Understandable I guess but when I called they explained how notices were sent; they weren't. My parents have had their service for YEARS. NO BILL HAS EVER BEEN SENT. Office people refused to belive/admit/fix this issue. I asked to have billing sent but of course they insist it already is sent. I tried setting up an online account. No bills show up on the account screen. They insist they will/do. They don't. So here we are, customers who want to pay on time. Who want to pay online. Customers who are elders and managing memory issues with a daughter who is willing to manage the bills. They can't seem to accomplish basic customer service to enable people to make sure they pay what they owe.

They clearly canceled their oil delivery, received confirmation of that cancellation, and were shocked when the company delivered the oil anyway--then charged them around $700 and refused to take responsibility. The explanation given was essentially "we delivered it, so you have to pay," despite the prior cancellation. From the outside looking in, this feels incredibly wrong. Charging someone for a service they explicitly canceled--after confirming that cancellation--is not just poor customer service, it's a serious breach of trust. If you're considering doing business with them, I would strongly recommend being cautious, especially about putting a credit card on file. Based on what I witnessed, this situation could easily happen again. On top of everything, the way the situation was handled afterward only made it worse--no accountability, no meaningful resolution. Just sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

A technician came to our home - he was friendly, prompt and explained that there was a blockage in the drip pan of our unit. He repaired the problem and we were pleased with the results. Shortly after that a winter storm with high winds caused our casing covering the lines on the outside of our home to come off. I called them and explained what had happened. They indicated that they would correct it the next time they had a call in our area. Once again we received prompt and courteous service. The casing was secured for no charge.
