At first I assumed the job would be too small for a moving company, but after umpteen delivery services sent me quotes with high rates-- *and* wanted us to help load and unload! -- I decided to call Boomerang, since they did such a good job moving us into our home earlier in the year. Boomerang actually charged *less* than what all those delivery services were asking for, and of course they did a careful, professional job, because they actually know how to move furniture. Nathan and Christian got these extra-tall bookcases down a curving flight of stairs, around tight corners in a narrow hallway, through the doorways and into their places without putting a scratch on either the bookcases or the walls. Moral of the story: Even if you just need to move a few pieces, hire professional movers -- specifically, hire Boomerang!

I rented a storage unit from them for a month and after I had moved my stuff out I found a zero debit from them against my checking account. I suspect, though I can't prove, that they would have just charged me another month w/out contacting me or checking to see if the unit was empty. If not, why the new debit, especially since I had told them I was only renting for one month? As I said, some staff people are VERY rude, for example, pointing at people as if they were dogs to tell them where to stand in the office. Not coming back here.

100% the most ridiculous customer service experience of my entire life. This is a family owned,…read moregood-ol-boy type of place and the workers are less than competent in handling customer needs. We used them a few weeks ago to drop off a Uhaul and they said they "knew how to unhitch the car but didnt feel like helping." We called Uhaul and they were taken back, as it's 100% a requirement to help customers unhitch cars when they're dropped off - all locations require at least one fully trained person on staff to help with this at all times. Taking it off ourselves ended in injury, and their staff laughed as if they were watching Kevin Heart performing live. I have lots more to elaborate on, but because we have a lawyer involved, I'd rather just give a general forewarning to check out one of the other 10 places in the Noho or Hadley area before coming here. I'm sure the other 1 star reviews posted here will paint a clear picture of the type of people you'll be dealing with at this location. Yelpers, beware!

I was fortunate enough to encounter Cliff who is the Territory Manager and he and his team there really went out of their way to help me get my POD removed from my old property and delivered to my new property in the same day as he promised. He assigned his BEST driver to do the job and he was great as well! Cliff and his team were FABULOUS! Now on the other hand the corporate team sucked it. Basically said it was my fault that the Pod was not delivered when I wanted it and that they could do nothing for me AT ALL! If I had not actually gone to the POD location I would still be waiting for my POD another 2 days. This is a logistics company for the most part and they really were terrible at it. They were willing to go out of their way 250 miles (waste of time, money and gas!) and make me wait over 7 days AFTER I moved in. Again, Cliff made it all happen and he really was positive about the company and was sympathetic to my problem with out blaming me! Love that guy and he understands that good customer service really goes a long way. Thanks again Cliff!!!!

I originally asked to schedule it 2 weeks before move but pods rep recommended different and later days. Originally scheduled for Monday I received the drop off time, recieved no phone call except text message that order was cancelled due to lack of drivers and moved to Wednesday. Wednesday delivery time changed 4x. It was during the window of drop off and I received a message that the drop off was now rescheduled to Friday. For people that need to be off property how can they function like this. We need to ahve all items gone for home walk through Monday and now rushing to find another provider because we can not risk them rescheduling Friday again. They also said Wednesday cancellation was due to drive coverage.

When our house was ready they moved my items to my house. I was nervous about storing our items thar long but i was pleasantly surprised there were no odors or bugs or damage. Very happy! I stored my stuff over the summer and came back to a storage unit full of rodent feces and urine. A lot my stuff was ruined and I was devastated to have to discard hundreds of dollars of stuff, some that had sentimental value. If you use this facility, expect there to be rodents. I recommend storing your stuff in sealed containers and do not store anything irreplaceable.

I called when we got into town to make sure someone was in the office and was told that they cancelled our reservation because someone reported the unit was leaking. "We sent you an email. Didn't you get it?" is what was said to me. No, I did not receive any notification, no email, no text, no phone call. So here we are with a load of boxes to store in preparation for a move, and no unit. We had to scramble and find a place. It cost more but Moove In was very accommodating. If you get a unit here, make sure you really have it reserved before you arrive ready to unload your things.
