Connor was amazing! Gave great recommendations and never let me down! 10/10 coming back!

Beautiful view with live music on the weekends, if you want to sip wine and have a cheese board you can find seating anywhere outside, but if you want to eat a full meal you must reserve or wait to be seated inside. My friends and I sat outside and shared cheese boards and enjoyed the live music! The service is quick. It was also pleasant to see all the people hanging out were so nice to each other, when we were looking for a place to sit a women gladly called us over and told us they were leaving and that we could take their spot, everyone's friendly so I'm sure it would be easy to find seating outside next time again :) read more

The wine tastings weren't to our liking. It was recommended by our Uber driver /realtor/mom of an actor - so that was perhaps the red flag we should have paid more mind to. We frequent Temecula often (2-3x a year) and usually go to SCW, Carter, Weins, etc. and have a wonderful time and we wanted to try new wineries so "when in Rome" so we took the advice of our Uber driver. The ambiance is a little bit too pretentious for us. The wine is overpriced. Perhaps our biggest gripe was the service. We weren't offered the same courtesy when we were specifically told to go to the cashier line and get wine tasting cards but another couple was able to be accommodated on the spot by the same wine pourer. Not the best way to treated. Won't be coming back. read more

Came here during their tapa Tuesdays and what a moment I am glad I got to experience. The views are amazing and luckily the sun came out for a bit. We got their charcuterie board. It was so yummy! Highly recommend splitting with another person. I got their speciality drink for the day and I drank it way too fast! If you are limited on time and can't decide what spot to check out, add this place to your list. Plus side is there are 3 other wineries near by. read more

Was a member here for some time, but just canceled. They are no longer kid friendly. Went last weekend like usual and was turned away. They said you can only sit in the restaurant (but there was a 1 hr wait for a table and there's no where you can wait other than by the host stand when you have kids with you, they said everywhere was off limits). Waiting by the host stand would have been awkward for such a long wait. Such a bummer...loved coming here with my kids :( on the hunt for a new family friendly winery. read more

What a beautiful winery! It was the perfect afternoon, Ty was so helpful and kind with our tastings and pointing us in the right direction based on what he thought we would be in to. Lovely patio with beautiful views! We ended up having lunch because of how amazing the food smelled and it did not disappoint! Highly recommend adding this to your winery stop! Loved their sparkling rose and brut! read more

Thank you Altisima for a wonderful afternoon. Great food, great service, great energy. Jay was an amazing server.

Wow what knowledge Conner had for us tonight on wines up in the members lounge. It is people like him that work there that made me become a member. Can't wait to go back! read more

Hands down one of the best restaurants with great food in Temecula. Is a little pricy but very worth it. We became members on the first time there. And come very often. The winery is in a beautiful hill with gorgeous views. Everyone is so nice and accommodating when you are a member. Make sure you make reservations because it gets busy on the weekends if your planning to eat at the restaurant. read more

I had seen videos posted regarding this winery that made it looked appealing. The place was gorgeous with great views. The saxophone player set the mood playing some good tunes. We ordered a charcuterie board to share which was amazing. The overall service and staff were great. Why the four star rating instead of a five? The pour in the wine glasses was light in relation to other wineries. read more

I've been coming to Altisima for years. I love the views and I love the service. Angeline is amazing! However I've noticed the menu changing over the years due to changes in the chef position. When Altisima first opened the menu was amazing! I loved every dish. Now, the menu is disappointing. The steak entree used to be fairly priced and delicious. The steak entree now is over priced for a very small portion. Also, the calamari was $20+ and it was barely enough to feed 4 people. The Brussel sprouts were uninspiring. Bring back chef Jason's menu please! I gave 3 stars instead of two because Angeline was the saving grace! read more

Altisima has been my favorite membership out of 7. It has a fun vibe that is open to enjoying it with our friends and family. We eat here at Gaspar's with our parents and children. We've noticed that there's new seating service in the members lounge the past few times. It really changes the atmosphere and free spirit vibe. One of the times we were going to sit indoors but was told we had to sit outside - We froze with the wind chill and the scattered rains that fell- we ended up having to request sitting inside to defrost and drink our wine. We are actually going to cut our membership at Bottaia for the uptight feel and wanted to comment to our favorite winery not to follow in their ways. We love self seating and proudly showing the winery to our guests. Not trying to offend just give some feedback. Thanks! Lan and Matt read more

Im a member here! It's my favorite winery in the region! Ask for Jordyn and Lindsey! They will really take care of you.

