We purchased a good middle-level piano, and when my son needs more instrument, Francesco will buy back our current piano for what we paid for it, and help us trade up for a higher quality instrument. Marianne in the office was pleasant and easy to deal with during the scheduling process. Day of the move, the guys called with a 15-minute heads up of their arrival. Two guys accomplished the move-out in under 15 minutes. They took off the legs, wrapped everything with care, and loaded it on their truck. The re-assembly was just as smooth and fast. I highly recommend them!
