Me and my husband went to get pedicures done for his birthday. The service was alright but the…read morecommunication of what package we wanted was very frustrating. I had told her what I wanted for my husband and myself and she then asked if we wanted to do a different package for my husband to which we both declined but she did it anyway. But also when I declined it she made us feel uncomfortable in the sense of rolling her eyes and then talking to her coworker. I had builder gel on my nails that they didn't take off or refill just painted over. Because of the miscommunication or just choosing to ignore us two pedicures came out way more than expected. Other than that it was okay.

I asked the young man they assigned to me if he could cut an ingrown toenail. He said no. So the owner said his wife would do it for me. I said ok no rush at all. She sat down, start clipping my toenails and I flinched not because she was rough, but I haven't had a pedicure in months and my feet were just sore. When I flinched she grabbed my foot and told me to RELAX! Like I was bothering her and she was rude. I politely dried off my feet and walked out. It appeared that she was having a bad day. I overlooked that. But to grab an adults feet like they are a toddler? I spoke with the owner (the husband) he apologized. I don't pay to be mistreated when I can get that for free: Sad too because I've been going to them since they opened. Call before you go to check the temperature and the mood before you spend your hard earned dollars. The wife needs to take a course on being nice to the people who he'll pay their bills.

I had past ankle surgery and still have scars, and I clearly informed her that my skin is sensitive and the area could be very painful. Despite this, she pressed very hard on my ankle bone multiple times, exactly where my surgery was done. When I expressed discomfort, she casually said "no pain, no gain," which was very insensitive and unprofessional. She also asked me to lay down in a sitting chair position, which was very uncomfortable. When I told her it was not comfortable, she said she couldn't change the chair position. She even tried using the remote but didn't know how to adjust it properly, and I had to adjust the chair myself. Overall, the behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my injury were unacceptable.
