I met with Steve and he and two others from his team came out and looked at the damage. Steve explained to me that both doors would need to be painted so that the color would match correctly as my damage was close to the edge of the front door also. He walked me through the process, told me how much and how long it would take. We scheduled my drop-off and he communicated with me during the job. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . Our paint is a tough color and they did it perfectly while saving me dollars. I can't recommend this business any higher.

But refused to do repairs on my car when I told them I wanted Land Rover to replace my windshield, but they could repair damage to bumper. 2 separate claims. But I guess they already "bent" too much. They wanted the money insurance sent me upfront but got pissy when they had to wait a couple days for it to be deposited in my account. Not sure how common it is to demand money upfront. Assuming the only reason is because I'm a single woman and easy target. Based on how I was spoken to. He said "Don't get roadside assistance. Always sign up for rental reimbursement in the future." Um pretty sure I've had insurance for 25 years & you know nothing about my situation. So keep your opinions to yourself and write up & send an estimate before you demand $2,500. I don't know... pro tip from a sr corporate finance manager lol. If you're a woman I advise you pass.

The head guy goes over your situation and the estimate with great detail and patience. I have always paid out of pocket and their estimate has always been much less than the others. Sometimes by more than half. Their work is fantastic. They give you options for body work; in my most recent encounter, they fixed my door rather than charged me double to replace it. I actually called 2 other mobile dent places and they only repair dents and don't paint, which was frustrating. In comes Lee, with quick responses to calls and texts and reasonable pricing. During the service period i received periodic updates via Text and it showed me what I owed VS what geico was paying. The whole process took less time than they estimated by 1 week! When i picked up my car i was so surprised they vacuumed and cleaned the interior. Such a nice touch. They also returned my rental car on my behalf. I will be definitely using them again if I have future body work needs!

2 stars that COULD have been 5. (Sorry LONG STORY)…read more Brought my 2019 Volvo XC40 here for repairs after a claim I filed to Geico. The experience could have easily been a 5/5 service however to be fair I am unhappy with the outcome of my repair so I am scoring them a 5. PROS: Start to finish the process was very easy. The staff were friendly, and the turn around time was extremely fast. The billing was handled by the body shop who dealt directly with Geico making the process very streamlined and easy. CONS: Upon picking up my car I am extremely unsatisfied. Why? you may ask. While the cosmetic repair looks great, this came at the cost of the body shop DISABILING ALL the Autonomous features! Let me explain. Without going into huge detail, my repair was for cosmetic damages to the passenger side mirror and dents to the passenger side of the SUV. I am learning after the fact, that In order to do the repair the sensors (managing features like Auto Pilot, Lane Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Lane Keeping, & Autonomous parking), needed to be unplugged. Due to this being unplugged the system required a re-calibaration and the upon attempting this, the calibration failed and the mechanic was unable to successfully do so. Why? The body shop says this is because of previous damage to the mirror on the DRIVER side, damange I reported at the time of estimate however was told by body shop this appeared to be from another incident. Now let me be clear, the damage to the driver side was VERY minor, and cosmetic, so I did not argue this case. It is also worth stating that at the time I dropped off the car BOTH mirrors on driver and passenger side were operating normally, and ALL of the autonomous features listed above were ACTIVE and able to be used. I was not informed that in order to do the repair these sensors would need to be unplugged which would disable them completely! I feel that it was the duty of the body shop to INFORM me of this before proceeding! Had I known this I would have proceeded differently! IMO, the repair is not complete. I have never been in another accident so any problem with the driver mirror must have been related to the same accident. Therefore IF this mirror needs to be repaired in order to restore functionality of ALL THE TECH upgrades that I love about my car; then I feel this repair should also be included. Also reached out to my Geico adjuster who agrees the body shop should have communicated that they would be disabling the features, but offered no solution other than for me to pay out of pocket. =(

The work on my girlfriend's car was great and still looks brand new today (she bought 1-year old and is now 2-3 years). The work they did with her car is the best you can outside of factory production. What compels me to write today is for their customer service. I'm from a small town in Idaho where service was everything. Bad customer service gets around. In a large city, bad service can easily hide behind marketing. H & I doesn't have marketing, but what keeps them very, very busy, is their amazing customer service. When I went in for work to simply install a running board on my SUV, I didn't expect 1st class service for such a simple job. With my most recent visit, it proved that they have amazing knowledge, service, and skills that they apply to both full collisions and for installation of parts. They go well above and beyond what a typical body works person does. It's an art and they are true artists, but without the attitude of an artist! I've recommended friends to H & I already, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend it to whomever is reading this! October 01 Update: 3rd time we used them! A true testimony to their service as we have went in with a problem that appeared larger than it really was. They are brilliant in finding solutions. We were involved in a hit and run and wanted a dent/scuff fixed and repainted. They told us that they should just try buffing it first as it would be a 10th of the cost. They buffed it out and only charged us an hour when I've had other places charge me thousands for similar scuffs. My background is in quality control and compliance and I'm very hard to please especially when it comes to my newer luxury SUVs - Yet I'm super happy I've found this place!
