I went for a charity event for our local library. The decor is so fun as it is located in an old firehouse. This was the highlight. The service was friendly, but unfortunately slow. My friends and I ordered a few appetizers and a pizza. The fried mozzarella was small considering the high price but was good. The pizza oddly didn't lacked sauce, so we found ourselves dousing it in the sauce provided with the garlic bread.... which tasted like bread covered in melted cheese (no garlic whatsoever...hmmm.) The best thing we ordered was the eggplant rollatini. Sadly despite the acclaim I can't say I will return.

Stopped by Sunday afternoon around 1:00. The place was almost empty (first indicator). We simply ordered a large sausage pizza. That's it. Pizza came out relatively quickly however it was not "burn the roof off your mouth" hot nor was it large. Sausage tasted good but the crust was flavorless. I would rate 5/10. Service was SLOW however the waiter mentioned that a cook was injured so they were short staffed. Will give it one more try to see if this was a one off, but based on other reviews they need to up their game to survive.

First time trying Fire Engine Pizza Co. They have plenty of seating and a big bar in the center. We tried 5 different pizzas and they were all good! Nice place to stop for lunch and dinner.

After a vigorous hike, my crew and I were ready to refuel at Fire Engine Pizza Co. 2, a new hotspot that's been the talk of the town. Walking through the back door, we were greeted by a long desk that looked like it could be the dispatch center for pizza emergencies--perhaps to-go orders are a serious business here! The decor paid homage to the original fire department that once occupied the space, with vibrant red and yellow hues that made me feel right at home--a true firefighter's paradise! We were among the first to arrive for lunch, and with the bar completely empty and just a handful of other tables occupied, we were seated quicker than a firetruck responding to a 911 call. Our waitress was on the ball, taking our drink orders faster than I can slide down a fire pole. We opted for two lemonades and a local Tribus beer for me--nothing like a cold brew to quench the thirst after a hike! As I scanned the room, the fire department memorabilia and numerous TVs for game-watching caught my eye. The bar dominated the dining area, which surprised me; I half expected more tables for dining. Still, it was a great setup for enjoying a couple of brews alongside some chicken wings or a pizza. We placed our orders: a Caesar salad for my girl and a personal-sized pizza with bacon and onions for her granddaughter. For the main event, we went big with a large pizza topped with eggplant, bacon, and onions. The food arrived in a timely manner, and soon the place was buzzing with patrons eager to experience the new blaze in town. Now, let's talk about the pizza. The dough was fresh and delightful--definitely the star of the show! The Caesar salad, however, could have used a chill plate and a lighter hand with the dressing; it was more average than incendiary. I must commend the waitstaff for their cardio workout, sprinting up and down the stairs to the kitchen--talk about getting your steps in! They're shaping up like true firefighters, ready to tackle any emergency. In the end, we decided to skip dessert--our bellies were already full from the hearty meal. The prices were reasonable, making Fire Engine Pizza Co. 2 a solid choice for anyone in the area. With three new restaurants on our radar--Bonfire, Melbourne Café, and Fire Engine Pizza Co. 2--we're ready to keep our culinary adventure ablaze! So, if you're looking for a firehouse of flavor, this place just might extinguish your hunger flames--no hoses required!

Chicken Parm Dinner. Just the way I got it.

Went to Fire Engine Pizza Co to order a take out of Eggplant Rollantini and a Chicken Parm Dinner. When I got home I took what looked like 2 cardboard boxes out of the bag to serve for dinner I was shocked by what was in the boxes. The Eggplant was just thrown in a small box and the Chicken Parm was the same way with the chicken on top of the pasta with no foil or wax paper just in the cardboard box. I went to speak with the owner and showed him the pictures. The answer that I got from him was what is wrong with it. It looked like a Doggy Bag with leftovers from a sit down dinner. There was no extras such as bread or a small salad. This is not the first problem with this restaurant. I would just let it go until now. Will never order or eat here again.

Margarita pizza with red sauce with half pepperoni. (Their margarita pizza comes as a white pie unless otherwise specified).

Classic wood fired pizza. Their sauce on the pizza is super flavorful! Perfect amount of char to the bottom of the pie. Would definitely go back!

It's very spacious and has an older kind of setting. They also offer a lot of outdoor seating. Nice decorum. It''s also located downtown so you can just walk to the park or sit in front of the waterfall if you don't wanna dine in. Food [5/5]: I got the cuban tacos and they were extremely delicious I'd come back for these again. Their entire menu sounds delicious to be honest so I'd like to try more things from there. But the tacos were very filling and the potatoes on the side were a great add on. The wrap itself was sweet and tasty. Service [5/5]: There was a lot of college kids in there and they're honestly running it well. The adults are probably in the kitchen but they're very friendly and I had the woman with the sleeve tattoo as my server and she recommended the cuban tacos. Fast and friendly service is always great I was in there for no longer than 30 minutes. Loved it. Overall I'd recommend! Theres no parking since it's downtown so you'll have to hope you can find street parking or park your car somewhere else and walk like I did. But it's in a great location! great food! and even greater service! I loved it!

The christmas decorations were also a really nice touch. We were seated immediately, but we did notice our waitress seemed to be the only one running the floor. She was seating people, waiting tables, and running all over. We ordered a pitcher of red sangria, but understandably it was forgotten about. She was extremely apologetic and put them on the house. She was very kind, attentive, and a hard worker. I wish I had her name to give her a shoutout! As for our food I ordered the south beach sandwich and my friends ordered the eggs benedict and village burger. My sandwich was delicious, the chicken was thin sliced and the fries were addicting! The only small complaint I would have was the sandwich was a little cold and I wanted the jalapeño aioli on it. My friend really enjoyed the eggs benedict and side of bacon, she wished there was a little less spinach. Lastly, my other friends loved their village burger - it was juicy and flavorful! I would definitely come back and try some other dishes out as their menu has a variety of items!

If you're a lobster lover, this is your moment. Rich, buttery, packed with flavor, and indulgent in the best way. It's one of those dishes you think about long after you leave. All the way up until warming up the left overs. No regrets. Not one. For the kids, the steak medallions were such a good deal. Generous portion, cooked perfectly, and paired with really good fries (because yes, fry quality matters). Clean plate club status achieved. Now let's talk dressing. I am a dressing snob, and the green goddess? It was great. Fresh, herbaceous, creamy without being heavy. I would absolutely buy that by the bottle. Dessert sealed the deal. The brownie was that warm, ooey-gooey, stick-to-your-fork kind of brownie. Topped with yummy ice cream melting into all the chocolate goodness. Exactly what you want when you order a brownie. no dry edges, no disappointment. The decor is beautiful:warm, inviting, upscale but still comfortable. Service was great with genuine smiles. They checked in consistently without hovering, and shoutout to Ezekiel in the parking lot for such a kind welcome right from the start. First impressions matter, and they nailed it. I can only imagine how gorgeous this place must be on a summer night. We will absolutely be back to explore more of the menu. I'll get a photo of the front and patio next time!

Well, the lobster roll came with fries and coleslaw and I have to say the last roll was very bland and yes, there was a good amount on there. The role fell apart and I purposely didn't have them butter it because I knew that would happen but yet it still happens and I would never go back there for that lobster roll anyway as far as the fries they were tasteless. The only good thing was the coleslaw so for almost $100 for dinner including the tip it's a no for me. Also, the spritzer was $17. It didn't even have any booze in. It was like just drinking club soda.
