She knows what shape I like my nails to have and I leave happy every time. The biggest plus is her nail application technique. My sets last 3-4 weeks at most and when I come back for a fill, I leave with a fresh set of nails. They provide you with a gazillion color options with top quality gel polish brands and acrylic powders! If you are unhappy with your nails, call the shop and discuss it with the nail techs before coming here to bash on them. 9/10, your nail tech will fix what you don't like right then and the reviews about someone's nails' being shitty are based on them not having the balls to tell the techs they didn't like it. The appointment system is straight forward, call ahead of time to book. They get booked pretty quickly throughout the week but they get cancellations all the time, so it doesn't hurt to call. Lastly, I love that the owners Keri and Kevin are San Diego natives. It helped me connect to them in a different way being moved here all the way from Southern California. I am sad to move back but highly recommend the team here at Infinity Nails!

First appointment sold us, pedicures were phenomenal. My friend had a toenail issue and the staff (Rita I believe) figured out the best way to make sure her toes were ready for sandal season. We chose to go with the monthly special, I do not remember the name, but it was a lovely experience with a reasonable price. Which is why the score is as high as it is. My next appointment I went in for an acrylic fill. I communicated the shape of the nail the length, color, style the whole works. As I've been getting my nails for years I know exactly what I like. I did ask for a little length to be taken off but not too much. Her execution was absolutely horrific. Nails were all different lengths, widths, even shapes. Best believe, I communicated with her a bunch of times what I was needing to be changed however, there was little to no fix. I was actively embarrassed with them. I did speak with management and they did help with cost and offered a free fix which was kind of them. I do want to point out that I will continue getting my pedicures there, I will never be getting my acrylics done there again.

To all the people that have received good manicures here, I'm happy for you. That just wasn't my experience.

I wanted short nails with a simple white French tip. I also texted her about a follow up appointment that I wanted to book for a few weeks after and I received no response. Day of my nail appointment, she texts me back saying she is going to be 10 mins late. I arrived at 11:35, same time as scheduled and waited in my car an extra 10 mins before heading in and waiting another 25-30 mins. After I sat in her chair she told me that short French tip nails would be $75 because it is considered "extreme art". I would understand this if it was acrylic cut out french tip, but not for regular hand painted. I told her this is not what her website says and that I was not comfortable paying for that especially after I was disregarded on Instagram and text and then she made me wait over half an hour for my appointment on top of that. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done by her as I thought her nail art and style is really cute. She blocked me on Instagram after I left the salon which I think was very immature. I know many nail techs that would've offered a discount for just the fact of being late alone. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the fact that I waited over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Hopefully she will do better in the future with her communication and time management.
