Update to review: very quickly after I made my review I was followed up with by management. The…read moremessage was kind, helpful, and offered solutions to my concerns. Due to this level of care for my experience I wanted to update my review. I feel more confident now in trying again in future with different tech since management cares about resolving issues when they arise. I walked in and wanted a short set of white nails with 2 fingers with glitter. The nails took over 1.5 half and when done the loose glitter was super rough. I asked about top coat because I have had loose glitter done in the past and they stated "that this kind of glitter only lasts a week and they don't put top coat on it." I explained I wanted top coat because in my other experiences where my glitter lasted 2-3 weeks they added top coat and it smoothed it out some. I looked it up on and it also agreed that is the best practice and that the salon was either cutting corners or inexperienced. In addition to this whole getting my nails done the manager, a nail tech, and a customer where in a yelling match for about 10 minutes. It was uncomfortable, took to much time and I don't like leaving knowing my nails "should only last 1 week" when they are expensive.

I loved the way the staff helped each other and were very positive. The techs here are very nice and I loved my aroma pedicure. Victoria was my tech and she was a delight. They have added a little book lending library which I thought was a great idea. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I don't think the older woman who did them was super familiar with doing dip powder sets, because she kept having one of the men in the shop kind of looking over her and showing her what to do or what to fix. For the first 20mins I was the only customer in the shop and the silence was awkward, tv off, no music, and all the staff on their phones. I was needing a fill really bad and couldn't wait for an appointment at my other location due to a time restraint, next time I will suffer through it and wait if I have to, I just wasn't very satisfied here at all.

You walk in and feel totally swept away by the beautiful decor. The store is clean, the seating is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They even offer drinks to the customers while they work. My second visit was equally charming. Max was my nail tech and he was a total professional. We had a light conversation while he worked and he did a superior job. I told him he would be "my guy" when I return in a couple weeks. The prices are fair and the range of services is wide. I'm still new to manicures, but I feel so fancy when I walk out of there.
