This place is located inside the Pechanga Casino's food court! If you're craving a burger, this place is the spot! We got a couple Double Cheeseburger's and I loved them because they come with two BIG burger patties unlike the tiny burger patties you get from some fast food chains lol Fries were good too! If you want to take a break from gambling and want a burger... definitely hit up American Classics!

It's 2am, your stomach's growling louder than a slot machine jackpot at Pechanga, and you think, "Well, everything's probably closed." WRONG!!! Plot twist! American Classics (food court area) is open 24/7, baby! They've got all the late-night MVPs: burgers, dogs, fries, and even a Philly Cheesesteak that probably moonlights as a cuddle buddy. I went full T-Rex mode and ordered a double cheeseburger. Now, was it a flavor explosion straight outta Guy Fieri's playbook? Nah.... but did it hit the late-night craving bullseye? Absolutely!! The patties were thicc w two Cs... juicy-ish, but needed a saucy pep talk to get to their full potential (adding extra sauce did the trick). Fries were solid, but listen.... this place is a now or never kinda deal.... fresh off the line is the way to go (eat the fries right away, they're great fresh). Reheated? That's a culinary misdemeanor!!! So next time it's 2am and you're hangry at Pechanga, skip the drama.... go where the grease meets the need!!!

Not Crispy Chili Cheese Fries! I got the Chili Cheese Fries. They were a pretty good portion for $8. The fries are not crispy, they're soft, but they're not uncooked. There was plenty of cheese, but the chili was 80% beans. It wasn't fun to eat after realizing it was almost all beans. The chili is almost flavorless, but luckily they gave us a ton of ketchup packets and napkins. The employees were kind. There was a huge line for American Classics, but they were never rude or mean. The food court can become very full, but there's never any trouble finding seating or tables. It can look like it will be difficult, but it's not. The tables and seats are also always clean because there's an employee that cleans and sweeps the food court. I wouldn't eat here again, but I'm willing to try the other options in the food court!

Philly cheese steak was delicious! Fasr service and food court vibes. Definitely made a good choice of selecting this. XD

Breakfast Burrito Combo with House Fries.

This is located inside Pechanga Casino and Resort. It's one of the places that's open 24/7 at the food court area. Specially if you're hungry when everything is closed or early in the morning for your breakfast. It was early in the morning and I wanted something to eat. They have breakfast burritos, eggs, sandwiches and burgers. Out of everything for the breakfast, the breakfast burrito looked like it would have been decent, so I got it with sausage added and made it a meal with their house fries. It was what I expected, just a bland burrito with some simple pico with no flavor, and some ketchup for the house fries. I don't think it was microwaved but I would be surprised as it tasted like it would be a pre made one. Either way when you're hungry and it's your only option it is what it is. I've had their classic burger once before too and I remember I felt the same way that it's just food to fill you up.

My favorite place in the food hall!

Food halls are hit and miss. I've tried a few places here in Pechanga's & this place is my fave! Got the loaded fries. Came out super hot and ... LOADED! lol. Delish. Service was fast & the person who helped me was very friendly! Lots of seating! They have beer bottles for sale, and they have those cool soda machines (flavorings, sodas, etc.).

Was surprised by this place, expected it to be small and not the best but it was average. It was a large portion and I couldn't finish it. Burger patty is thick and comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, spread, ketchup, and mustard, cheese and fries. Fries were great. Love the flavor, burger was okay. Quality could have been better but was happy with the size of it.

Did you win $500 on roulette? Did you lose $1k on roulette? Celebrate or cry with a cheesesteak! This (pictured) meal at 2:30 AM is the way to go. It is life-changing and -saving. It will rejuvenate your soul. Plus it's one of the few locations that is open 24 hours, for all occasions. Sure it's in a good court but don't let that take away from the greatness that is a cheesesteak and fries.

The Chicago hotdog is almost the same with polish hotdogs except for the condiments. Best alternative for people that eats super late and all restaurants close. Ate here 1-16-2023. The next day. We stayed late again and the we realized Pechanga Cafe is open. Just a bit of a walk towards the hotel proper. Food is great! Located at the food court of Pechanga.

They gave us these ketchup packets for our onion rings. They were stuck together with what appeared to be hot sauce. Simply unacceptable.
    Gerry V.

We used to be regulars at the Pechanga Resort. Now we come periodically. One thing I can say is being consistent is the total disregard of proper guest service at the Pechanga food court. I have made at least two other Yelp reviews regarding this place, and both of them were not very favorable. You would think with all the money that this place brings in, they could at least hire people that you what they were doing. So let's get started.... The customer interaction between the counter Personnel at any of these restaurants, is completely unacceptable. The counter people have the personality of a wet bath mat. They don't smile, they are typically rude, and they really have zero idea of what customer service is about. Much more training is in order for these people. Tonight we ordered our meal and ask for a side of onion rings. When we went to pick up the meal at the counter and ask for a side of thousand island dressing and decided that dressing to dip our onion rings, we were told that each of those costs $1.09!! Seriously??! With all the money that this place takes in you are going to nickel and dime your customers for side condiments? Unbelievable. How about we move out of the stone ages and stop having every restaurant scream out the ticket number for pickup?? How about we installed a PA system, or maybe invest in some of those pager type units that vibrate and have blinking lights to notify you when your order is ready? It's really ghetto to have people screaming across the food court, so you can pick your food up. It must be a coincidence, but Pechanga must do their best to pick the stupidest people to work these counters. They don't know how to take an order, they get the orders wrong, and again they are just not trained on how to properly address a guest. So maybe it's really the management who is lacking intelligence department because they have not taken the time to train their service staff. If at all possible, try not to eat here. The food is decent, nothing to write home about. The Chinese fast food place constantly is out of food, and the remnants in the pans are disgusting looking. If you do eat there and you have a terrible experience I invite you to post your own Yelp review. One of these days it will get through with thick heads of the Pechanga management, and they will realize what the real shoddy operation they are running.

This spot is open 24 hours, their chili cheese fries is probably the best , their hamburger is great... great location in the casino

    Messy, messy, messy!
    Shauna G.

Prices are pretty decent compared to their other food joint neighbors (ahem the fried chicken place)...the wait was basically nothing as there was only one person ahead of us oddly on a Friday night. Our food was relatively quick and the burgers were huge. My Hawaiian burger was pretty flavorless and upon inspecting the patty, I can't tell if it's legit hamburger meat or something synthetic. It was messy to eat, the dressing had melted everywhere, but their fries were delicious. I don't think I would return, it was just a one time deal and now I can move on to the next eatery in the food court.

We tried the Old Yeller ($14), a Wagyu beef hotdog served with chips and a sweet pickle. We also tried a bowl of their Wagyu Homestead Chili ($12), topped with cheddar cheese and jalapeños. Their menu primarily focuses on Wagyu burgers, but we had eaten a large breakfast, so we just wanted to try something smaller. My husband picked up an order through the drive-thru this evening, which included an order of chili cheese fries. Given that these fries now cost over $5.00, I was extremely disappointed to find the amount of toppings provided to be completely inadequate. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the standard portion sizes, I spoke with a lead named Chris. He informed me that the standard is 1 oz of chili and 1 oz of cheese; however, the portion I received did not appear to meet even that small requirement. More concerning was the lack of professionalism and empathy shown during the call. Chris informed me that there was no manager available, yet suggested I drive back to return the fries because the manager, Mohammad, would want to see them. As a customer, I found it incredibly frustrating to be told to make a second trip for a resolution that could have been handled with basic courtesy, especially when the manager was reportedly not even on-site. The dismissive attitude I encountered is not what I expect from your establishment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into the service standards at this location.
