I frequently scrape my car in grocery store garages and on other things that happen to be in my way. I saw a recommendation for Collision Car Center on Nextdoor and I have used them twice In the last 2 years. Every employee there is competent and friendly and answers all my emails quickly. Besides really good work, this last time they even buffed out some scratches that weren't even on the work order and the inside looked as good as the outside! You wouldn't be sorry if you entrusted your body work to them. Truly. read more

I really appreciate the team here. I had a big issue at this other mechanic and they worked with me to resolve it. I scratched the side of my mini van across multiple panels and Luani and Jacob were so awesome- honestly treated me like a human being and provided me with honest and reliable service. They also did great work! I cannot recommend this place enough! If I could I would give them more than 5 stars! read more

I had asked around at the local Audi dealership for an Audi Certified shop, as I had some insurance work to be done on my Audi and some miscellaneous work to be done out of pocket. I was referred to CCC as a local Audi Certified shop. Everything with CCC started okay, they took a little longer than promised, but after a number of months the repair started to undo, I called and asked them to warranty, but they said this wasn't covered under warranty. I tried to work with them on some potential solution but ultimately I do not think they stand by their work. read more

Collision Care Center - Roof repair - Body Shops Near Me - Seattle, Washington

The team was friendly, efficient and reliably. They finished the job quickly. Would use again.

We had extensive damage to our new VW SUV after getting hit on the highway - all airbags deployed, passenger door destroyed, wheel destroyed, etc.. The car was originally towed to a place the insurance company recommended, but we decided to have it towed to CCC instead after hearing good things about them from a local VW dealership. We're extremely glad we made the switch. Repairs took 3 months (supply chain issues, etc.) and CCC kept us informed and updated for the entire duration. CCC was actually more responsive than our own insurance company so we ended up talking to them a lot. Invoicing was crystal clear and repairs were warrantied by CCC despite not being one of our insurance company's usual shops. The car now looks brand new. CCC even fixed some minor damage that was missed in the insurance estimate, and did so at no extra charge. Car was also nicely detailed when we picked it up. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. read more

I sideswiped another car and felt awful for causing damage to both cars. I worked with Collision Care Center (my choice, and the insurance agreed) because they were the most professional in their initial communications with me. I'm glad I chose them as I was treated with respect, and they kept up a regular communication with me on the progress of the repair. The car was like new when I came to pick it up! To everyone I encountered at CCC, thank you! read more

Highly recommend Collision Care Center for repairs. They are prompt, courteous and detail oriented. They dealt with insurance in an extremely efficient manner. We were totally satisfied with their sun roof repair on our Audi. read more

I've been going to CCC since my daughter recommended them and I'm glad I listened to her! Glad I haven't needed their services too often but when I do they have been professional and do amazing work. My car always looks perfect. They make it easy for me when it comes to my rental car and my insurance. Thank you CC! Dj read more

Everyone was super nice and accommodating when we had to have our car towed there after being rear ended on I-90. The estimated completion date came within hours by email and (if accurate) will be much faster than anywhere else we called before choosing Collision Care Center. A woman whose car was smashed in an accident was picking up her fixed vehicle while we were checking in and she was super pleased with the results! I'm hopeful our beloved car will look and drive great when we pick it up... hopefully in 10 days. read more

I had pretty good scratch damage along the side of my Volkswagen Jetta from a parking pole and was referred to Binh at CCC by Univ Volkswagen. He went back and forth and sent me multiple quotes for different itemizations quickly to address the different itemized fixes. He was really on top of it and friendly and helped break down what was essential. I would refer him to anyone. Took the care in on Monday and had it back on Thursday morning first thing- new door fixed and painted! I couldn't be happier. read more

My 2011 VW was T-boned while I was in Lakewood, WA last October and was in pretty bad shape. Did some research and found Collision Care Center was a VW certified collision repair facility and decided on having my vehicle repaired by them rather than a random shop that Safeco partners with. I'm glad I did, as they did a superb job repairing the damage, but their staff goes above and beyond keeping you in the loop about the repair process and making sure things are going the way you expect. Binhs was very personable and responded to every email/message I sent, and ensured that my vehicle would be back to pre-collision condition. My BBS CH wheel was damaged beyond repair and he was able to negotiate a replacement for an entire new set of wheels (which is over $500/wheel) As for the body work, the pictures speak for themselves. Paint was matched 100% and I have no complaints at all. I noticed one of my headlights ended up with condensation following the repair, and they were quick to contact the insurance company to order a replacement part and get me in to have the work done. Outstanding. read more

