They're rude and unfriendly, can't understand what you're asking for, and it's so dirty. Any other place I have ever been to always lays a clean towel on the workstation for new customers but this place doesn't lay down a towel let alone clean it before or after. On top of that, they pull out files that have clearly been used on other people. Two days ago, I asked for dipped nails. They are already chipping (two of them) and overall look terrible. Still looking for a good pedicure for two years now and didn't get it here. The Asian lady was rude and surly. Really was not interested in talking to me, just her co-worker in their foreign language. The lady sitting next to me was getting a full pedicure with foot scrub and leg massage and I ended up getting rushed through, no foot scrub and only one coat of polish. She left me sit there to "dry" and went and did a manicure. I left my feet were still rough on the bottom. And they insist on cash. I've got a couple other places to try. read more

The low rating is well deserved. I have tried this nail salon for 6 months and the service as well as overall quality has been on and off. The pedicures have definitely been off. So I have quit getting pedicures there. I gone a few times for a fill only. The fills by Tina has been more off than on. She is less than professional and completely uncaring in her treatment of clients unless the person is a regular. While having a pedicure, I have observed her light up like a Christmas tree and then be very unkind to walk ins. I almost paid for one poor lady who was shamed in front of everyone because she didn't understand the policy of a color change. They just kept going round and round with her until she just left. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and they deadass just ripped my nails off. they literally just cut them (ow) and then stuck another fake nail underneath and ripped them off (very ow). two of my nails started bleeding and she didn't say anything or stop. if i knew that they were just going to rip them off i would've just done it at home where i could actually take the time to make sure i don't injure myself in the process. i went to wash my hands at the end and she already had someone sitting in the chair before i could grab my things. bad customer service and an overall painful experience, both mentally and physically. huge bummer read more

I decided to try this nail salon out despite its low rating here on Yelp because I often choose higher rated salons and have yet to find a nail place I like in the 3 years I've been in Spokane. I had a pedicure by Jon and i finally found my spot! He was very thorough and spent some time on the foot rub portion. This is a make or break for me and no other place I've gone too here gives any time to the foot rub, Jon did. Also I've encountered salons that barely touch your cuticles and Jon cleaned my toes up very well and even got my heels smoothest they've ever been since I moved here! I'll try a manicure out one day soon but for now they get my 5 stars for pedicure! read more

Worked very hard and told him I was in a hurry and he finished my shellac in 15 minutes and did a fantastic job!!! Had my second pedicure and first manicure at Amazing Nails today. First pedicure, they managed to fix a (very deep) ingrown toenail, alleviating a lot of pain. Great attention to detail, and I saw that again today. The people at A.N. are friendly, helpful, and obviously skilled at what they do. I didn't originally intended on having a manicure but, hey, it's my birthday. The nail technician did a wonderful job on my French tip gels. The store is still called "Amazing Nails" There is NO expiration date on the certificate, and the fact the place changed ownership, should be of NO consequence to anyone who bought a certificate. Hannah did my nails and was so rough my fingers hurt for a week. She cut my cuticles and they bled. My fingers were bright red and swollen. She saws away at your nails with a large file as if she's sawing wood and you think she's going to cut your fingers off with it. I actually had a nightmare about her sawing my fingers off that night.
