Then lightening struck while I was on vacation, my house sitter called him and he was quick to get back to her, come check out, and even repair the damage. Ben has been in the business for many years, including working for TLC. We were saddened to learn that Paul was retiring, but happy to learn that Ben would be continuing the service we were accustomed to receiving. He is quick to respond, arrives on time, is polite, creative, quiet, leaves my property cleaner than he found it, and extremely knowledgable. We have recommended him to many. His partner Dana manages the office. Dana runs a smooth and efficient office and provides the highest level of customer service. It is always a pleasure speaking with her, as well as productive. We are pleased to highly recommend Octopus Pools. Tibbetts Family, Abington

I recently learned that Paul has passed the torch to Ben Twitchell and Dana Faulkner of Octopus Pool Service. They even maintained all the scheduled work at the same pricing and competency. The Octopus Pool team is dedicated to providing the same exemplary support and virtually real-time communication and modern online customer interface tools. I am going to miss Paul and his constancy but I am thrilled to be working with Ben and Dana and I wish them all the success that they deserve! It's now been over 5 years and I have to say he was right. We had previously used Namco and online liners with poor results (leaks, fading/color loss). Let's just say mistakes were made and we experienced a lot of confusion and many delays. After about a year with little progress, I was having difficulty finding anyone trustworthy, who was willing to do the necessary revisions to complete the installation. To say I was desperate would be an understatement! Jason from Living Waters came to check things out and asked all the right questions. I could immediately tell he was an honest guy running an honest business. I was comforted by the fact that he was obviously knowledgeable about hot tubs in general. He could see that we were in a bad situation, but was willing (and able) to be creative, get his hands dirty, and do what was needed to set things right for us. Once I hired Living Waters there were no more surprises and no further delays. Jason has an extremely versatile skill set, which enabled him to address various little problems, which I would have assumed were outside of the project scope. He communicates better than any contractor I've worked with, constantly keeping me updated on progress and clearly articulating any hurdles he anticipated, while at the same time providing assurances that we were on track and on schedule.