Repair Service (2/3) : After sideswiping my car and incurring a significant amount of potential bill, I was glad to have brought my car here for the service. Getting the quote, etc was simple enough; car gets examined and quote was made. If you have insurance, the shop will then communicate with your insurance and all you need to do is set up a drop-off time (extra steps w/ insurance themselves). My car took a very long time to repair (roughly 2 months) compared to initial estimate of 2-3 weeks; this was discussed prior but I was just surprised at the length of the delay. It came back returning much better than it came in but after driving it for about 1 week, my front-right door's top window trip came loose. Apparently, the technicians didn't apply enough glue and alignment was slightly off. Brought it back to shop and they made a 1-day repair for this free of charge. The end result was much better compared to the initial job albeit slightly misaligned (thankfully it still sticks). I docked 1 point because after the repair, 2 of my items in the car were lost (1 flush USB adaptor, 1 cigar socket cover cap). Luckily the items were either unused or relatively cheap so while they offered to replace, I wasn't bothered. It is still a point off as this should not have happened in the first place. For those of you who are paranoid about things like this, retrieve ALL your personal items before dropping off. Communication (2/2) : Throughout the process, the staff has been very communicative with me. They gave me an initial quote and sets proper expectations for duration and pricing given the situation. Any changes were expressly communicated via e-mail. They are responsive to calls as well and very helpful when you have specific or repeated questions. Amazing! read more

I am not one who normally writes reviews. However, I have had work done on my car multiple times at CCC. Each time the customer service has exceeded my expectations, and the workmanship is second to none. I would highly recommend them to friends & family. read more

I went to Collision Care Center to get some rear end repair. Upon 1st impressions, it was a Vietnamese owned small business in the SODO area. Since they were listed as 1 of 3 Audi certified body shops, I thought I give them a chance. Boy was that a horrible mistake! I started to notice red flags, awkward customer service and poor communication when I dropped off my Audi. Lo and Behold after the repair was complete in about 4-5 months, I noticed 5 issues, ranging from paint defects, improperly painted panels, gouge marks, and RUST. In retrospect, I should have went to the one of the other Audi certified shops as there is one on the Eastside or even down South. Although they resolved the issues (that they created in the repair process), due to the lack of quality of work, poor attention to detail, and unprofessional communication from the entire staff, I cannot recommend them & have advised my fellow Audi owners to seek business elsewhere. read more

I am a private caterer and we are getting very busy lately! My car is my access to work, so when my car doors started coming apart I desperately needed someone to fix them for me right away so I could get back on the road again! I called Collision Care in the morning and they got me in right away, fixed all of my problems, were so kind, and even washed my car afterwards!! I'm so happy I could cry. I will definitely be using this company for all of my future car needs. I highly recommend their services and customer care. 10 stars read more

My dealership recommended CCC for a bumper repair after I was hit while parked. CCC was extremely responsive, professional, timely and flexible. They called the rental car company for me to arrange transportation to and from. You can tell they have great working relationships with insurance companies and rental companies to ensure a seamless experience for the customer. They also washed and vacuumed my car upon pick up. I will take my car to CCC for all car needs going forward. read more

I wanted to repaint my Infiniti FX45 to like new condition as the car reached six years old. CCC uses high quality paint and the clear coat was also high quality material. I wanted this paint job to match the factory paint quality as closely as possible. The result is fantastic - and I am a perfectionist and combed over the car before and after the work. Lonnie's crew took out all the dents, scratches, chips, and refinished all the surface before repainting. My car looks new and gets regular compliments. No one can believe this car is more than a couple of years old. The price is very reasonable and exactly the amount agreed upon. I highly recommend Lonnie and his team at CCC. I am so pleased with my experience, I have brought family and friends to CCC for their auto repairs. read more

Found this repair shop on yelp, and that they are certified VW repair center. Brought in my golf with scratches on the body from a parking mishap. John carefully looked at the car, told me what to expect. Quoting was straight forward, went through my insurance in the end. Car was dropped off on Monday and picked up on Friday On pickup it turns out that CCC forgot to repaint the door handle, taking one star off for this. I pointed this out to them, and they offered to repaint it - just had to drop off the car in the morning, and pickup in the evening. While it was annoying that this was missed the first time, the staff was professional in getting the rework done, and made this as smooth and efficient as possible - no additional haggling with the staff or insurance, just drop it off and then pick it up. Have the car back and it looks like a brand new car again. All things considered this has been a very positive experience. read more

Very quick and well done service. Inexpensive hourly rate (compared to what I'm use to in Capitol Hill) too. Thanks for fixing me!

