done. We asked for gel an acrylic, I made it a point to repeatedly say no long nails. After the guy finished my nails, 4 ladies walked in , an he says oh I can't do your pedicure, because they had an appointment. So I only got half of my service done. Now the part I didn't like was there was 3 people already working with this group.He didn't have to join them.But it got worse, the older lady doing my granddaughters nails yells at me when I say that the nails are to long, they are not polished yet, but she refused to change them. Jumped up from her chair a started waving her hands around, telling me what she wasn't going to do. My granddaughter is getting upset. So the lady sits down an cut the nails off . I have been here before a Kathy did our nails, she did a wonderful job, but not these people! But today was awful, needless to say I will not be returning, to many shops in Evans to put up with this can of treatment. read more

I tried out this nail salon for the first time and was not impressed. Actually a little pissed off about the whole experience. The pedicure was good, nothing special. The lady doing my manicure was rude. I chose a 27 dollar pedicure and got gel so they added 10 dollars. While getting the manicure I asked how much extra everything would cost. I estimated $60-70 total. They kept trying to up-sale like they do and I declined because I'm tight on money. My nails are okay. Both hands don't match up with the nail length. I tried a "dip" manicure and really didn't like it at all. Too thick. It got time to pay and my total was $102. I can't understand why. It doesn't add up. I was going to tip really well but when I feel like I've been absolutely screwed, I can't fork over much more money. I would have gotten acrylics if I knew it was going to be so expensive. I've never EVER paid that much for a mani/pedi. I recently moved from california and it has never once been even remotely that expensive. They did a decent job but for the price absolutely not worth it. read more

Terrible experience. My four year old could paint my nails better than this. My nails look like a child did them and my friends nails look like raisins, she asked for a simple matte black and the matte coat they were using was drying where it looked wrinkly, they at first agreed and took it off once and reapplied, same thing happen but assuming they were annoyed they were trying to pressure her into saying they looked fine, than they insisted on trying shiny saying the brand they were using for matte was the cause. They than began to apply the shiny coat over the STILL wrinkly matte black and just called it a day. We aren't people who confront or want to cause problems but just so anyone looking for a nail salon we wanted to warn them to not go here. The older women was very aggressive and rude, assuming she was getting as annoyed as we were getting but at the end poured a puddle of the oil on my friends hand and said thank you and called it quits. My friend walked out with nothing she asked for, they offered for her to come tomorrow for them to retry but she's going out of town and honestly they should have either just made us pay for the actual nail and not the color since again it was nothing what she asked for. Do not go here if you want anything that you actually want, because they will do what they want with no regards of your feelings. read more

The guy who did my feet caressed my feet so great which is why I'm giving the 2 stars but this was the worst pedicure I've received. I asked for square and it's nowhere near square and it looks as if he didn't paint my whole toenails, and I had paint on my skin rather than my toes in some areas. WILL NOT RETURN ! read more

I wanted to give this place a try seeing the good reviews. Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. I made an appointment for dip powder manicure and a pedicure. The nail tech cut 5 of my cuticles and they were bleeding. I had a older lady I'm not sure if she just couldn't see or what . She asked me 4 or 5 times if I wanted my eyebrows waxed , I kept saying no and she repeatedly kept asking . She finished my nails and she thinks I'm done . I remind her I still have a pedicure ( made a appointment for both ) . She acts surprised like she didn't know . She just hurry's up and rushes through the pedicure. It was rough and just rushed . I pay for services I don't walk into any establishment and ask for free services. I'm tired of paying the money I pay and getting poor jobs .
