IF ONLY I'D CHECKED YELP FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's a Yelp coupon no less. Arg. It was priceless anyway. Great service. Everything just like they said it would be. They even worked with us to get the unit in our driveway right and then came and picked it up the same day so it wouldn't hang out in the street over night. TOTALLY recommend this option. Save money and mental energy. read more

Highly recommend, we moved from NH to PA. Very affordable, very friendly, the drivers who dropped off and picked up were great, went over everything and explained. The website and text for pick up was very simple. I hope to never move again but I will use them again. Thank you. read more

It's pretty obvious that this is a great company. The drivers on both ends of my trip were tremendously competent, patient (as they had to problem solve), and happy about their work. On the drop off they had to maneuver on my steep and slanted driveway and ended up having to bring in a wrecker to get it off the driveway. Packing the trailer shifted how the weight worked. On the backend of the job they had to work around some low hanging cables and ended up putting minor divots into my grass. The driver insisted on filling the holes before leaving. We have a maintenance man so I insisted that he didn't have to do that. At any rate both drivers were great and all of my belongings made it to the new place unharmed. I highly recommend using this company. read more

U-Pack has been amazing for my out of state moves. The service is impeccable from the customer support, to the pick up and drop off service. Such a great value for the services received. I've used them twice now and I wouldn't have it any other way! read more

We knew in advance that UPack didn't actually service our neighborhood (due to narrow streets, hills, bad pavement) so we'd have to hire a local transport service to actually get the contents of the cube to our house. This secondary service turned out to cost $300 more than predicted -- the lesson is to do research on the various secondary services in advance and make sure that the discount from U-Pack matches the actual cost. However, nothing was broken or lost and everything came through on time and all along the way people knew what was happening, answered the phone and knew what to do next. read more

We had a great experience with upack it was by far the cheapest way to move long distance. There experienced drivers and agents where very professional the loading and unloading policy where flexible. Their shipping was fast and accurate with no hidden fees. I'd recommend this service to anyone moving long distances. If I ever need to move again upack will be my first choice! read more

U-Pack Moving - More then enough room for all your personal items plus they charge you for only the space that you use! - Movers Near Me - Brattleboro, Vermont

I can't say enough about how my move went. Not a single thing arrived broken. From allowing me to change the date of drop off due to a change in the closing to the delivery of my crate st my new address everything was top notch! I saved thousands of dollars moving from New England to Arizona. Every person I dealt with was courteous and knew their product. Their handy on line check list helped immensely. I surely hope I don't move again but if I have to I will call UPack. Job well done! read more

We have used u-pack two times and have been very pleased with their services. Quotes were reliable and accurate. Trailer drop-off and pickup were professional and reliable. This is a perfect service if you want the time to pack up and load rather than being rushed. They also provide at least 3 business days to load and unload and will work with you so it can be 5 days. Our trailer arrived in the expected time frame, and tracking it's progress can be done on line. We moved from Vermont to Montana and were pleased with the way our belongings arrived. We are not planning any more moves, but if we ever do we would definitely choose U-Pack again. read more

If you're moving, ABF U-Pack Moving is definitely the way to go. ABF is cost-effective, timely, and efficient. They deliver a 28 ft trailer to your locale, you arrange for packing, moving goods into the trailer. With a call, they come back to pick up the trailer, and *poof* it's at the destination within a couple of days for off loading. Our move from SW VT to NoVa took a 28ft, and two weeks later, 15ft of a 2nd trailer. Eliminated was the enormous expense and attitude from a private moving company and all the inherent issues that entails. A huge shout-out of appreciation for the care and professionalism I encountered with the Brattleboro VT driver (Mark) and the dispatcher; the same may also be said for the drivers from Manassas VA. I really got a bit of attitude from a local southern VT moving company who complained about traversing our road. They specialize in VERMONT, NH, MA, and NY moves. Our road was nothing special as roads go in the area. Lucky for us, ~they~ recommended ABF which turned into a less-stressful experience overall. I highly recommend the services of ABF. read more

I have used U-Pack just recently for the third time in about 5 yrs. The logistical aspects of my use, from inception to conclusion, was about as planed and percice as one could reasonably expect. I hold on to the last star due to a consistent and unfortunate interaction with a couple of gentlemen in the customer service department. Specifically, what could only be described as a desire for brevity in their answers to questions, on the edge of being curt and passive. Although this is a minute part of the process, to one, it could likely be the most important and stressful part as well. If your moving, move with U-Pack and move with confidence. read more

If your thinking about going this route on your next move I would 100% recommend this company. They made my move across the country so easy that I would use them again. They were very accommodating and so helpful! read more

My husband and I had a very positive experience with UPACK movers. We were moving from Long Island to Rutland, VT and everyone involved were professional. Also, very nice and patient with us. Moving Staffers provided unloaders from a local Vermont company, All Season Moving and Storage, Inc. in Arlington, VT and they were truly terrific. Holly English-Payne, Proctor, VT read more

This is absolutely the best moving and storage company! They are so organized and LOW MAINTENANCE! We used PODS too and that was a complete nightmare compared to the experience we had with ABF. Everything went exactly according to plan With ABF and they kept us updated every step of the way. Picking up and dropping off was a breeze! Not once did I hear anything like, "I'm sorry ma'am our system won't let me do that." It was always, "No problem. We will make it work for you." I highly recommend this company. They have their act together. read more

Great service from start to finish and less costly than pods. Everyone at Upack who I dealt with was pleasant and courteous.

I often read these reviews with skepticism but after dealing with u-pack I believe every one of them. Booking was easy and they were very flexible. The 28 foot trailer came when they said it would. The driver was wonderful and was able to place the trailer where it would be the most helpful. When it was packed, they came promptly to pick it up. We were moving from New Hampshire to Kentucky. After the closing of our old house(8/21) it was a 3 day drive for us to get to Kentucky. We received a call early on that the truck was ready for delivery. We couldn't get into our new home until 9/1 but they were very flexible in working with us. The truck was delivered and again the driver was fantastic. He backed up our windy driveway and placed the truck in the perfect place. We were supposed to have the truck over the weekend but by mid afternoon on Friday we were done unloading and my husband called to tell them. They had a driver in the area and picked up the truck that afternoon. I would definitely use them again although I hope there are no more big moves in my future. read more

U-pack is simply the best option out there for pod-type moving and storage. The ReloCubes are sturdy and deceptively large, but the best part is the customer service. Moving is a stressful event, and U-Pack really goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and hassle-free. They help you find the best option based on your situation, and everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. That was the case with everyone we dealt with, from the driver who delivered the cube to our old house, to the manager at the destination terminal where we unloaded our cube. They offer the best prices in the industry (by far), and they have the flexibility to store your items while you figure out where you are going, or if you happen to change your destination in the middle of the move, like we did. I can't say enough about them. Extremely happy and would definitely recommend! read more
