Richard offered his help without any prompting when I checked in (and I demurred because I'm terrible at accepting help). Then he just walked out once I'd moved the truck to my storage area to offer help again. I really don't know what I would've done if he hadn't helped me, as several of the items definitely shouldn't have been unloaded by one person. Richard spent a good couple hours out there with me on the truck, and he made the job SO much easier and more pleasant. I'm new to the area (I'll be building the tiny house on land I bought less than a year ago), and it was wonderful to experience the sort of kindness to a stranger that Richard showed. Did the contract and made the payment on line. Few minutes. Within the hour I got a call from Joanne to make sure all was good and to coordinate accessing the unit the following day.
