Crab fried rice, pad see ew
Candice L.

We came here for a weekday dinner and got the crab fried rice and tofu pad see ew. The crab fried rice was amazing - there was a decent amount of crab meat and the fish was well-seasoned. However, the tofu pad see ew sauce was overly sweet, probably the sweetest I've ever had. I've had a fair share of pad see ew at different Thai places, and this is the first that I genuinely didn't enjoy and couldn't get myself to finish. Food aside, the service was great! All of our dishes came out super fast and our server was very polite and attentive. Their prices are also significantly lower compared to other Thai restaurants in Seattle while having similar portion sizes. Not a bad spot to get Thai food if you're craving some, but I'd definitely avoid the pad see ew.

I love this place, I've been coming here for about 4 years now and the food is always delicious and the people are so kind. Took pictures of the menu for something more updated.

We continue with our Asian food exploration of Seattle WA in this trip, and by the way the name does not lie, this place was AMAZING! Very friendly service, family owned and managed. The locale is very small and humble with a couple small tables in front in addition to the inside seating, but the flavors are exactly what you're craving. The spicy levels are in point, so don't overdue it unless you can handle it! Enjoy your feast.

I was really looking forward to this hole in the wall as I walk past it sometimes and I was a bit disappointed. I came here on an afternoon with my boyfriend and we went able to be seated right away. The place since it is a whole in the wall, you could see them cook the food right next to you. We ordered the Laab Gai and Chicken Pad Thai. The Chicken Pad Thai was very sweet and very saucy. I'm not even sure by the large amount of sauce that you could even tell that it was pad Thai. I'm used to Pad Thai being less saucey, less sweet, and more tangy. The Larb Gai was okay too, but it was missing several components and more lime than fish sauce. The owners are very nice and refill your water quick, but I don't really consider this to be an authentic Thai place. There's a lot of people who just come in here for a quick bite so if you want something quick this is the place for you. However, this will not be one of my preferred Thai restaurants to go to in the area.

Great, fresh Thai food and the best customer service. Love the open kitchen concept. Everything was tasty and authentic.

Amazing Pad See Ew, chicken satay, pineapple curry, and potstickers. Service is beyond amazing and place is a nice small restaurant. Will be coming back.

The food is great, always the same taste. Their customer service is beyond unbelievable, something I have never seen at any other Thai places I have ever been. They are very friendly, if you don't like it, they will make you another one without making you feel bad about it. They are always smiling and seem to be happy all the time. The place is very small and can seat about 15-20 people and it's always packed. They are usually open from 11-9:30pm but they take lunch from 2-5pm so give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Pad kee mao with beef 5stars

After 5 years of not eating here. I'm so impressed their quality hasn't changed. I have always love food here. I use to work nearby and my coworkers and I use to order from here almost every day. Always great flavors and when you ask for spicy, they actually make it spicy. I have had many dishes here. I was in the neighborhood getting piercings and wanted to grab some lunch before heading back to west seattle. The pad kee mao is just as good as I've had years before so delicious! I see that the family doesn't offer dine in but ordering take out is very quick. They didn't have Thai ice coffee the day I went but the Thai tea is just as great. Wish this place wasn't so far from me because I really think this is one of the best Thai food in Seattle. Service is always friendly and food is consistent.

Pad thai (no peanuts, top) and pad see ew (bottom)

This has been my go-to Thai spot for years and they have never wavered in their customer service and quality! Amazing Thai has the nicest workers ever; they always serve with such respect and kindness that is rare to find. I have a peanut allergy, and the man serving me was extremely careful in ensuring there were no peanuts in my order. The food is amazing as well - I usually order the pad thai and pad see ew and they never miss! Both are always delicious and well portioned. The restaurant is a smaller space, but this does not subtract from the overall experience. Definitely a casual, cozy, and positive atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend!

Chicken pad Thai
Brittany T.

Delicious little Thai restaurant that's closed from walking in, but the employees will happily take your order outside or you can place a pick up order. They have an extensive menu with all the Thai classics, ranging from noodles to curries to entrees etc. I ordered my go to- a chicken pad Thai with no spice and enjoyed it! The portion was huge, I'm talking enough for three meals for me. It didn't skimp on the chicken and had shredded carrots and purple cabbage giving a pretty addition of color. Definitely would recommend coming by!

Is the number correct? I've tried calling to make a to go order a few times (during posted hours, not during the afternoon break) and i allways get a busy signal or an answering machine.

I think they have trouble finding the time to answer during their busy hours, so sometimes it just takes perseverance or ordering in person!

