You walk in and feel totally swept away by the beautiful decor. The store is clean, the seating is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They even offer drinks to the customers while they work. My second visit was equally charming. Max was my nail tech and he was a total professional. We had a light conversation while he worked and he did a superior job. I told him he would be "my guy" when I return in a couple weeks. The prices are fair and the range of services is wide. I'm still new to manicures, but I feel so fancy when I walk out of there. I informed the lash technician, and a fan was provided while the service continued. After the appointment, I experienced blurry vision and irritation in one eye for the remainder of the day. Because of the discomfort, I chose to have the lashes removed the same day and used an eye wash solution afterward, which helped improve the issue. I was initially told I could have the lashes redone at no charge due to the inconvenience, but later that offer changed to a 10% discount instead. While the staff initially seemed concerned about my discomfort, I left feeling disappointed with how the resolution was ultimately handled. This was simply my personal experience, and others may have a different one.
