The service was the savior here. We were seated in the back corner by the kitchen so it was a bit of an awkward spot for a table, but the place was busy for a Wednesday night! The waitress didn't check in much but the bus boy was sweet and extremely attentive. I hope he got part of our tip! We ordered the burratta appetizer to share which was covered in tasty pesto. My friends both got the fettuccine Alfredo which they described as creamy and delicious and one of the better ones they've had. I got the carbonara, which was good but I wasn't blown away. Small but very cozy joint in a strip mall that you've probably driven past 100x. Well it's time to stop in! The service is so friendly and accommodating. They told us over and over ANYTHING CAN BE MODIFIED which is so refreshing. From the very delicious rosemary garlic focaccia in the bread basket to the thin crust pizza to the delectable entrees - there were no misses here. This was a gem! We were in town for a family wedding and got in the day before. After an agonizing day in traffic we searched for options and decided on Andini's. It was a Friday night but we didn't have to wait long for a table. Most of our party got pizzas which were gorgeous but my daughter and I decided to share the carbonara. They even offered to bring it out in separate dishes. The half portion in my picture was more than sufficient and I even had leftovers to warm up the next day. The cosmo was exactly what we needed to unwind and my hats off to the lady tending bar because I was feeling great in no time. I was leaving work and was surprised to learn I had a flat tire! After getting a donut I headed to Costco tire center and eventually worked up an appetite and thought I deserved a glass of wine! I yelped the area and found Andini's! I walked in and it was almost every table was taken and people were at the bar! I was still able to snag a seat. I ordered the cajun fettuccini which was delicious and huge leaving me with a ton of leftovers! Also, treat yourself to their bread!! It was the freshest, softest pillowy bread that they bake in-house! I enjoyed a delicious espresso martini that was made perfectly! The bartender was very friendly, personable and awesome! We visited Andini a few weeks ago, definitely recommend it! The Cajun Fettuccini was great (not too spicy) and the Chicken and Shrimp plate was light and tasted delicious. Had take out rolletuni and pizza. Both were a bit bland. Rolletini looked good but had little flavor.

When the "other" place is packed, this is a great option. They have Good food, courteous service, and reasonable prices.

One of our favorite for my traditional Italian with some flair. The menu always has nice additional and the food is consistently very good.

As is the case with most dining out experiences, certain things on the menu are great and others, less so. The Carbonara was absolutely delicious with loads of meat, peas and eggs. 5 stats Chicken Francaise was ok. The chicken itself was tender and tasty, the sauce was watery, barely lemony and lacked the viscosity of a typically butter-thickened sauce should be. The chicken park was very over cooked, practically burnt The bread was terrific. I'm giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and giving four stars knowing that it's usually better than it was this week. Get the Carbonara!! read more

Ordered take out tonight and was internally shocked when the total came to $33!! I ordered a meatball sub, garlic knots and the meatball app. I decided to go for it since I haven't tried this place before but the food just isn't good enough to cost that much. Any takeout pizza place would have tasted the same if not better and cheaper. The meatballs weren't totally warmed up through as the inside was cool. And as far as the grinder, I was just expecting more. It would have costed us similar just to go out for dinner! And the garlic knots were very gummy, doughy tasting. I'll pass! read more

We had a beautiful late lunch here yesterday. This was our first time at Andini's, but I'm sure it won't be Our last. The place is small but cozy. The service was excellent. Our waiter was so nice and very attentive. The pizza's are all personal size, so we ordered 3 different ones. I got the veggie. It was loaded with veggies yet the dough stayed crispy which I absolutely loved. The crust itself was crunchy and chewy and full of flavor. My husband was happy with his hot oil pizza, and my daughter loved her mashed potato pizza. This is a great spot for lunch or dinner especially if you are shopping at the mall nearby. The menu includes many pizza options as well as salads and pastas. We will definitely be back to try other menu items. read more

I've been to Andini's a couple times. I enjoyed my second visit more than my first. During my first visit, thanks to it being for business, I was able to try a variety of different appetizers and zero in on one I really liked which was their different take on fried calamari which consisted of your standard fried, crispy calamari but instead of a sad little cup of bland marinara sauce on the side, it was completely bathed in a sweet marinara sauce based on hot cherry peppers, garlic, and capers. The hot cherry peppers gave the dish an uncharacteristic kick of spice which really hit the spot and I recommend it for being a different and interesting take on an otherwise typical appetizer. Most folks seemed to like the main dishes they got. The steak tips were the big hit while the cajun fettuccini received mixed feedback from folks. I was on the, "meh" side of the conversation. The table wine (they have a expensive table wine that changes and can be different visit to visit) was good but not the kind I would have personally ordered. One of my coworkers did get food poisoning from their chicken dish but to their credit, they were grateful to have been informed after it occurred, credited him, and apologized which is about as much as one can expect from what could happen to anyone on a bad night. While the first visit was not enough to make me want to go back, it was my friends credit and willingness to give Andini's another go that brought me and others back for a second visit. I am glad we went back and so was my friend. Not only did he not get food poisoning this time around, which shows it was more of a blip than a trend, but we all had a better experience. For my part, I was able to find a pasta entree and cocktail I liked as much as the appetizer I had the last time which rounded out my experience and made me more likely to come back again. The pasta I ordered and really enjoyed was their Penne Gorgonzola which consisted of chicken, hot cherry peppers, and a rich gorgonzola cream. This creamy and spicy combo really complimented the Calamari for me which also had hot cherry peppers. I thought it was also a nice twist on an otherwise traditional dish where it wasn't just creamy but also brought some heat to the tongue. I then was able to cool off and wash down the food with their, "Ramp it up rye" cocktail which, despite the name, consisted of a mix of Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon (no Rye to be found in this Bourbon which is also good straight), a fresh lemon, combier, ginger beer and black walnut bitters. This cocktail was also uncharacteristic as it was tangy, citrusy, but in no way sour or full of burn like you would expect from a bourbon whiskey. I had two and would have had more if I were not going to work the following day. All in all, this is a good italian restaurant with all sorts of classic dishes as well as at least a few with a twist in regards to spice which I always like. Their service is good and the atmosphere is business or formal date appropriate while still lending itself to a casual crowd or occasion if necessary. Yes there was a hiccup with the food in our first visit but the restaurant was professional in how they handled the situation and even the victim wanted to go back and try again which is testament to the taste of their food. Definitely worth a visit. I'd go back again for sure as they have a appetizer, pasta, and cocktail that I can always look forward to. Note that some items aren't always on the menu however.
