(there were 3 people in the salon when she got there) it was $70 for 45 min and she sat and soaked for about 10 min. then they charged her another $30 for a "clean up" for her finger nails but that only included cutting her nails down and barely doing cuticle work and MIND YOU, that took less than 10 minutes. they were completely rude and insensitive to her, criticizing her nails and toe nails. saying things like "you buffed your nails to much" even showing the customer next to her by picking up her foot pretty much sharing it to the whole salon. (she didn't even know the gal sitting next to her). They did not show any kind of customer service, just rushing through it and continuing commenting on her nail condition very loud. which is very embarrassing. I'm very disappointed in this place and i recommend getting their act together because they are grown women. let's take our time and be more kind!

He called me back a day later and said he was booked because another nail salon had closed and the Nailry took over their bookings. He then proceeded to recommend a couple other places. So new customers get preferential treatment to long time customers. Loyalty means nothing to them. Their customer service is non existent.
