I requested a mani and pedi yesterday! Young lady in the front was great( black queen with the dreads). She was so sweet. A male did my mani pedi, which never happened before. But if I got a male podiatrist, the male tech was fine, didn't question my manhood once. Dude did a great job! The vibe in there was great! I'll be coming back every time I visit home. My partner and I came from Texas for a softball tournament and had a lot of downtime so we decided to get pedicures and manicure. First it was very inviting. We loved how cultured it was meaning every race was there working. The music and the vibe was perfect. They had conversations with us, and mostly what we paid here for two pedicures and a manicure,is what we would have paid for one manicure in Texas. Very reasonable and if we were to come back to Augusta, we would definitely go there again. read more

Sister and I went Sunday afternoon. We were a bit worried that we would have to wait because this salon is very popular and always crowded. But it was raining and we had luck. And boy we got pampered. They also got new massage chairs in. Going back Friday for another manicure. read more

I've been going here quite a while and the service has been ok....I feel like they could be more professional but they always did a good job... but today...I walked in and NO-ONE said hello or how can I help you or NOTHING they CLEARLY saw me walk in because I made eye contact with them. There were people waiting looking like they have been there for hours and one girl told me she was there since 2'o clock and it was after 4!! another girl walked in and she had to yell "hello!?" to get some attention. I have no clue what was going on today but that's all I needed for me to get the hell out of there... IF YOU'RE IN AUGUSTA GO TO NAIL ART(by eyemart express on wrightsboro rd)...it was soooooo much better and friendly service. BYE MONICA!!!! read more

Visiting the area for a GRU ceremony and needed to waste a little time and get my nails done. The atmosphere was sub par. The gentleman who worked on my nails did not do what I had asked in regards to the color of acrylic I always choose. More employees filed in and a few more customers as well. The employees bantered in their language the entire time without engaging the customers at all. One lady there was in a race to get done with customers and her work was very messy at best. I asked to have my eyebrows waxed and I had the pleasure of getting the rushed lady. She was absolutely rough with the waxing. She pressed so hard on my eye area that I was left with bruises. The wax was still so hot that it actually burned my skin. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE/TRUST THIS SALON WITH YOUR NAIL/WAXING NEEDS!!! No one should have to experience this level of disregard and neglect when PAYING for their service. HORRIBLE!!!!! read more

Steven was amazing I love to go to a salon where there is a friendly inviting welcoming environment. The conversation was good, and not too much. I asked her to do whatever she wanted because I usually don't get designs but wanted something fun for spring break. The only stipulation I gave her was nothing too flashy and I am SOOO impressed with what she came up with! I think her name might have been Erin, I am not 100% sure but I know when I go back I will definitely be looking for her to service me. Great service! The owner is super friendly. She remembers her customers name and make customers feel special. There are variety of nail designs you can choose from. Her artwork is very professional.
