My boyfriend and I were thinking about buying a Sprinter Van in Seattle but wanted to have it inspected prior to purchase. Everyone at Alpine Auto was incredibly helpful along the way. When I called to gather basic information about shop hours, Dennis spent an hour on the phone with me telling me everything he knew about Sprinter vans and even gave me a number of useful tips about what to look out for in my search. After we made the decision to fly down to Seattle from LA to look at a Sprinter we were interested in purchasing, Dennis and Ruby spent over six hours investigating every corner of the car and even advised us not to buy it. When we then purchased the van against their recommendation ( :P) , the whole family worked together to weld new parts, replace the windshield, buff off and cut out years of rust, fix the suspension, and repaint the vehicle. They called us and Skyped us through every step of the repairs and even called for days after we had left the shop with the van just to check on us as we drove back down to LA and see how things were going. I had a great experience with Alpine Auto. I had a dent/scratches on the side of my car and went to a few places to get quotes. Alpine offered a significantly lower quote than the other places with an actual breakdown of the reason behind the cost, which I appreciate a lot. They really seemed to care as well, so I chose to get my car repaired with them. I'm so glad I did! I took my car in on Monday afternoon and got the call to come pick it up that Wednesday. Amazing service! This company is the epitome of a family-owned, well-operated business. My husband and I went to a few different auto body places to get a quote on some repair work needing to be done. When I drove up to Alpine Auto, I was greeted right away and told someone would be with me shortly. A very nice man came over to help not too long after and was just down right pleasant. He was informative and explained everything to me on the work that would have to be done, and processed a quote in a matter of minutes. He was extremely professional and very nice. I left the estimating process feeling like I didn't want anyone else working on my car except him. When the time came for the work to be done, Hessin(sp?) knew who I was when I came to drop off my car, he made the paperwork process easy and even drove me to Enterprise to pick up a rental car. I mean, talk about nice and "going the extra mile"!! I had my car back within a week and it looked beautiful!!! Absolutely amazing service here. First off, we came in with my car that had been side swiped and dinged in a few places. They sat us down without an appointment and went over the entire car damage with us and then issued an estimate right then and there that was very reasonable and affordable. Our 2001 Toyota has seen a few garages, but none as skillful as Alpine. Annas, his father Ribhi and mechanic German used after-market parts that did not exactly match the color, but were of better quality and a great price. They estimated it would take 7 to 10 days, but Annas called me only four days later to say it was done. read more

We had a fantastic experience with Alpine. They quickly and conveniently (responded in minutes and corresponded at 10 pm) gave us a quote based on photos we sent. The work is perfect, and they even did a little extra because there was a dent we hadn't discussed initially (unrelated to the scraped side). I used Yelp's quoting system to find a reasonable quote for getting my brakes done and Alpine Auto had the most detailed quote and a great value. I spoke with Dennis and the customer service over the phone was the same that I received during and after completing my brake job, awesome! I am very wary of being taken advantage of in terms of being over quoted with work that doesn't need to be done or over priced with other shops in the past and Alpine did a great job of showing me exactly what was wrong instead of just verbally telling me and they were able to get the parts the same morning I brought my car into their shop. The brothers there are thorough and very knowledgeable and the bill at the end was exactly as quoted with no suprises. I've been an Alpine Auto customer for about 5 years now, I've always trusted them to do great work on GMC Jimmy. I've recommended their company to many of my friends and family. Currently I have them replacing my radiator and expect that they will be done soon. The only caution that I would say here is that they are in the Georgetown area in the Industrial area, so the road to them is not so smooth. But if you are willing to go there, it is definitely worth the trip, you'll save big. read more

Nice guys but...Bought a vehicle recently and was told nothing was wrong with it other than one thing which they did tell me about. There was in fact quite a bit of items that needed repaired as well as I was told it did not leak...it did leak oil and coolant. They did furnish a part they promised but I have gone broke with all the repairs the car needed to make it fit for daily driving. Advice is Buyer beware. read more
