I Lost $400 on movers along with taking the day off of work for nothing since pod never showed up. Lied to by the rep stating I would get reimbursed which I got $94 out of$400 which seems unfair. Only reason I agreed to the 2nd pod because the rep said I'd receive money off from them not showing. Called multiple times on pick up and drop offs since nobody could properly schedule the dates during pick up of full cart only one was picked up and buyers now have a pod in the driveway. Stay away from this company. It's a huge rip off with horrible customer service.

I did notice a roach scampering out of the pod when I was loading it, but everything I had was in closed garbage bags or sealed crates so that wasn't really an issue. (I did put the stuff coming back out in a holding area to make sure I'd cleared out the stink bugs and anything else that was along for the ride before moving it into the house). We stored stuff for six months during the renovation and when the POD was empty we put in for a pick-up. This is where it got dodgy... the first driver refused to pick up the pod and we rescheduled, and the second driver also refused to pick up the pod- I don't think he got out of the truck or even looked at the site. I had a long conversation with customer service and they were excellent, and proactively made sure we wouldn't be billed for beyond the original pickup date. Finally Etson showed up on try #3 and was able to navigate the tractor lift to get the unit up and loaded. In summary- watch out for bugs, and PODS is a viable short-term on-site storage option.

First off the delivery was okay, our issue came when scheduling a pick up, we were given a day for…read morethem to come, that morning I get a call stating they didn't have a driver to come out so they needed to reschedule which was a whole other week away. the reason we picked the 1st delivery is so that we wouldn't be charged for another month. now because of an issue on their end and another week out they charged us for another month $232.27 and additional $78 for pickup charge something they did. when we called to complain my husband got no satisfaction and asked to speak to a higher up he was told no one was available and would return our call, which never happened. So the resolution came when we checked our bank and found that they waived the pickup charge and refunded partial payment of $153.31. I wouldn't recommend them for that reason. Not a happy customer

But I'm finding that long waits are the norm these days with the current pandemic staffing issues just about everywhere. The person who assisted me over the phone was pleasant and helpful. I clearly understood what was included along with fees. The delivery was exactly as promised and the gentleman who delivered was an absolute peach. It's quite an operation getting that storage unit placed but he navigated it like a pro! I booked my appointment vía Yelp and received a confirmation within 24 hours. About 10 days later, when it became apparent that we weren't going to be ready on our original moving day, I called and asked to reschedule. Ethan accommodated me immediately and sent me a second confirmation without any hesitation. On the day of our move the gigantic truck rolled up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and the guys got to work! And damn, did they work HARD! I was only 95% ready for them so I kept packing up the last minute things while they hauled ass up and down the flight of stairs to our second floor apartment. They took one 15 minute break (No complaints from me! They deserved that, and more!) and then went back to work. At the end of FOUR HOURS the truck was packed and we were off to the new location. The guys grabbed an incredibly fast lunch in between places and were back on the job in less time than it took for Ethan to park the truck where he wanted it and have a look around. They worked for THREE MORE HOURS - again, up and down the stairs - and even took the time to make sure our boxes got to the right rooms. The whole time they worked I didn't hear a single complaint; not even an annoyed look or tone of voice. If they complained behind our backs...WHO CARES?! They kept every interaction professional and pleasant. (If our positions had been reversed I'd have been crying the whole day because I'm weak and old! ) The whole experience was great, from beginning to end. When it was done I felt like my "thank you so much" didn't even begin to express the extent of our gratitude for the amazing job they did. On the drop off they had to maneuver on my steep and slanted driveway and ended up having to bring in a wrecker to get it off the driveway. Packing the trailer shifted how the weight worked. On the backend of the job they had to work around some low hanging cables and ended up putting minor divots into my grass. The driver insisted on filling the holes before leaving. We have a maintenance man so I insisted that he didn't have to do that. At any rate both drivers were great and all of my belongings made it to the new place unharmed.
