Would you believe that not one of the three employees working (one of which WAS THE OWNER) could figure out how to print it out!? This is one black and white shipping slip I'm talking about here After around 10 minutes of being left without any explanation of what was happening, I explained that I needed to leave for work. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no offer to hold my package until someone who knows what they're doing can help me out, and of course no mention of a reimbursement. Just a shrug and the excuse that, "We don't know how to do this and the guy that's usually here is out." At this point, learning that this is the owner telling me this, I was frustrated. I asked him how something that usually take me less than 5 minutes to do is now going on almost 15 mins and why do they think that telling a customer that "we don't know how" is a help to anyone, and I am met with this guy giving me a "time out" sign right in my face like he was the referee who showed up to the wrong game. That was it. What kind of business owner acts like that? I went to the Longmeadow store the next night and was in and out in maybe 3 minutes with the employee even helping me carry my heavy package in from my car. Night and day difference. There's a reason why this place has so many negative reviews. Stay away.

The movers themselves called to update us on the status of the move (as our agency was assisting an elderly client with the move) and did everything they could to ensure we were aware of how much extra work there was and how much extra stuff there was which could've left the client without a way to move the items on her own. But they made every effort to be as quick as possible in order to prevent that from happening. She had wildly underestimated how many of her belongings still needed to be packed and moved, and yet the movers managed to stay within the expected costs of the estimate originally given. All expected fees were listed on the estimate up front so there were no surprise added costs to the final bill. Two gaming chairs were broken (they do not sit up any longer), a table was put together without the support beams and all the screws were missing, a gaming desk was dragged against our hardwood floors, leaving deep scratches, and not put together correctly leaving it completely unsupported, an heirloom table was smashed and hidden behind boxes stacked six feet high, a hole was gauged into a wall, and our kitchen table was damaged. I have provided documents showing this is over $4000 worth of damage to my home and possessions. Again, extra insurance up to $5000 was purchased by me through All my Sons, and my claim was sent to Ace W, who sent me a claim form addressed to another of their clients! So now I have all this client's information and they have mine. Ace Ward decided the 4000$ in damages was worth $950 but immediately revoked the form once sending it to me. Please take this as your warning to never use this company. I don't understand the utter disregard for documentation provided by their clients. This on top of sending my private information to another client and sending another clients info to me!
