I reached out in September to follow up on the order as it has been 2 weeks at that point. Via telephone and was on hold for over 22 minutes and then the line hung up 2x. On the 28th I did a BBB complaint their response was it would take 6-8 weeks although, that was not communicated to me. Now I'm pissed because here we are October 13th and no shirt. On October 6th I emailed them because I was told again "We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in shipment for your order and thank you for your patience.
