They provided an estimate with an upper maximum limit that we were comfortable with. Arrangements were made via email and over the phone, and the office staff were always courteous and responsive. We needed to get the things moved within a few weeks and they were willing and able to come based on our schedule. The team of four were on time and they were incredibly agile and strong. On moving day we received text updates on their arrival time. The team communicated and worked well with each other. They were fastidious about keeping track of their time, which we appreciated.