WOW! Firstly, I went to many other places to get a quote and they were able to beat all other quotes by $200! I had a small rust spot that I needed to fix on my car. The car looked great when I got it back. They had totally detailed my whole car! It looked amazing! They were also super flexible with me in regards of dropping it off and picking it up. They turned it all around in two days and even let my friend pick it up for me! Also, the staff was super friendly! read more

I received 2 quotes and these guys were over $100 less. They did a great job; my car looks like new. There is a small piece of rubber that was ripped out around my window, but I don't think it will effect anything. Just make sure they vacuum and air out your car before you pick it up. read more

Something bad must have happened to your car for you to end up at Collision Car Center, right? So naturally you anticipate a painful experience, right? Well, that's what I was expecting but it turned out to be not so at all. I sent in a couple of photos of the damage, promptly received a quote, took the car in as scheduled, got it back at the time promised, with a bill that was exactly the amount quoted. And the car looks great. These guys are personable, they are reliable and they give fabulous service. A big shout out to them! read more

I can't say enough good things about this shop. They do beautiful work, they get the job done quickly and are a pleasure to work with.

Brought in my car after a series of bumps and dings from city driving, plus a replacement passenger side mirror that needed painting. Not only did the team keep me informed and respond quickly to questions along the way, the work was perfect, they detailed my car inside and out AND their estimate was 2/3 of a highly recommended body shop on the Eastside that hadn't include the mirror and related body work. Hopefully, I won't need to see the CCC team anytime soon but if I needed to, they'd be the first people I'd call. read more

Felt compelled to write my first yelp review because I think it's rare to find a caring business with integrity from start-to-finish, especially in the car repair and sales industry. Brought my A4 in for some body work on the driver side. This being my second accident - both not my fault - I was frustrated and upset about being in the situation yet again. Despite how unfairly grumpy I may have been at times (not proud of this), Lonnie (the owner) and Jon were unwavering patient, professional, honest, and kind in every single interaction. Truly rare to come by these days. They answered every last question I had, never made me feel rushed, and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I could tell they genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with the work completed. My car was completed on time and was already waiting for me when I arrived. They had thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Lonnie even took the time to polish out the yellow road paint from my car, free of charge. On top of all this, Lonnie answered many questions completely unrelated to the work his shop had done (at least thirty additional minutes of his time). He provided me a lot of expert knowledge that he really was not obligated to share with me but did because he clearly cares about his customers. BTW, they are an Audi-certified shop (Audi & VW Authorized Collision Repair Facility) - Lonnie knows his stuff, comes from Seattle Audi (formerly University Audi). Their work is also lifetime guaranteed. I will definitely be recommending this shop to all of my friends and family - and while I hope none of us ever need work done - if I do find myself in a similar situation, no doubt I will be coming here. Thank you, Lonnie and team, for providing excellent customer service and work. You guys are absolutely refreshing, in a time where a lot of businesses over-promise and under-deliver. ** UPDATE** Just a few weeks after Collision Care Center fixed up my car nice and pretty, it was hit again. Although not happy about being hit, it was nice to not have to think about where to take it in - sent my car right to CCC and knew it would be in good hands. Lonnie and team once again provided excellent customer services and quality work. I'm grateful to have a body shop I can trust. read more

These guys made a super unpleasant experience (getting slammed into on the freeway in my brand new car) less awful. Awesome crew and really friendly!!!!! Can't recommend enough. read more

This review is just for there initial service. Not sure about there end result of work because I didn't get passed the initial phase..which is getting a quote! Had very minor damage on my car and stopped in for a quote. The guy asked me to fill out a form and came outside with me to look over the damage. Told me he would get me a quote by end of that day or by next morning the latest. That was 3 weeks ago! I ended up stopping at another body shop a few days after not hearing back from Collision Care and got a quote on the spot and my car repaired in 2 days! The guy was nice enough at Collision Care but they dropped the ball on this one. read more
