I had asked around at the local Audi dealership for an Audi Certified shop, as I had some insurance work to be done on my Audi and some miscellaneous work to be done out of pocket. I was referred to CCC as a local Audi Certified shop. Everything with CCC started okay, they took a little longer than promised, but after a number of months the repair started to undo, I called and asked them to warranty, but they said this wasn't covered under warranty. I tried to work with them on some potential solution but ultimately I do not think they stand by their work. read more

We had extensive damage to our new VW SUV after getting hit on the highway - all airbags deployed, passenger door destroyed, wheel destroyed, etc.. The car was originally towed to a place the insurance company recommended, but we decided to have it towed to CCC instead after hearing good things about them from a local VW dealership. We're extremely glad we made the switch. Repairs took 3 months (supply chain issues, etc.) and CCC kept us informed and updated for the entire duration. CCC was actually more responsive than our own insurance company so we ended up talking to them a lot. Invoicing was crystal clear and repairs were warrantied by CCC despite not being one of our insurance company's usual shops. The car now looks brand new. CCC even fixed some minor damage that was missed in the insurance estimate, and did so at no extra charge. Car was also nicely detailed when we picked it up. Everyone was super nice and accommodating when we had to have our car towed there after being rear ended on I-90. The estimated completion date came within hours by email and (if accurate) will be much faster than anywhere else we called before choosing Collision Care Center. A woman whose car was smashed in an accident was picking up her fixed vehicle while we were checking in and she was super pleased with the results! He went back and forth and sent me multiple quotes for different itemizations quickly to address the different itemized fixes. My 2011 VW was T-boned while I was in Lakewood, WA last October and was in pretty bad shape. Did some research and found Collision Care Center was a VW certified collision repair facility and decided on having my vehicle repaired by them rather than a random shop that Safeco partners with. I'm glad I did, as they did a superb job repairing the damage, but their staff goes above and beyond keeping you in the loop about the repair process and making sure things are going the way you expect. Binhs was very personable and responded to every email/message I sent, and ensured that my vehicle would be back to pre-collision condition. My BBS CH wheel was damaged beyond repair and he was able to negotiate a replacement for an entire new set of wheels (which is over $500/wheel) As for the body work, the pictures speak for themselves. Paint was matched 100% and I have no complaints at all. I noticed one of my headlights ended up with condensation following the repair, and they were quick to contact the insurance company to order a replacement part and get me in to have the work done. Repair Service (2/3) : After sideswiping my car and incurring a significant amount of potential bill, I was glad to have brought my car here for the service. Getting the quote, etc was simple enough; car gets examined and quote was made. If you have insurance, the shop will then communicate with your insurance and all you need to do is set up a drop-off time (extra steps w/ insurance themselves). My car took a very long time to repair (roughly 2 months) compared to initial estimate of 2-3 weeks; this was discussed prior but I was just surprised at the length of the delay. It came back returning much better than it came in but after driving it for about 1 week, my front-right door's top window trip came loose. Apparently, the technicians didn't apply enough glue and alignment was slightly off. Brought it back to shop and they made a 1-day repair for this free of charge. The end result was much better compared to the initial job albeit slightly misaligned (thankfully it still sticks). I docked 1 point because after the repair, 2 of my items in the car were lost (1 flush USB adaptor, 1 cigar socket cover cap). Luckily the items were either unused or relatively cheap so while they offered to replace, I wasn't bothered. It is still a point off as this should not have happened in the first place. For those of you who are paranoid about things like this, retrieve ALL your personal items before dropping off. Communication (2/2) : Throughout the process, the staff has been very communicative with me. They gave me an initial quote and sets proper expectations for duration and pricing given the situation. Any changes were expressly communicated via e-mail. They are responsive to calls as well and very helpful when you have specific or repeated questions. Amazing! read more

I went to Collision Care Center to get some rear end repair. Upon 1st impressions, it was a Vietnamese owned small business in the SODO area. Since they were listed as 1 of 3 Audi certified body shops, I thought I give them a chance. Boy was that a horrible mistake! I started to notice red flags, awkward customer service and poor communication when I dropped off my Audi. Lo and Behold after the repair was complete in about 4-5 months, I noticed 5 issues, ranging from paint defects, improperly painted panels, gouge marks, and RUST. In retrospect, I should have went to the one of the other Audi certified shops as there is one on the Eastside or even down South. Although they resolved the issues (that they created in the repair process), due to the lack of quality of work, poor attention to detail, and unprofessional communication from the entire staff, I cannot recommend them & have advised my fellow Audi owners to seek business elsewhere. read more

They called the rental car company for me to arrange transportation to and from. I wanted to repaint my Infiniti FX45 to like new condition as the car reached six years old. CCC uses high quality paint and the clear coat was also high quality material. I wanted this paint job to match the factory paint quality as closely as possible. The result is fantastic - and I am a perfectionist and combed over the car before and after the work. Lonnie's crew took out all the dents, scratches, chips, and refinished all the surface before repainting. My car looks new and gets regular compliments. Found this repair shop on yelp, and that they are certified VW repair center. Brought in my golf with scratches on the body from a parking mishap. John carefully looked at the car, told me what to expect. Quoting was straight forward, went through my insurance in the end. Car was dropped off on Monday and picked up on Friday On pickup it turns out that CCC forgot to repaint the door handle, taking one star off for this. I pointed this out to them, and they offered to repaint it - just had to drop off the car in the morning, and pickup in the evening. While it was annoying that this was missed the first time, the staff was professional in getting the rework done, and made this as smooth and efficient as possible - no additional haggling with the staff or insurance, just drop it off and then pick it up. Have the car back and it looks like a brand new car again. All things considered this has been a very positive experience. read more

WOW! Firstly, I went to many other places to get a quote and they were able to beat all other quotes by $200! I had a small rust spot that I needed to fix on my car. The car looked great when I got it back. They had totally detailed my whole car! It looked amazing! They were also super flexible with me in regards of dropping it off and picking it up. This review is just for there initial service. Not sure about there end result of work because I didn't get passed the initial phase..which is getting a quote! Had very minor damage on my car and stopped in for a quote. The guy asked me to fill out a form and came outside with me to look over the damage. Told me he would get me a quote by end of that day or by next morning the latest. That was 3 weeks ago! I ended up stopping at another body shop a few days after not hearing back from Collision Care and got a quote on the spot and my car repaired in 2 days! Not only did the team keep me informed and respond quickly to questions along the way, the work was perfect, they detailed my car inside and out AND their estimate was 2/3 of a highly recommended body shop on the Eastside that hadn't include the mirror and related body work. Felt compelled to write my first yelp review because I think it's rare to find a caring business with integrity from start-to-finish, especially in the car repair and sales industry. Brought my A4 in for some body work on the driver side. This being my second accident - both not my fault - I was frustrated and upset about being in the situation yet again. Despite how unfairly grumpy I may have been at times (not proud of this), Lonnie (the owner) and Jon were unwavering patient, professional, honest, and kind in every single interaction. Truly rare to come by these days. They answered every last question I had, never made me feel rushed, and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I could tell they genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with the work completed. My car was completed on time and was already waiting for me when I arrived. They had thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Lonnie even took the time to polish out the yellow road paint from my car, free of charge. On top of all this, Lonnie answered many questions completely unrelated to the work his shop had done (at least thirty additional minutes of his time). He provided me a lot of expert knowledge that he really was not obligated to share with me but did because he clearly cares about his customers.
