Great communication, reasonable prices, and wonderful guys! Day of the move they kept us informed of arrival time, arriving at the time they promised when we agreed to the move. They took meticulous care during the move to keep the items - and the house - safe and free from damage. Justin and the crew were great. We highly recommend Warrior Spirit Movers and will not hesitate to use them again. read more

Their communication was detailed and had the specifics I didn't even think about. They responded very promptly too. I had a tight window of opportunity and they were able to fit into my schedule. Their price was in the same ballpark as 5 other quotes I got for businesses in the area. The guys showed up within the time window they originally gave, worked quickly, were easy to communicate with, and handled things with care. read more

A very reasonable rate for a 2 day house pack and move in state. Nothing got broke in the move which was great . Some items that were to be left behind got moved so be sure to keep a close eye on that if you have that situation. A Very cheerful and dedicated team who made the move easier for us. Some mispacking in order to fit everything but it all turned up ok when we unpacked. read more

Warrior Spirit helped us to move washer and dryer from a triple decker (no elevator). They provided reliable service and competitive price. Love it!! read more

All in all they were amazing! I had an incredibly challenging move/clean of my parent's home. Stuff from 1959 was brought down to the first floor and divided for donation and junk. Justin communicated although when he is driving or working there were obvious lapses. Important to show him everything upfront. Cost was reasonable for five truckloads. read more

I needed their help again a week later to move some *very* heavy furniture and take apart a bed, among other things. They got me scheduled and done very quickly, and are frankly a joy to be around when you're stressing. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Needed to move across the yard to my new apartment last week, with lots of snow on the ground. Justin had quoted me a price that was extremely fair. He and Sophia arrived, surveyed the situation and got right to work. Three of my pieces were quite challenging to get through doorways, etc. but they knew just what to do. I have never had so much fun moving - not only do they know what they are doing, but they are both pleasant and extremely accommodating. Thank you both for making my experience the best it could possibly be. I will be calling again if there is a moving situation that arises. read more

Justin and his crew (Anthony) were wonderful. On time, very accommodating and very reasonably priced. Did whatever it took to get the job done for us (a lot of going up and down stairs, attic and basement). Would definitely recommend and would hire again. Thank you Justin and Anthony!! read more

Fine so far. I'm not moving for another month or two, so will know more when the event takes place. :)

These guys were really great to work with. Very friendly, kind, and personable. The boss was great at communicating ahead of time and all around. There was little miscommunication about the estimate to the final price , and it was dealt with very professionally, generously and with great business ethic. I highly recommend this company! Great and honest hard working folks! read more

Warrior Spirit Movers were GREAT ! Justin and his crew were outstanding arrived at my condo in Fitchburg exactly at 9AM as promised. They were polite, professional and very caring of their work. Had a huge 3 level townhouse at Oak Ridge packed with furniture and a massive all wood king size platform bed with huge headboard. They worked quickly and efficiently in the heat that was rising, took no breaks and were really knowledgeable on how to take apart and reassemble everything. Their rates are Great and their dependability is Unmatched ! I would use them again and again and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Really Glad you can still find Good people and fair rates out there. I honestly can't say enough good things. Thanks again to Warrior Spirit Movers !!! read more

These guys did a fantastic job they were available when I needed them. They were on time and very professional. They were willing to negotiate when it was clear I needed more moved then originally planned. Incredible value, I recommend them and would use the again! read more

I have gotten Justin's help moving things several times now. Justin is easy to work with, charges fair prices, and has handled different projects, from moving one big item up a flight of stairs to several hours moving a LOT of boxes and heavy furniture. He charged a bit of "danger money" once after he and his helper had spent several hours handling moldy items in a storage unit that had been mostly untouched for a few years, and I felt that was completely fair. Plus he recommended a mix of water, white vinegar, and tea tree oil to clean the items I was keeping! He is fast, efficient, and unflappable, and the people he hires are speedy and friendly. When they put my stored things into a new unit it was well stacked and organized. I originally called him because someone I used to know worked for him for a while, and said Justin is a good boss. That's nice to know. The only issue I've had is that he doesn't always notice every detail in an email, so it's a good idea to make sure he is familiar with any of your "fine print" with a phone call, to avoid any surprises on the day. read more

Warrior Spirit is fantastic!! They helped me move -- twice actually. They first moved stuff out to declutter necessary for staging the house for sale. Then again they moved me when the house sold. Helping me organize and pack is their superpower. All the boxes were labeled, moved and stored in a bin that I rented. Breakage was minimal if any. I highly recommend this group. read more

The team hauled away two big old reclining chairs from my house. They were very professional about providing an estimate, setting a pick-up date/time, and notifying me when they would arrive. The removal process was fast and smooth. read more

Great group of guys and they showed up on time and knocked it out of the park. Can't go wrong here.

