He contradicts himself by first admitting that he made the dent on my wood floor, and then started claiming that I scratched my floor myself. How would I scratch my floor when he did all the moving? He insulted me as "this paranoid "70lb. pinball of woa", "delusional", and "millennial bumper car car of woa!" when I approached him about a huge half foot dent that he made on my wood floor. Then he stalked me, posted my personal info online, and continuously insulted me, even far as to reading everything on my personal social media pages. He tells others, "if you want proof of her mental status, review her FB page". He paints me as a "crazy, unstable woman" who has grieved him when he dented my wood floor and at first, admitted to it. Read his response to the negative review below and you'll see how he also insults, stalks, and posts the personal info of other customers who leave negative reviews. The extent of his behavior is enough evidence for legal action. This business insults and harasses customers who hold them accountable for their incompetence, and then plays the victim and paints their customers in a bad light when they do a bad job. I can already expect his response below and will be entertained by what trick he tries to pull off next.

    I contacted Angi looking for general contractors, and Ben White from Dukes contacted me…read moreimmediately. I explained that was not looking for a handyman and he told me he was a licensed contractor. I spoke to him on a Thursday. He was supposed to get a hold of me on Monday to come over in the afternoon to look at what I needed. Everything sounded good. He sounded like he was a responsible person. Today is now Tuesday at 6:30pm and I have not heard anything from him which is very disappointing. When you're dealing with a business you expect that they're going to do what they say or at least contact you to make different arrangements. I guess I'll be moving on to a different company and hope they can fulfill what they say. Very disappointing. The whole point of going through Angi was to try to find somebody reputable that could at least keep an appointment!

Leading up to the actual move, head mover Jack came to asses and take measurements to be sure that they had the right equipment and everything. Jack was thorough, smart, and very easy to chat with. On the day of, Jack and his team were awesome. We had a complicated job with some really huge items, and two different delivery locations, and Jack didn't flinch.     READ the fine print. I am elderly and disabled and do not drive. I thought when I hired a truck…read morethat they would fill the truck. WRONG: I had to make an inventory of things I wanted moved. I didn't realize that if an item wasn't listed on the inventory they wouldn't take it. I had to have them come back for an estimated additional $1300-$1600 dollars. They were supposed to be here around noon. At 12:40 I called and was told they had a 2 hour window. I had had to make arrangements with friends based on 4 Guys arriving around 12. As I don't drive I needed to have a ride to the new address. My ride couldn't do the later time so I had to scramble to find another. It's now 2:45 and no truck. When I called a got a very calm person who began to explain why they were late. I told him I don't want explanations or excuses so he offered to call the whole thing off. I was almost speechless as I'm under a deadline. Would not recommend them: not reliable.

He agreed and said he would contact me. Zero contact Monday through Thursday. I call him. He says he lost my address and wouldn't have one until after July 4th. Now, other dumpster companies are on the same timeline, and we can't get a dumpster until after the 4th. Rock Neitupski is very unprofessional and nonchalant about his customer disservice; doesn't care one bit about how he has inconvenienced us.
