Very rude, unfriendly face & unfortunately she is Jon's wife. Funny how you have this type of business with grouchy face and expect customers to return. Take an entrepreneurial class 101, please! 4. When you call, be very specific in making the appointment. For instance, will need gel pedi, nail pedi and do not want to wait! I won't be going back. I've gone two times and both times, whoever it was working on my nails, got up to work on someone else midway through. They did this to everyone! They're rude and unfriendly, can't understand what you're asking for, and it's so dirty. Any other place I have ever been to always lays a clean towel on the workstation for new customers but this place doesn't lay down a towel let alone clean it before or after. The low rating is well deserved. I have tried this nail salon for 6 months and the service as well as overall quality has been on and off. The pedicures have definitely been off. So I have quit getting pedicures there. I gone a few times for a fill only. The fills by Tina has been more off than on. She is less than professional and completely uncaring in her treatment of clients unless the person is a regular. While having a pedicure, I have observed her light up like a Christmas tree and then be very unkind to walk ins. I almost paid for one poor lady who was shamed in front of everyone because she didn't understand the policy of a color change. They just kept going round and round with her until she just left. Poor thing. What happened to customer service?? I will not go back and I have all only 2 cash spots left on my card. I'm taking the loss! Still looking for a good pedicure for two years now and didn't get it here. The Asian lady was rude and surly. Really was not interested in talking to me, just her co-worker in their foreign language. The lady sitting next to me was getting a full pedicure with foot scrub and leg massage and I ended up getting rushed through, no foot scrub and only one coat of polish. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and they deadass just ripped my nails off. they literally just cut them (ow) and then stuck another fake nail underneath and ripped them off (very ow). two of my nails started bleeding and she didn't say anything or stop. if i knew that they were just going to rip them off i would've just done it at home where i could actually take the time to make sure i don't injure myself in the process. i went to wash my hands at the end and she already had someone sitting in the chair before i could grab my things. bad customer service and an overall painful experience, both mentally and physically. huge bummer read more

I decided to try this nail salon out despite its low rating here on Yelp because I often choose higher rated salons and have yet to find a nail place I like in the 3 years I've been in Spokane. I had a pedicure by Jon and i finally found my spot! He was very thorough and spent some time on the foot rub portion. This is a make or break for me and no other place I've gone too here gives any time to the foot rub, Jon did. Also I've encountered salons that barely touch your cuticles and Jon cleaned my toes up very well and even got my heels smoothest they've ever been since I moved here! Worked very hard and told him I was in a hurry and he finished my shellac in 15 minutes and did a fantastic job!!! Minus 5 stars I have been going there for yrs . I loved the ladies there but they always treat me like 2nd class . They scheduled me an appointment at 2:15 . I was there they made me wait 40 mins before even sitting at a table ( I understand being busy ) then made me wait another 30 mins , then a nail set that usually takes about 30 to 40 mins top took another hr and a half cause everyone was more important. while waiting I'm not even allowed to have my drink in there cause of the covid risk , ok I can live. with that but when 3 other women walk in with one they are not told anything . If I had something crazy I'd understand but I had a fountain soda , the others had coffee in a cup just like mine . why were they allowed and not me ? im diabetic and need something to drink .Then tried to over charge me by 3 bucks and then say taking 2 off was a discount . 35 for the set 7 for the polish ( my choice) 5 for the length (which they never charged before but what ever ) and now an extra 2 per what ever to off set their price to be able to run their business because of covid . So my math that comes to 49 dollars , but she tells me I owe 52 . 3 dollars isn't much but then she tries to tell me she is giving me a discount by only charging me 50 ????? what am I missing here ? Three of us wanted a girls day out and pampering! We needed a quick last minute manicure/pedicure and saw amazing nails. We were interested in a reasonably priced place that could take walk-ins. We showed up at 9:30 am and we were immediately taken care of! I got a full set and was very happy with the results. My friends got a pedicure and a brow wax. Had my second pedicure and first manicure at Amazing Nails today. First pedicure, they managed to fix a (very deep) ingrown toenail, alleviating a lot of pain. Great attention to detail, and I saw that again today. The people at A.N. are friendly, helpful, and obviously skilled at what they do. I didn't originally intended on having a manicure but, hey, it's my birthday. The nail technician did a wonderful job on my French tip gels. The owner told her, he would not honor the gift certificate, that was purchased only 5 months ago, because the store "changed ownership". The store is still called "Amazing Nails" There is NO expiration date on the certificate, and the fact the place changed ownership, should be of NO consequence to anyone who bought a certificate. Shame on me! For the SECOND time, I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and was made to wait (I walked after 20 minutes.) Walk-in, wait. Schedule an appointment, wait. When asked by the owner why I'd given up my nails I told him I couldn't make the time. (I usually walk-in.). He suggested I make appointments so that's just what I did. I have been here before and had a great pedicure from the gentleman. I was disappointed this time. I had a younger gal and she did a great job with cuticles and polish; however, that was the extent of it. The massage consisted of lotion, mainly on top of ankle, no rub even on bottom of foot or up calf. In addition, she cut my cuticle while filing my nail and was not even careful when putting acetone or alcohol on that finger and it burned where she cut the cuticle. I paid $65 for mani-pedi gel polish and am disappointed that I did not get to enjoy the massage benefits of mani and pedi. I likely will not go back. I do try to make appointments, but I understand the nature of the business is to encourage walk-ins, so I'm prepared to wait a little for a fantastic gel manicure or a good pedicure if someone walked in 15 minutes before my appointment. This is a husband/wife business and they work hard to please us. Both my daughter and I are long-time customers because they do a fabulous job every time and I recommend them to everyone.
