I made an appointment to get SNS on my nails and a pedicure for my mother on Monday, October 5. When we arrived 10 minutes early I still had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time before they got started on our nails. This is understandable. Due to Covid they may be short staffed. I showed the technician a photo of the design that I wanted. She said that she could do it, although she may not be able to do that exact design since I wanted short nails. I told her that would be fine. After filing down my nails to prep for the SNS, she got up and went in the back for 5-10 minutes. When she returned she finished working on my nails. When it came time to do the design she poorly attempted it 3 times before saying "I can't do that" and just got up and walked away. Another man came to attempt the design. He attempted it another 3 times before finally putting the top coat on and saying that was "the best he could do." Needless to say, my nails look horrible. I have never received such a poor job. They do not resemble the photo I showed them in the slightest (which was not a difficult design). It has been 3 days and they are already lifting and peeling off. I could not be more disappointed. In addition to this, my mother was charged almost double for her pedicure because the technician told her her feet looked like they had a "fungus." She does not have a foot fungus. I didn't realize that the technicians were trained podiatrists! They also trimmed both of our cuticles so harshly that we bled. We will not be returning! read more

This is a preferred local shop because most of the time there is little to no wait. Every technician has been polite and does good work. Some other nail salons in the area take longer due to the staff are so busy in conversation amongst themselves that they do not focus on the customers in the chairs. Never had that experience here. read more

Wonderful experience! I went in early and didn't realize I was asking to have something done that would be a little more time consuming. I very much appreciated the time spent on me that gave me the results I was given. Danny did my nails and he was so nice and patient. The lady who did my pedicure did such a great job too. Highly recommend Classic Nails. They even have seats for little girls to get their nails done. I would have loved that growing up. Wonderful atmosphere. The backs of the pedi chair have magnetic pillows with a massager. One of the better chairs I've ever sat in for pedicure. I called to ensure availability. Mid afternoon for two to walk in was no problem. Very friendly Vietnamese staff. They offer drinks while waiting and put plastics bags in the water for sanitary conditions. The menu of offerings for pedicures is extensive. So, when calling for prices, they don't quote. It starts at $23 for their basic and goes up over $50. They did a fine job. Nothing special just a basic set of acrylics. The nail tech however was very friendly and i really enjoyed her. My nails aren't perfect but they're good. Price here is definitely more expensive than everywhere else basically. I put two pictures so you can see some of the paint on my skin and minor discrepancies in the nail shape. I've been here a few times before and this was probably my best experience. read more

My friend and I were attending a wedding out of town and noticed Classic Nails had pretty good reviews, so we decided to get our nails done here. Unfortunately we do not feel as though they provide a good service at all. Both of us left with gel polish on our fingertips that were not cleaned up. While getting my manicure done, the lady who did my nails took the polish off and asked me to choose a new color because it was too light that she would need to put on too many coats. After choosing a new color that she felt was acceptable, she completed my manicure and asked if 2 coats was good enough. I've never experienced anything like that before. Within 4 days my nails had already started chipping. There is also a very overwhelming smell of acetone when walking into the salon. I would recommend if you're looking for great nail service, to look elsewhere. read more

Don't go here. The manager is horrible, he doesn't care about the customers only wants the money. They aren't sanitary. They reuse the paraffin wax, don't clean the tools properly, and the back has roaches all in it. The manager treats his workers like they're slaves & talks about the customers when they leave. Kenny and his staff are always polite and courteous. I've been going there now for some time now and haven't really had any issues. If there is a problem, Kenny ensures it is fixed before I walk out the door. They are offering a new product which is better for your nails...I believe its called organic polish. Its supposed to be better than the acrylic. I'm gonna have to try this on my next visit, which is next month. Kenny always ensures that the customer is satisfied. Against my better decision I went to Classic Nails because I didn't want to go to an overly crowed salon. As I was going in I asked a woman how was her experience she said I was not the best but she needed her nails done. My technician never introduced himself. Completed my pedicure in 15 min and I nicked me no more than about 3 times. The polish on my toenails are not the color it should be. The manicure was worst he nicked me a lot of times one nail I see dried blood but he continued to paint them. He never asked how I wanted my nails shaped, however, he made sure to ask for a form of payment before he painted my nails. Did I mention 4 of my nails were messed up before I left. DO NOT GO HERE!! I hope this review will save others from the disappointment and frustration I experienced. If I could give a zero stars I would! The manager (I think his name is Kenny) was so rude. It took them almost two hours to do the SNS powder, and then it didn't even look good. I rarely get my nails done, so at first I didn't know they looked bad, but my friend that does nails was horrified when she saw them. She said I needed to go back and have them fixed b/c the amount of space between the polish and my cuticles looked to her like I had had them for over a month! When I went back, he refused to fix them b/c "it was a normal amount of growth" (even though it had only been a few days). I asked for a refund (they charged $50 for a crappy job), and he refused. I had a great experience at this nail salon. I'm visiting family here and I wanted to enjoy some pampering. At first it was a long wait; about 20 minutes. Customers waiting before me left because of the long wait. I was in no hurry and I'm glad I waited. My pedicure was quick. The leg massage was wonderful and the techs were great. I went there for a pedicure and gel polish manicure at the spur of the moment one Friday night. It was crowded but the technicians worked to get everyone in and out in a timely fashion. Admittedly, I came in an hour before close but they still didn't rush through my services and I appreciated that. The pedicure was great and I wish I would have gotten the technician ' s name so I could give her the recognition she deserves. My feet were really soft afterward. I didn't have to wait long and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. I was only there for a manicure and I don't get anything fancy, so my comments are mainly about the salon/staff. My mom and I have been to this spot several times and always enjoy going because of the good work, short wait times and good service. Today was disappointing, as I was charged $6 for an almost empty bottle of polish that my baby dropped on the floor. I felt like the staff was annoyed that it was broken, and felt very bad and apologized profusely, but was then annoyed myself when they charged the $6 without saying anything about the fee. They also charge a fee for using a credit card. I feel that broken bottles of polish should be the nature of running a nail salon, not a cost charged to clients who make a mistake. read more

After having a bad experience at Luxury Nails near walmart, I went to this nail salon to get my acrylic nails fixed. The guy fixed them! They came out better than I expected. They were extremely nice, professional, and did not rush me. My young daughter (age 5) was with me and they gave her a sprite and let her sit in the chair to play. He took his time helping me find the exact color I wanted, never getting annoyed. It took about 5 minutes. I noticed while I was there that they cover the Pedicure tubs with a plastic wrapping for sanitary purposes and then they also throw away the pedicure tools after every use. They use new tools for every one. I was impressed by that. I had never seen it done. After it was all said and done, I was very pleased with my experience and I WILL be back with ALL of my friends.
