They were responsive and quick - and picked up belongings from my husbands aunts house ahead of time, stored them for us, then brought them when they came to our apartment. They loaded the truck with everything in 2.5-3 hours. Literally no issues or concerns. The next day we headed to NY and they got there the same time we did. They were done unloading quickly - maybe four hours? And they were super friendly. When we realized later that they missed an item that they stored they made plans to take a trip, 6.5 hours away, to deliver it relatively quickly. They were very affordable too. Super bummed about this one…read more Friendly guys--installed a 2nd story, stacked washing machine for us. I know it was an awkward, heavy job, and the layout of our house wasn't making anything easier. However, the company left large scratches in our wood floor finish. There wasn't any protection uses when pulling the old stacked unit out for replacement. They suggested we could buff the scratches out. This is not accurate... the finish is scraped off. If we buff it out, we'll just lose more finish. The big issue comes next. We ran the washing machine, since we had a lot of laundry piled up. When the cycle drained, the water started pouring out of our living room ceiling--the drain hose hadn't been connected properly or got disconnected during the install. Lastly, we had a Flood Stop mechanism attached to our old washer to prevent this exact issue from happening. During the install, one of the wires to the old Flood Stop was broken, rendering it useless. (A new Flood Stop is $286 on Amazon, for reference). The company hasn't been very interested in helping us out. We're really frustrated and hope that they can work with us to make this situation whole again. We need to repaint parts of the living room that had the paint balloon up with water, hope the water that came under the floor and out the ceiling doesn't lead to any long term issues, and replace our Flood Stop. These guys loaded a pod for me last year. We had a deal in writing that the charge was $425 for 2-3…read morehours. They got most things in the pod in less than 90 minutes, then the 2 helper guys just stood around while my husband and Paul did the rest. They used their pickup to ferry the boxes from the house to the pod, which really sped things up, but then the 2 helper guys covered the back of the truck and acted weird and frankly kind of menacing. Paul charged me an extra 100 dollars for using the truck even though they'd spent half the time loading because of it. They didn't really finish the job, but they were so intimidating that I paid it - $525 for about 95 minutes work. And I have spent a year looking for one box of religious artifacts that were supposed to be loaded on that pod - I can only assume that the two guys had shoved a box into the truck bed and were guarding it towards the end. I hope they enjoyed the relics of my dead nephew, which I would very much like to have back, and my meditation supplies. Perhaps they needed those things more than I did. Overcharged, plus missing things = worst mini-moving experience ever. Would not recommend.

If the answer is Move King, LLC....RUN. I got ripped off, big time. I was completely taken advantage of and my valuables showed up shattered beyond repair. To this day, they refuse to take accountability. I've moved over 15 times in my life. I've worked with reputable movers and shady ones, but NOTHING comes close to the absolute trainwreck that is TopTier Moving (a name so ironic it's almost offensive). They quoted me about $3,600 for my move. Reasonable. But when the movers actually showed up, Move King, LLC, TopTier's third-party vendor that they never warned me about, they immediately told me the job would cost me an additional $3,000. No discussion. No explanation. Just a bait-and-switch right at my front door. Let that sink in: before a single item was moved, I was already being held hostage for $3,000 more than I agreed to. And it only got worse from there. My TopTier "point of contact," who was really just the sales guy who convinced me they were a reputable company, ghosted me immediately after my initial payments were processed. He never once answered a call or email after I paid. Move King tacked on ridiculous charges like $300 because the hallway in my building was "too long." That's not a joke...they literally charged me by the foot to walk. Every step they took seemed to cost me more money. I ended up paying over $7,000, nearly double the original quote. And what did I get for it? A shattered ( and brand-new) $1,300 Google TV, broken in transit despite paying top dollar for boxes and "protective wrapping." So much for professional care. I had to take the time to write this because companies like this should be shut down. I've never experienced a company so unethical in my life and I hope this doesn't happen to you.