In need of a professional, easygoing, friendly, careful, and economic way to move? We were! We also needed packing ASAP as I was deathly allergic to the house where we were moving from (...it's a long story). We had to move out quickly, and Warrior Spirit came to the rescue... on Christmas eve, no less! They helped us pack (for a reasonable price), brought additional supplies, and were able to move our whole house in just a few hours. We couldn't have done it without them. We highly, highly recommend Warrior Spirit for any kind of move (whether it's furniture inside your house, or out!). read more

Warrior Spirit totally redeemed an awful moving experience. I had spent the morning dealing with the movers from hell, and as a result was not going to be able to arrive in my new city in time for my scheduled appointment with my movers. Justin was in contact with me over the course of the day just to check in about my timeline, and he was incredibly friendly and understanding. When I arrived at my new home, my movers were waiting for me. They helped me find the key the landlord had left under the mat and immediately got to work. They had my full truck unloaded in an hour - which was great, considering it had taken another company nearly 4 hours to load the truck! After unloading all of my furniture, they asked if there was anything else they could do to help - they even helped me hang some shelves! I absolutely would not hesitate to use Warrior Spirit again. It was very easy to schedule my move, and they did a great job staying in touch with me about the move and confirming everything. The price was absolutely reasonable and they did great work. Next time I have to move I'll definitely be a repeat customer! read more

I would not recommend this moving company. I hired them to load a truck for an out of state move. They quoted a rate for two men at three hours minimum. I was fine with the rate as it was inline with the price I had paid another moving company to move into the apartment two years prior. However, on the day of the move, he brought extra movers and changed me an extra man rate of two hours even though the entire move took about an hour and a half. So in addition to the two man, three hour minimum (which only took half of the amount of time but I was fine paying the three hour minimum) I was charged an extra worker fee (which the extra worker was not needed at all!!) for two hours. His excuse after I disputed this was a ramble of how he had someone call out and had to go to another big job after the one he had agreed to do for me. This is not my problem and I should not have been responsible for him having to bring along workers intended for another job. So beware, the rate you think you are agreeing to may or may not be the amount you are charged, depending on the reliability of his other workers for the day. What a scam! read more

Excellent service from start to finish. They were the ONLY local movers willing to work on the day after Thanksgiving. We had several pieces that were quite heavy and they knew exactly how to manage the weight and carefully take items up two flights of stairs. Polite, accommodating and genuinely problem solvers when dimension of items were larger than stairway space to get to desired spot. Highest recommendation we could give is we would DEFINATELY contract with Warrior Spirit Movers again! read more

Justin was very helpful moving me in Providence RI. He and his crew were professional and courteous I would use again for all my moving needs. read more

Justin and his crew worked for day and a half to get us moved quickly - they were professional, punctual, and friendly even after numerous hiccups and a LOT of packing that still wasn't done. Everything was moved with care and courtesy and our belongings arrived in their new home safely. I would highly recommend Justin and his awesome team for your next move! read more

I am beyond impressed and so thankful for this company. Moving is already very involved and stressful as it is trying to orchestrate things by yourself. When I reached out to Justin to inquire about a quote, he was prompt and professional, and was able to give me a direct answer. My fiancé and I were torn between two different places during our moving process, and didn't get the confirmation on which one we secured until last minute. Justin and his crew member were still able to accommodate my entire move even on such short notice. We lived on the 3rd floor with very narrow hallways and awkward angles, and they were still able to navigate the furniture effectively and with care. They arrived cheerful and ready to take on the job, despite most of my furniture being all genuine wood and very heavy. They felt compelled to make it all work and placed everything carefully and strategically in the truck with no hesitation. They had the proper equipment and materials such as blankets to protect my mirrors which I did not even have to request. These guys work very hard, taking on multiple jobs and circumstances and still manage to do an outstanding job and were eager to help. They alleviated so much of our stress and made our move such a pleasant experience. Their quote was unbeatable, and I hope everyone is aware to TIP these amazing and hard workers. I will forever recommend this company and will gladly use them again in a heartbeat if we decide to move in the future. There was not one scratch or dent left on any of our furniture which I figured was inevitable during any move. You will not be disappointed with these guys! read more

