A neighbor highly recommended Alpine Pest Solutions to me a few years ago. He told me that ever since he has used Alpine Pest Solutions he has not had any issues with pests. The pest company I had previously was Home Team Pest Defense with their Taexx system which was built into my home walls by the builder. This system was not effective at all and this company was never able to resolve the pest issues I was having with scorpions, spiders and other pests. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Dustin who is the owner of Alpine Pest Solutions a few years ago. Immediately I knew that he was committed to providing outstanding and lasting pest solutions for all his customers. Dustin lives and embodies the Eagle Scout's Pledge which is standing by your work, your promises and pledges so that people know unequivocally that they can count on you and so much more. Amber, who is so amazing, coordinates all customer scheduling etc. and she is so highly knowledgeable, effective, caring and an absolute pleasure to work with. On July 13th Erick came to my home for the first time for my scheduled pest service and it was a pleasure to meet Erick. I discussed my top concern with Erick which is the land behind my backyard fence line is being excavated to build new homes and I was concerned about pests migrating into my yard etc. Erick did an outstanding professional detailed and thorough job of not only addressing any potential back yard pest issues with a strong spray down of my property line and foundation he was also very preemptive in treating other potential pest issues as well. Erick explained everything that he had done for my pest control treatment and he answered all of my questions which I always greatly appreciate. I also greatly appreciate the professional and detailed completed service report that Erick did as well. I am extremely blessed to have such a wonderful and dedicated company for my pest control solutions. Alpine Pest Control Solutions is absolutely the best pest control company there is. read more

If you are looking for pest control, I suggest Alpine Pest Solutions. Since I started a treatment program with them a couple of months ago, I have noticed excellent results. It is a family-run business and the products they use are natural and pet-friendly. Prices are very affordable and the company has strong reviews and a wide service area. Carlos and Isaac have done a thorough job in treating the inside and outside of my home and the company throws in services that would typically be charged for extra with other companies, like flea and tick treatment. I was having problems with black ants, springtails, earwigs, and fire ants in the home and, after treatment, all disappeared. Even the fruit fly traps work. One of the best things about their service is that they will send someone out to your home anytime you have an issue at no charge, rather than waiting for your next scheduled installation. They get you on the books immediately and treat you like family. I highly recommend Alpine Pest solutions! read more

Alpine Pest is incredible! My house, my yard and my garden beds have been bug free ever since we found them! Bart is exceptional and is incredibly knowledgeable - he always has helpful tips and answers any and all of our questions - he even gave us awesome advice regarding a baby possum that had seeken refuge under our shed (we got 'Jerry' to a wildlife rehabber months back so I, an animal lover, was happy with knowing that) and he always does an incredible job, every time! Highly recommend Bart and Alpine Pest Solutions for any and all of your pest control needs - Bart came by today and now I can enjoy my backyard as all the mosquitoes are gone and even more thankful for those pesky bugs to be out of my sanctuary space! Last year they also came to the rescue when we had an invasion of army worms out of nowhere munching on all my plants and our lawns - after Alpine came they were completely eradicated from both back and front yard and all my garden beds! They are truly a step above the rest! read more

After researching several pest control services and getting no where fast I heard about Dustin and his business Alpine Pest Solutions from some of my neighbors on the Nextdoor app. They all raved about Dustin and his business so I gave him a call, he was an absolute pleasure over the phone and explained his services in great detail. I set up my initial service with him and he personally came WOW! The owner made the time to do my first service! (He does this for all new clients)!!! Dustin in person was even more amazing than on the phone! His hospitality and knowledge of his business immediately told me I made the right decision! He took the time to explain everything he was doing and we talked like we had been friends for years! Thank you Dustin for servicing my home and for the piece of mind that pests will no longer be a problem at this house! read more

I honestly can't say enough good things about Dustin and his team. This is just one of those companies that are a one in a million find. Dustin and his employees take such pride in their work and always go the second mile for their customers. We've been customers now for almost two years, and will forever be customers so long as Dustin and his team continue servicing our area. Since using Alpine, we no longer deal with any bugs-at least any that are alive. They're always dead around the perimeter, but thankfully never make it inside our home. We back up to a green belt and before Apline we dealt with endless bugs. Now we can enjoy our yard and home without them. We do occasionally have some stubborn ants or wasps, but Dustin and his team have always quickly and joyfully returned for a re-service. I just can't recommend Apline enough! read more

After getting a good recommendation and reading several good reviews about Alpine Pest Solutions I decided to go ahead and hire Alpine to come out to my house and start a quarterly program. Upon meeting Dustin Carter, the owner and tech that treated our house I was convinced that I had made the right choice. Dustin is a very professional and considerate person that did everything he could to not disturb my wife and I while we worked. He got the job done quickly and efficiently and upon finishing he discussed with me his findings and the treatments that he applied. We have already noticed deceased insects while cleaning this weekend and we are thrilled that the little spider webs that we would see at the bottom of the furniture don't appear to be returning. I highly recommend Dustin and Alpine Pest Solutions. read more

As a new homeowner in a still developing area, and someone who really doesn't like to see any insects (forget having to go near them), I was looking for professional grade pest control. Alpine Pest Solutions was easily accommodating. Dustin, the owner, came out to do the treatment. He was knowledgeable, competent, thorough, friendly, and very helpful. He identified problem areas, including on the rooftop so that I could point it out to the builder for repair, and filled in gaps where needed. I asked for the safety profile of the ingredients used inside and outside- Dustin was able to provide them. The business has integrity and transparency. The entire process with Alpine Pest Solutions was efficient and gave me peace of mind. read more

