I have been using Aqua-Aid Systems, Inc. for 10 years and the service has gotten steadily worse. This time they showed up for the yearly maintenance and when they were done our RO unit no longer worked. It was working fine before the service and then they said it needed to be replaced because they could not fix it. I was skeptical but asked them to let me know timing and cost for replacement. I paid them for a service where they broke my equipment and then they left and never contacted me again. It has been weeks and no word. I am done with this company and would recommend people use one of the many alternatives in the area. read more