This winery has a beautiful view! We stopped by on a last minute whim and luckily we're able to get sat at a table. This winery gets packed! Bonus is it's kid friendly so we were able to bring our kiddos. It's definitely one of the more pricey wineries, but we had a great time. If you get there early and can get a table outside you should. read more

Don't ever come to this winery with a party more than 10 people. We heard good things about this place and we also tried to support our Latin owned winery. We suggested to break our group up and bring people in groups of 2 or 3 they would not allow it and told us they were full. A few people we knew were already here and told us they had a lot of openings. Not going to say its because we had more people of a darker complexion but it might be an issue. I am going to recommend Fazeli winery. Very helpful, very friendly and a way better vibe . read more

Altísima winery is the new kid on the block with a young flirty flare. This inert is situated on top of the hill with amazing views and a fresh selection of wine. If you're going for a vibe, this is the place to visit. We did their wine tasting featuring 4 wines and a sparking. The wines are fresh, Spanish inspired and a great pair with the food. The food is the star of the show here. We shared a beautiful lunch with shrimp appetizer, a burger that tasted smoky and fresh and we ended with a desert that I can't even begin to describe. Amazing! Miguel was our server. He was knowledgeable of what he served and even took the time to explain things he learned about the wine while pouring it. Overall, I'm satisfied with our time here. read more

Connor made my experience truly wonderful. Altísima was elegant and one of the better wineries around.

Came to check out Altisima due to all the great reviews, and they weren't wrong. The winery is modern and beautiful with plenty of seating. We chose to grab a table at their restaurant Gaspars which was great. Wines (4/5): pretty solid and tasty wines. Enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc. Shrimp (3/5): ordered this because they ran out of octopus, it was okay. Steak (4/5): solid for a winery. Churros (3.5/5): not on the menu but it's offered, comes with a chocolate sauce. Overall had a great experience here, was able to watch the sunset while enjoying some yummy wine and food. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Temecula. read more

We went here on a holiday weekend without a reservation, which we now know is a no-no. We were able to finally figure out we could sit at the bar after a lot of mixed signals from the hostesses. We had a really lovely attentive server named Laura who was helpful, apologetic, and quick to serve us. We did try reserve garnacha (oddly sweet for a dry red), white merlot (a good sweet balance), muscat (an okay sweet wine, had better muscats before) and the peach mint sangria (very little mint, tasted like a very sweet candy peach ring). Though we weren't super impressed by the drinks, the food was 10/10. The California chicken sandwich was amazing and the fries portion was good. The Altisima burger was good, but not as good as the chicken sandwich. The food might have been worth the over hour wait for it because we loved it. We did get to walk around outside and it's a beautiful spot. It overlooks the valley, there's loud music, and several walk up bars. I want to do a tasting here because they have such a big wine selection and hopefully have a better experience next time. read more

Drinks here are good, I love their frozen sangria options and the bartenders are always friendly. I love the view they have, and place is spacious. The only downside is not being able to order from their restaurant menu if you do decide to want something to eat other than the charcuterie board read more

This is an excellent winery with great wines and sparkling wines. The food is amazing and is one of the best in the Temecula Valley. The service is outstanding and very customer focused. We are Wine Club Onyx members. The views are outstanding. This is an adult winery. Reading other reviews, noted some people being critical in the reviews regarding kids, well there is not really anything for kids to do other than sit and eat. It is not for running around and the grounds do lend itself for that. Any small kids running around unsupervised would be disruptive if the other guests and there is a drop off where small kids really need "sober" adult supervision. In fact, I have hardly seen small kids here anyway. The service and workers have always been respectful and friendly. This is an outstanding winery! It has great ambiance, food, wine, beautiful grounds, views of the mountains and valley, friendly service, relaxation, and friendship. Highly recommended - 5 STARS ***** read more

I love it here. After a bad experience at Wilson Creek I found this gem. Been here 3 times and family and friends love it here. The staff is so kind and not condescending or rude! I feel welcome. Their charcuterie board is amazing and their drinks. Can't wait for my next visit! read more

I would give them 3.5 stars, but not quite 4 1. Restaurant has a fantastic view friendly staff great food, awesome lunch 2. Wine tasting is $30 per person so we went with just one because we know on the first couple of sips. 3. Wife ordered a glass of their wine and upon tasting, we tasted five others so a total of six wines. Not a single one of them was above average, but they weren't horrible. 4. Since we were at a winery, we went ahead and bought two bottles. For $40 a bottle (white) that was insanely overpriced. I can easily pick out a $25 bottle at a Total Wine and it would blow it away. This is after all a winery! If you are charging $30 per tasting and $40 per bottle (white), it needs to be exceptional. So it's fair to say I'm giving more emphasis on the wine. The ambiance, the view and the food were all excellent. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. With the mediocre wine and all we would visit the winery again and eat at the restaurant, but would pass up on their wines in general. read more
