Hanna was the first person to listen to my history and actually work with me to not just test a spit but gradually make sure I was okay. She was such a doll, was thoughtful and thorough, and expertly skilled at what she does. I always experience fall out but not with her and I was shocked!!! She is priced moderately / not too high as others in the area but not as low as others (the ones I went to in which I had massive fallout/lash loss day 1).