It is one of the…read morebest Thai restaurants in Seattle and is certified as Thai Select which certifies its Thai authenticity. They have locations both in Downtown Seattle and Greenlake, but I have only been to their Downtown Seattle location which has a beautiful view of the Puget Sound. The atmosphere is dark, trendy, and modern- perfect for a date night or nice evening out. While they are a white table cloth, sit-down restaurant, you can dress casually or dress up a bit - both are completely acceptable. This most recent visit I ordered the COCONUT PANANG CURRY with chicken ($25.95) and my friend ordered her favorite dish, SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE ($28.95). On a past visit, I've had their CLAY POT SHRIMP & GLASS NOODLES (KOONG OB WOONSEN) ($27.95) which was absolutely fantastic and has had me hooked on Pad Woonsen ever since! I saw the COCONUT PANANG CURRY recently in my Instagram feed and knew I had to get it. It is served in a whole coconut (yes a real, fresh coconut!) and comes with a champagne flute of fresh coconut juice from the coconut they hollowed out and a side of Jasmine rice. The curry was rich, flavorful, and full of Thai basil and peppers. The coconut juice was light and refreshing and a great contrast to the thick curry. The SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE (which I've sampled before), is gigantic, aromatic, and served with a giant grilled garlic butter fillet of salmon on top. The salmon is extremely moist, oily, and bursting with flavor. The rice is fragrant and has garlic paste, red bell pepper, carrots, and green onion. If you're looking for a tasty and protein-packed meal, this is the dish! Parking is honestly tough in this area as it's located on 1st. They have limited street parking and a few paid parking garage options around. I recommend light railing or Ubering here if you're not already in the downtown Seattle area. Service is always great and we always get our food quickly, no matter how crowded they are. The staff also take the time to check up on your table during your meal. Overall: 5/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere

Everything was solid, but the portions were on the smaller side. Compared to other Thai places, it runs a little pricier without being noticeably better on the food side. Service (5/5): We made a reservation and were seated immediately. The staff were friendly throughout our meal. If you're planning to visit during peak weekend hours, I definitely recommend booking ahead. Overall: It's a great place if you're looking for a nice, modern environment, but you're mostly paying for the upscale setting rather than the food itself.

When entering they had a live keyboardist and singer playing Valerie which I was a fan of. We stopped in at 10pm on a week night and were sat right away and service was prompt and friendly. We chose fried calamari for an appetizer which was super delicious. My boyfriend thought the sauce that came with the calamari was too spicy for his liking but for me it was super sweet and paired perfectly with the calamari. We enjoyed the appetizer thoroughly and I would say it was my favorite part of the meal. My man ordered his favorite Thai dish Panang chicken Curry spice level 1. He said his meal was delicious but big portion so we both took to go our leftovers. I tried the curry and it was super tasty. I ordered my go to prawns Pad Thai and chose spice level 3. The Pad Thai was delicious and large portion but level 3 was not spicy at all so if you love spicy like me choose above level 3. Not the best Pad Thai I've ever had being honest but still yummy especially for late night. Definitely a great late night choice with large portions!

My friend and I walked in at 9:20 (~40 mins before closing) and got a seat at the bar. They have happy hour from 9pm-close so we ordered the curry from the happy hour menu ($10), kra pao with an egg (~$20), and drinks (lychee martini $9, Thai-Tini $9). Such a great deal!! My favorite thing had to be the yellow curry, it was so creamy and had a nice kick. The kra pao was also very good, we picked spice 2 which was pretty hot but manageable. I would highly recommend making a reservation in advance, we got pretty lucky to get a walk in spot but the place was totally filled. A nice place for an upscale meal with a friend or a date!

Vibe - When I walked in, it felt like I was in a nighttime district on the streets of Thailand, eating and drinking whatever they had available. The vibe was that of a dark ambiance, with neon lights shining throughout the restaurant. Hospitality - The front-of-house staff was well-mannered and courteous, and they seated us quickly on a Monday night at 8:00 PM. It was a relatively busy night. However, we ordered fairly quickly, and the food came out within 10 to 15 minutes. Food - Food-wise, we ordered the Fried Papaya, Crispy Fried Rice, Khao Soi, Tom Yum, and Crispy Pork Belly Fried Rice. Gosh, I have to say, I was blown away by the flavors and the portion sizes! Typically, four dishes can serve three people, but I felt like these could have served five. The fried papaya salad was lightly battered with a typical papaya salad dipping sauce featuring a base of fish sauce, green beans, tomatoes, and chilies. It was good. The crispy fried rice was served with lettuce wraps, and OMG, I kid you not when I tell you this is some of the crispiest rice I've ever had. It's hard to find, but when you do, you can't wait to take another bite. I thought the khao soi overall was not bad. I enjoyed that they put the fried noodles on top so that you can mix them into the curry when it's brought out. Lastly, the pork belly was well-cooked with a crispy, crunchy exterior, and served with delicious Thai-flavored fried rice! Drinks - We ordered the Thai lemon iced tea and the Thai tea cremosa. Both tasted good. Overall, I was very satisfied with this place, and if I lived here, I could see myself grabbing some late-night bites with the homies.
