I asked the young man they assigned to me if he could cut an ingrown toenail. He said no. So the owner said his wife would do it for me. I said ok no rush at all. She sat down, start clipping my toenails and I flinched not because she was rough, but I haven't had a pedicure in months and my feet were just sore. When I flinched she grabbed my foot and told me to RELAX! Like I was bothering her and she was rude. I politely dried off my feet and walked out. It appeared that she was having a bad day. I overlooked that. But to grab an adults feet like they are a toddler? I spoke with the owner (the husband) he apologized. I don't pay to be mistreated when I can get that for free: Sad too because I've been going to them since they opened. Call before you go to check the temperature and the mood before you spend your hard earned dollars. The wife needs to take a course on being nice to the people who he'll pay their bills.

I had past ankle surgery and still have scars, and I clearly informed her that my skin is sensitive and the area could be very painful. Despite this, she pressed very hard on my ankle bone multiple times, exactly where my surgery was done. When I expressed discomfort, she casually said "no pain, no gain," which was very insensitive and unprofessional. She also asked me to lay down in a sitting chair position, which was very uncomfortable. When I told her it was not comfortable, she said she couldn't change the chair position. She even tried using the remote but didn't know how to adjust it properly, and I had to adjust the chair myself. Overall, the behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my injury were unacceptable.

They have been going down hill with a lack of customer service. I searched around on Yelp and google to find a good nail salon and came across Oh My Nails. I had only been here one time for my little sisters wedding in 2016. Jessica, was the nail technician who did my pedicure and talk about attention to details! She did an amazing job. I had always gotten a ton of hang nails from the other location and explained this to her. She took the time out of her day to get lol the dead skin build up that was under/around my cuticles. I had never had someone take care of my feet the way she did. On top of that, she was very engaging and interacted well with me. They won a new customer that day and I will continue to go here moving forward.

I got dip instead of acrylics and they were so great at their service. However, by the end of the…read moreday my nail cracked and came off! I left there around 11am and around 6 pm i noticed the huge chip off my nail. I could understand if i was doing crazy activities to make it come off but i literally had a final and a potluck. No activity at all that would reasonably cause this. I attempted to call but they were near closing. I will call tomorrow to hopefully fix this. Edit: It's getting worse! 2 other nails have started "lifting" the polish. I called them and they said i could come in on Monday to fix it so fingers crossed