I couldn't be happier to choose Alpine Pest Solution! Dustin, owner, was so professional and very personable. There was a hiccup along the way with my phone number but he made EVERY EFFORT nonetheless to show up, do the job professionally and on time as promised. Highly recommended !! It's very rare to find any business who will do the job done right. So glad I found him and his company through my dad. Thank you Dustin for what you do! Trust worthy! Reliable! Most importantly genuinely honest of what he does! Very respectful of our home and my family's well-being. He used all necessary precautions wearing all the cool gadgets... masks... shoe covers and all! A+++++++ read more

We just moved in to a new house in Georgetown. We have been door spammed by pest control companies galore. They were all cordial and nice enough but had a hard time hearing no as an answer. But one, a very nice woman, gave us a card, wasn't pushy, and just told us to give them a call when we get settled in. A couple weeks into the new house and we were in need of pest control. Checking out our community page, no matter what, Dustin of Alpine was at the top of everyone's list. Coincidently is was the same company that we got a card for. We called, signed up, and Dustin did not disappoint. Professional, thorough, and informative. Overall a great experience. read more

We moved into our new home this past week. I am absolutely terrified of bugs and I came across the reviews for Alpine Pest Solutions and decided they needed to come before we fully move in. Well the reviews did not disappoint. ERICK was our Service Pro. Aside from the amazing work he did spraying our house, yard, and all around our home his customer service was beyond exceptional. He provided my husband and I with information about our new neighborhood and provided us with knowledge on the products they used. He is extremely knowledgeable and Alpine is lucky to have him as a worker. I highly highly recommend not only Alpine but Erick as your service pro! read more

We just moved into a newly built home a bit outside the city. We weren't sure how many pests to expect out here, but after a couple months the spiders came marching in! We also began to notice some ant piles, wasps, and bees around too. I reached out to Dustin from Alpine and within 2 days, he visited our home and thoroughly removed and prevented all the pests. He even found a scorpion! He was very detailed and thoroughly explained how his products and methods worked. He inspected the areas bugs could enter, and went the extra mile to seal all openings. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional! Awesome service at a great price with Alpine! read more

Great Pest Control Service. Dustin is very friendly and personable and professional. He explains everything in detail, takes pictures of all the things he finds. For example in my home he killed all the fire ant beds near the back door on my porch and outside. And told us he found Black Widows and some nests and got rid of those as well! I'm so relieved he was very flexible and came the next day I called. I have two little girls and I was so worried about the spiders and the fire ants ! He even went above and beyond and gave my 3 year little girl some toy bugs! She loves them!! Thanks again Dustin great first experience :) read more

Words cannot begin to describe how amazing Dustin is! This is the absolute best company for pest control. Dustin is amazing! He uses top of the line products but also takes his time to make sure your house is protected. He is very thorough and I would recommend him for your pest solutions!!! We look forward to every visit and we love the time and commitment he puts into each treatment. He also adds pictures of any little buggers he finds and puts it in your customer portal. He is totally on top of everything. He goes out of his way for his clients. His hospitality is a breath of fresh air. read more

I am always grateful when I receive an email a few days before Alpine Pest Solutions arrive so I can have the gate open and my pet inside. Also, the tech always sends a text a few minutes before they arrive. We had Bart here today for our regular maintenance. He was very personable but professional, my husband and I both chatted with him for a few minutes. We observed his progress and saw that he did a very thorough job. As he left he sent another text explaining all that he had done and then pointed out that he had destroyed a wasp nest. This is a super company with fantastic employees! read more

I absolutely love these guys! They get the job done very quickly, and everyone that has came to service my home are all very friendly, down to earth guys. I almost want them to stay and hangout because they're so great to talk to! Lol. I originally called them for a roach problem, they came once and I noticed an immediate difference. The only roaches I saw after the first treatment were the dead ones or dying ones. Now they regularly come to treat my yard and I haven't seen any bugs inside since. The owner Dustin is probably the friendliest and nicest guy I have ever met! read more

Dustin is fantastic! We had him come out before we moved into our new home and he took his time to make sure everything was sprayed well. I knew he was the real deal when one of our neighbors walked by and he knew them by name and said hi. They mentioned seeing some bugs in their house and without hesitation, Dustin said he'd be over to spray again before heading to his last job for the day. We had a wasp nest a couple weeks after he sprayed and he had someone out here within a day or two to get rid of it and spray some more. Fantastic customer service! read more

Moved into our home and noticed lots of spiders and flies. I saw lots of recommendations on our community website for Alpine Pest Solutions. We eventually talked to our neighbors and they raved about how amazing Dustin from APS was. We gave him a call and he was able to schedule a visit that same week. He was kind, attentive, and informative. Best part was he actually did a thorough job, not just walk in, spray and leave. He checked for cracks, gaps, and openings were critters could get in. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! read more

The absolute BEST around. We called them for the first time when we moved into an apartment infested with German roaches. The problem had been so severe that we considered citing tenant law to break our lease, but Alpine quickly made it liveable and pleasant. Now that we're in a house, we're using their services again. The owner, Dustin, came to do the service. He's very meticulous about making sure everything is sealed so that nothing comes in. He's also just a nice guy and is fun to talk to. If you need a pest service, call Alpine 100% read more

Alpine Pest Solutions: Professional, friendly, detailed, and respectful pricing. Dustin did the initial consultation and serves. He arrived on time, provided clear expectations, and got to work. He went above and beyond and offered good advise. Little things, like putting on shoe booties while in the home or photos with detail explanation, and other was appreciated. I will continue to use Dustin and recommend his services. There are many choices for exterminator services out there but Alpine Pest Solutions rises to the top. read more
