Yesterday I called Hunt's Pest Solutions because I was being held hostage in my house by thousands of fleas. I couldn't walk from the front door to the car (20 ft) without several hundred fleas blanketing each leg. They set an appointment for between 2:00 - 4:00 today. Christian arrived shortly after 2:00, introduced himself, and explained exactly what he would be doing. Not only did he spray around the house and yard, he also sprayed under the house, and will be coming back in 10 days to respray. He said if that doesn't take care of them, he'll keep coming back until they're all gone. Christian was prompt, friendly, courteous, professional, and caring. Someone was able to come out quickly, do a through removal of all cobwebs, which were everywhere, and sprayed everywhere. It has been two months since and no sign of bugs, crickets, or cobwebs. Had rat problems in the attic scrapping noise throughout the day and night was driving me bonkers . Hunts sent Jesus over and he was very helpful , I had bombarded him with a lot of questions which he expertly answered and advised on . Jesus pointed out the possible holes which rats got up in and solutions on plugging the hole entrance . Hunt's Pest Solutions is FANTASTIC!!! Stephen is AMAZING!!! He came to my house and checked for mice. He advised that we did not have any and what we can do to prevent them from coming in. He could have charged me hundreds but, is soo honest that he refused to charge me for something that we could do ourselves. He told us what to use and what to do to prevent mice and other animals from getting into our house and garage. His customer service skills are wonderful and I will never use another pest control! He came out the same day and walked me around my house and explained what he saw and why I should get a particular service. Christian and the crew at Hunt's Pest Solutions are FANTASTIC. I have had a problem with bees invading my attic on a few occasions. I have had a different company come out in the past for the same reason and they said it would be $600 again to come and retreat. This is a company that has been doing my regular scheduled treatments for 5 years. I called Hunt's and they were 4 times less expensive than my normal company and they came out right away. Christian came out to my house to treat my bee problem 5 months ago and the other day I noticed some bees starting to fly around my house again. I called Christian and he came out the next day free of charge to retreat the area to keep the bees from setting up shop again. That would never have happen with my other company. Christian and the Hunt's crew are very professional and always willing to work around my schedule and the are always on time. I will and have recommended them to family, friends and coworkers. We have been living here for over 3 years and no problems. I took a trip to the east coast and a few weeks after the wife was getting bites. Before we knew what it was the bedbugs had reproduce all over the apt. They were in the bed, the carpet, recliner chairs, etc. So I decided this spraying is a joke we need a professional in here. I spoke with Christian and he came over to inspect our place. He agreed that our place was badly infected. His first spray was so heavy when we came back home the odor was still here. So this review has long been in the making. But its better late than never. This company is just awesome! I had them come out and spray my home about a month ago because I had a serious ant problem; that come to find out was coming from my neighbor's house. Our technician was very efficient and fast. He explained the process to me about how they prefer to start with the outside to build a barrier for little pests getting inside. And if needed they could spray the inside though its difficult if you have dogs since everyone has to be out of the house for at least 4 hours. Needless to say, spraying the outside worked and I have not seen a single ant in my house or around it. But they guarantee their services for 30 days, which means they would have come back out to spray if the problem was not fixed the first time. Also, Hunt's offers a year-long agreement where they will spray every other month at a much lower price than the initial service. My tech explained the agreement and how it is much more economical, emphasizing that I can cancel at any time and it definitely much cheaper then calling them out again. So I went ahead and signed the agreement and I am sure they will be keeping my house pest free. Ultimately, I would definitely recommend this company for your pest problems! Christian came out today for a same day appt. Turns out, I have no bugs/mites/spiders etc. but I was freaking myself out and needed a second opinion to move on in life. He left me with some green spider traps and wouldn't accept a dime. Christian and Mike came by to spray our house inside and out this morning and they did a great job. Christian helped answer all of our questions and I walked them both around the inside and outside to show them where all of the spiders and ants were hanging out. They were very efficient and let us know that if we see anything from now until our next spraying in a couple months that they'll come back out to spray again. Christian came out four weeks in a row to ensure all of the mice were gone. Afterwards, he returned and sanitized all of the contaminated areas including the appliances. Nothing is worse than turning on an oven and making the entire house smell of burnt fur and death! Super friendly dude and very accommodating. At first I called Christian to come and look at my parents house he was so nice when I spoke to him on the phone and he came out the same day to see how bad it was. As he was doin the inspection I was telling him my family has a market and that their having the same problem & he told he was able to do both the house and the business for a wonderful prize. I called him a week later and we can't close the business so he came out at 4am I kinda felt bad but he didn't mind at all. He also comes as much as he can until the problem is GONE!!! The good reviews were right on target. They came in at the beginning of summer to take care of a flea problem. I adopted some kittens and when summer came, so did the fleas. I have family members that don't tolerate flea bites very well. The people at this business are just as nice and as easy to work with as many of the reviews state. They honor the services they are contracted to provide. I have called and they have done both inside and out several times, as much as was needed until the fleas were gone. Organization is not my strong point, I have asked at the last minute for them to include the inside of the house, and they are always gracious in accommodating. Not only have they taken great care of the "bug" problem, they are the type of down home friendly business who I feel good doing business with. We discovered that we had a mouse in our house and needed someone to come out right away to find out how the mouse came in. We called Hunts and the customer service was very friendly and responsive. They were able to come out the next week for an inspection. Christian was our inspector and was a able to tell us pretty quickly that we had gaps around our house that needed repair. He was able to work with us on the price since we had an older home and a lot of things to fix. He was able to repair the holes quickly in our "basement" and for a reasonable cost. He had a lot of personal experience with older homes and also helped point out a couple of others items we may want to have inspected.
