I went in today with my husband we needed a pedicure. I have been in the hospital since February so my feet were way over due. I asked the young man they assigned to me if he could cut an ingrown toenail. He said no. So the owner said his wife would do it for me. I said ok no rush at all. She sat down, start clipping my toenails and I flinched not because she was rough, but I haven't had a pedicure in months and my feet were just sore. When I flinched she grabbed my foot and told me to RELAX! Like I was bothering her and she was rude. I politely dried off my feet and walked out. It appeared that she was having a bad day. I overlooked that. But to grab an adults feet like they are a toddler? I spoke with the owner (the husband) he apologized. I don't pay to be mistreated when I can get that for free: Sad too because I've been going to them since they opened. Call before you go to check the temperature and the mood before you spend your hard earned dollars. The wife needs to take a course on being nice to the people who he'll pay their bills. read more

I went to this salon for a leg waxing appointment and had a very disappointing experience. The front desk lady (who also did my service) was extremely rude and careless. I had past ankle surgery and still have scars, and I clearly informed her that my skin is sensitive and the area could be very painful. Despite this, she pressed very hard on my ankle bone multiple times, exactly where my surgery was done. When I expressed discomfort, she casually said "no pain, no gain," which was very insensitive and unprofessional. She also asked me to lay down in a sitting chair position, which was very uncomfortable. When I told her it was not comfortable, she said she couldn't change the chair position. She even tried using the remote but didn't know how to adjust it properly, and I had to adjust the chair myself. Overall, the behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my injury were unacceptable. read more

Hands down, the best nail salon in Evans, GA. The staff is pleasant and the vibe truly is elegant. Everything was clean and the tools we sanitized. Best part, they don't use those harsh foot files, just pumice. This was my first time there and I can't wait to go back. read more

What a pleasant surprise! Clean, "elegant" and very nice! I came in within an hour of closing but felt as if they would've stayed all night for me. 5 Stars for the ambience, kindness, and mimosas from the owner Kenny (who also will do your nails; wish I had of waited!!!); Terrific for a bridal party, moms to be , mommy/daughter day, couples and self love pampering. They are pretty BUT for his sake I hope that they don't break because of the ONE coat he used and its not the right color. 1 star for "J" who did my nails; approached his work station with phone in hand and one ear plugged up with an ear bud, and grabbing the wrong color. WHAT?!?!?! I chose the SNS service which is what I have gotten before from previous salons. This was my first visit and I needed to get this done while my normal nail tech was not available. I will probably visit this place in the future per my 5 star comment but I will not ask for J. He needs a few lessons about customer service, communication, accuracy, and friendliness at 10 am. I matter and I wanted barbie pink and got a pale looking color. He used one coat of the dip. You know the color darkens when you use more than one coat of the powder so I assumed (smh) that it was going to get darker. Honestly at this point I wanted to get up and get this over with, which is why I did not want to argue after Kenny and other hostess was nice. You guys have a beautiful facility but Kenny requires your assistance, Team Elegant, in opereating smoothly and maintaining a 5 star rating across the board. I love getting pampered and would love to spend my money here and bring friends and family, but not for a service like that. Went there twice for sns. First time the guy did a good job but both times they used the drill to get 90% of the previous sns off. I have thin nails and told them I prefer minimal drill and rather have the acetone so most of the work. The first guy did listen somewhat- so used the drill after told him it burns but the second time was it. She cut me and also burned multiple nails. I went to GA state website to file a complaint but this company name didn't show a license. The pictures are not nail polish, these are burns that affected the skin under my nail. Excellent nail salon and spa in Evans. The interior is beautiful and you feel like you're going to be pampered in such a setting. The customer service is outstanding and the quality matches. Each technician I have had is meticulous and my dipping manicures have been amazing. I also have had a pedicure and those chairs are to die for! In addition to nail services, they offer traditional spa services as well to include facials. I'm looking forward to trying them out! read more

RACIST EMPLOYEES! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! I received manicure and pedicure services from this spa on two occasions, and that's all it took for me not to return. One of the nail techs called me a "moi" to my face and tried to make me repeat it...in the guise of it being a welcoming phrase. He told me it meant "thank you" in his language. (Google "moi" in Vietnamese) I quickly realized that he was insulting me once the other nail tech started to laugh. There was a female tech who confirmed my suspicions by the look on her face after he said it to her as a means to further convince me. They do not respect patrons, especially African American patrons. On my initial visit, everyone else in the spa was given a mimosa with their pedicure...I was not. I politely asked (after paying) why I wasn't offered this and the employee did not respond. That incident, honestly, should have been the first and final straw - but, I try to give everyone a chance. If I could give zero stars, I would. There are a ton of nail spas in Evans...make sure you skip this one. read more
