They were very customer service friendly, polite, very professional and there pricing was simply unbeatable compared to the local companies in our area. They arrived early and set up the dumpster for us, we also had 12 days to utilize it. Hands down the best service, professional and polite and pick up was speedy and early as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing dumpster service and I'll use them again as now I just wanna get rid of more things from the house. RUN!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! They are incompetent and ripoffs!! Check with your local dumpster company and consider exploring better options elsewhere. I asked for a 20yd, they delivered a 30yd dumpster. Overhead powerlines were in the way. They took back the 30yd and charged me for a "trip fee". I decided not to business with them any longer. Later that day, to my surprise, they sent a 10yd dumpster to my home - which I did not request/order. I called their supervisor, she told me I still have to pay the "trip fee", and she is not sure "of the specifics" as to why there is a 10yd dumpster in my driveway. No one from the company reached out to me to explain why the 10yd was sitting in my driveway for 3 days. I kept receiving emails advising me about the fees I had to pay, even after their gross incompetence. It has been a nightmare. RUN! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! read more