Communication was a bit glitchy, but the service was top notch. They brought a good size crew and had the job done in record time. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful, and professional. I would use them for any future moving need. read more

Hired this company based on great reviews from Yelp. My experience was completely opposite. Crews were very cavalier when handling our furnitures and boxes. Virtually throwing our boxes around even when labeled fragile and verbally being told not to. Seems to cut corners when wrapping furnitures. They just randomly pack our stuff into the truck not according to weight distribution guidelines. As a result, there were significant damages to our belonging from heavy objects compressing on lighter objects, significant scratches to furnitures. The whole experience was a nightmare with financial loss from damages to belonging. Sincerely advice to avoid this company. read more

Warrior Spirit assisted us with a short haul move last week. They were extremely competent, had a take charge attitude, and got us moved in a matter of a few hours. I was quite skeptical of hiring a moving company as my husband and I have moved U-Haul style ourselves in the past, but I have a disability that would make self-moving a near impossible task. Hiring Warrior Spirit ended up being much quicker and more efficient and only marginally more expensive than renting a truck. I like their eco-friendliness, but above all I liked that they were so take charge with everything. read more

Sad to say Justin failed to show up for my estimate. I got a text from him the next day explaining that he had been too ill to respond to my call and my text wondering where he was. One red flag that had gone up right away was that on my initial call he did not identify the moving company. I had to ask if I'd called Warrior Spirit. read more

Justin and his crew are great! Prices and professionalism were amazing. His crew was diligent and very careful with our items. They were all very friendly and jovial, but kept working through it all with consistency and attention. They arrived right when they said they would, loaded up their truck in about 2-3 hours and had it delivered and unloaded in another 2 hours. Contact with Justin throughout the process was consistent. We liked them so much we are using them again this week for moving items from VT to Southern MA and have recommended them to our relatives who are moving. Looking forward to working with them all again! Thank you Warrior Spirit Movers! read more

Justin and Adam spent the whole day with us for our July move, a two-stop trip with lots of details. It was a very long, hot day and they remained calm, careful, professional, and very receptive to direction. Justin recalled exactly the details of where we needed each piece without needing any reminding. In addition to being great movers, they installed our AC unit, assembled our bed, helped to package our clothing properly, and laid down and flattened all the rugs. After a long day they even turned the giant moving truck around so that I could more easily drive it out of the driveway. They were fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. read more

Highly highly HIGHLY recommend Warrior Spirit Movers! Justin was absolutely excellent and made moving seem easy. I was an anxious mess about moving and he made the whole process FAR less stressful for me... truly putting me at ease. He was prompt, professional, extremely careful with all of my belongings... I could go on for days! This company deserves WAY MORE than 5 stars!!! Thank you beyond words. read more

This review is a few weeks late due to my business, but if I could give Justin and his crew 10 stars I would! I had to do a big move relocating from one state to another a few months ago. I did my due diligence contacting and vetting several moving companies as bet I could through the web. Of course EVERYONE wants you business, but it's about finding the RIGHT company. I was particularly anxious after hiring college kids in Maryland to load my moving truck, and discovered that they did a less than great job :( A few "key" things help me to decide on Spirit Movers on the Massachusetts end: Great Yelp/and other reviews, always timely and thorough responses to my emails, EXCELLENT rates without a lot of "add-ons", loved doing business with an environmentally responsible company, and the name was intriguing and cool! What was funny is that I never actually spoke to Justin until the movers showed up at my house. That was great because I was insanely busy at the time, and it was amazing that we could communicate effectively and the actual move went without a hitch or glitch! AMAZING REALLY! Justin and his associate were professional, timely, personable, quick, and efficient. Just ditto all the positive reviews here an elsewhere. I had a flight of stairs which I thought would daunt them, but no they just kept on moving like a well-oiled machine. They placed my belongings where I directed with care and re-assembled several items for me with no complaints. I really loved the care these guys took of my possessions. I could go on and on, but by now you should know that I was one satisfied customer. When I move again, I know who I will call to help me. And you should too! Thanks guys for a great move! read more

Highly recommend the Warrior Spirit team. Used them when we moved into New Hampshire and again when we left two years later. Both moves were totally smooth; the teams were great - prompt, easy to work with, helpful, respectful, and fun. We had to make a last minute change to our timing the morning of our move and Justin was able to accommodate the change with about an hours notice. Wish we could use these guys every time we move. read more
