An embarrassing display of business practices. On a weekday evening, we ordered a dozen donuts to be delivered to us. Not only did the delivery take over an hour to take place, once our ordered arrived it was wrong -- 4 donuts, none that we requested -- not one of any that we requested, were delivered to us. The quality of the donuts were so bad that we threw them away immediately. Because, of course, why would we want something we didn't order and especially because they looked awful. Like they were quickly stuff in a box and throw in a car to be sent out way. The chocolate was dripping around the box and the glaze was crushed as it sloppily laid in the box. We called Amy's Donuts and they offered nothing. No help for recovering 4 donuts instead of 12. Nothing to correct the issue, like offer the correct order a different day or maybe a coupon? Nothing. Anyway, we called the delivery service and they also had nothing to fix the situation with. Anyway, such a disappointment and not ordering or stepping into this shop.

Love this place wish it was closer to my house although that might be a bad option for the waist

I LOVE AMY'S. Love Love LOVE! If you haven't been here AND you're a donut loving fan - then you MUST come here. MUST. I am not playing. Give yourself some time to decide because this place has a large selection of donuts to pick from. I am a yeast donut fan and this place has TONS to chose from. Don't worry, if you like cake donuts they have you covered as well, but the options are not as abundant as the yeast. Personally, yeast donuts are better anyway lol Anyway! It does get a bit pricey as you order a dozen, but it really is worth it. It's a fun experience. Be sure to check out Amy's! It's my favorite donut shop in ABQ until someone recommends otherwise! OH! They open at 4 am and close pretty late. They are making fresh donuts throughout the day. This place is serious trouble for donut lovers; myself included lol Enjoy!

These donuts were amazing! Service was super friendly and patient as they do have a huge selection of donuts. You can tell they are homemade and so different from chains. The shop was clean and quiet. Love the extended hours. Do not miss this on your trip to this city!

There are no donuts in ABQ but Amy's. No one compares! Sorry, every other donut shop. Amys is the best.

The classic chocolate was my favorite- complete nostalgia. The service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and patient, while I tried to decide. And, the restaurant itself was welcoming and adorable. My son loved the cherry blossom the most. On all of them, the cake part was too heavy with little flavor so he ended up eating the tops only. We also tried the prickly pear which was good but in our opinion, all of their doughnuts are lacking the sweetness you can expect when eating a doughnut for breakfast. We think there needs to be more icing on them since they are all cake based. The salted butter didn't have much flavor, but the chocolate was pretty good. My son liked the maple doughnut also. I really enough my cappuccino, but it was tiny for $4.50. The flavor was really good, and they use Little Bear coffee. The atmosphere inside was clean and inviting. The service was good. Not much chitchat or smiles, but friendly enough. The pricing is very high, but you do get 10% off if you order six. We paid nearly $30 for 6 doughnuts. It's a little too fancy for my son and I, but I know there are plenty of folks that love doughnuts that are more cake based and not as sweet, so enjoy! Cheers!

I was really happy to see that the menu clearly marked the gluten-free options. I originally decided on the chilaquiles since they were labeled gluten-free, but I asked to confirm that the chips weren't fried in a shared fryer. Unfortunately, the girl taking our order said they were, so I switched to the huevos rancheros. She wrote on the ticket that it was a gluten allergy so they would take extra precautions and prepare everything separately, which I really appreciated. My husband ordered the duck hash and said it was absolutely delicious! My son and his girlfriend got a burger and a Cubano sandwich, and they said both were amazing, they especially loved the French fries! My daughter ordered the Americano with a gluten-free waffle and loved it. My huevos rancheros were just okay, I wasn't too impressed. Definitely something I would not get again. Overall, my family really enjoyed their meals, and the food came out fairly quickly considering how busy it was.

I got the Duck Confit burger which was fantastic! Duck was very tender and not gamey at all. Portions were very large and I would recommend sharing. Would definitely come back to try the rest of their menu.
