Short rib Papardella

Back again! After my first amazing experience with Gusto, I knew this was the venue for my sister in laws baby shower. The coordinator was lovely, planning the tables, what food and drinks. The real star of the show was Paul. Paul immediately offered his assistance with bringing things in or setting tables up. He was on the ball the entire event. When I had to order a guest different food, Paul took the lead and spoke with the guest directly. As the party continued Paul and the waiters were always in and out refilling drinks. The food was fresh and very filling. It was a lunch buffet and everything came out hot and ready to go. Couldn't have asked for a better baby shower event!

Let me first say this ? Gusto Trattoria has become one of my top destinations for authentic Italian cuisine over the last 6 plus years. I had my wedding ceremony and reception held here back in 2023. Last night's visit was the celebration of my sister's and we had a great time and the food was amazing. Our Server Rachel was outstanding and very professional and personable.

Pizza Margherita

I ordered two small pizzas for lunch and when I got home with them, they tasted like yesterday's pizza they were weren't good at all! They were dry. They were horrible. The only good that came out of this was the owner reimbursed me immediately!!! She apologized and said she had a new cook and she wasn't satisfied with his production of pizzas. And even though they don't specialize in pizza, this pizza tasted very bad! I might try it again because the owner was so gracious.

This was such an amazing experience! The restaurant is very fancy, clean and welcoming!! All the food we had from the meatball appetizer to the bread and both pasta dishes were so amazing!! The Parmesan wheel cheese pasta dish made tableside was such an awesome experience! Our server was amazing, we can't wait to come again for an amazing date night!

I went here for a family event. After adding copious amounts of salt and pepper the food wasn't too bad. Nothing was over cooked or overcooked, which was a relief! The place has a really cute patio outside. The service was Italian haha! I would go back and try a few other things. It seems like a cute family place.

Very good Italian food. A bit on the pricier side but otherwise very good. I was a little confused that they have two different gnocchi options and use two different gnocchi recipes, which seemed strange to me. All in all, it was a good experience.

Chicken Parmigiana

Came here for my son's birthday with a party of six. The chicken parmigiana came with ravioli; it was a small portion of 5 small pieces; although it tasted fresh, I should have swapped it for a more filling spaghetti. The lamb wasn't served as "lollipop" style which was unusual for me but it still tasted good. The bread was served with a whole roasted garlic head, which was appealing to my eye and photo worthy. My jalapeño margarita had too much sour mix. I tried my sister's strawberry daiquiri and it was way too sweet for my liking. So I didn't order a second drink. The service wasn't exceptional, nothing stood out to mention, but it wasn't horrible either. There are too many Italian options out there, so I probably won't return.

Two hours, no food, no communication. We ended up leaving without dinner. I will not be back.

Great food, excellent service, and a fun environment for the whole family. We will definitely be back! Food was 9/10 on the sports bar level Service was 10/10. One constructive piece of feedback: the Philly cheesesteak sandwich was a little too pricey for what you actually get.

First off, the beer: it's stupidly good. Like, annoyingly good. The kind of good where you go in thinking, "I'll just try one" and then three flights later you're googling if it's socially acceptable to move into a brewery. Their IPAs actually taste different from one another (shocking, I know), the stouts don't drink like liquid bread, and even the lighter stuff has actual flavor. It's witchcraft, and I'm here for it. The vibe? Top tier. Inside feels like hanging out in your cool friend's garage--if your cool friend also had a professional brewing setup and knew what the hell they were doing. Outside, the beer garden is basically Milford's adult playground. Add in food trucks and you've got yourself the perfect Saturday. The staff? Friendly, quick, and actually seem like they enjoy being there. Do you know how rare that is? I've been to breweries where the bartender looked like I asked them to solve long division just by ordering a pint. Not here. At Tribus, they get it right. Bottom line: If you're looking for a place where the beer slaps, the vibe's relaxed, and you won't get ignored like a ghost at a bad Mexican restaurant (ask me how I know), Tribus is it. 11/10, would recommend, and will absolutely keep coming back until they name a beer after me.
