I don't care if it was henna, dye or whatever they use my face swell up and the last time I had to get an actual shot. Hanna was the first person to listen to my history and actually work with me to not just test a spit but gradually make sure I was okay. My husband loves my eyebrows and I can't tell you how happy I am. I found my people. Oh, because I love spiking me - I went in for a facial later and she gets a thumb up again. The pedicure for both my princess and Mom were very special. Vivian took care of my Mom while Hannah took care of my princess. They both enjoyed the service that was received. After asking what color they would like on their nails, it was requested if they were able to do a "stars and stripe" design on at least on of the nails.........and it was a success!!! By showing Vivian one time of a design, she modified it to be able to fit on the toes on both Mom and princess toe. What a great job of finishing touch/design by Vivian! Job well done. Upon return to Augusta I decide to search online and tried two different persons. One was working out of a nail salon and was nice but the lashes she used felt like plastic. The second person was working out of her home and the lashes started to immediately fall out including losing my own after day 1 :( In my experience with lash extensions I have always thought water was the enemy. I purposely avoided getting water on my lashes. Anyhow I gave up my search and let my lashes be for a while but I sure did miss the look it gave me. One day I was on fb and I saw Sarah's ad and inquired. She responded and was very friendly and professional. I ended up going in to see her the following week. She has a dedicated room and is very knowledgeable about all things makeup and most importantly lashes. She had the room set at a certain humidity level. Now I've seen professional lash installers talk about this but have never worked with someone who actually enforces it. Upon completion I was amazed at her talent and how she opened up my eyes verses looking like I came out of a drag show lol I know that's the look some go for but not me. The lashes she uses are soft and felt like my own! She then handed me a cleaning kit! A cleaning kit??? She wanted me to wash my lashes DAILY! I told her no way - they are going to fall out and she said they wouldn't. I was still hesitant and waited 48 hours to use the cleaning solution she provided. I used it and wow she was right - they didn't fall out. I ended up traveling shortly after and my lashes went in with me into pools, beaches, saunas, gyms and they remained intact! I was amazed and became a loyal customer! I get a lot of compliments on my lashes and I barely wear any makeup. I'm so happy I found someone I that is knowledgeable and stands behind their product! The parking is directly behind the building. And the business is very welcoming on arrival with snacks and options for beverages. Located in the Bee Hive, each technician has their own space, neat, clean and comfortable from what I could see. On arrival, the time between arrival and table time was great. Her space is so comfortable in an explosion of soft pinks which made me smile! She has a good music selection playing but I preferred to first listen to an a few chapters of my audiobook to keep my initial nerves down. She was very thoughtful during the initial consult as to what I wanted versus my inspiration pictures and was able to also add the eyebrow tint to my appointment with no problem. The table is warm and the leg elevation was perfect for the amount of time you do have to lay in one spot. She answered all my questions and concerns before we got started. I will say, I am too short to hop up gracefully on the table but she is getting a step soon so that should not be an issue soon. I will update after my trip for a review on how they kept up!
